Mantas Seaside Boutique Hotel

First to say, that the paseo to cross to the beach, is not a traffic road as we thought.
The beach is small stoned, but not att all cutting. The water deaps is already after 2-3 meters outgoing over 2 meter deep.
The sun sun beds, free for the hotel, are not controlled who is using them. Although the ones beside from the bar Quinn, are much more comfortable, and can be used for paying a drink.
The hotel is old, and some details do not work properly. Anyway for the price we did not expect much better.
A top character to the receptionist Panos so very friendly in contrast to his man kolega, who seemed to be totally indifferent to the guests.
The room cleaner Mirella seemed to be a nice person after a cupple of days.
Breakfast is basically. No fresh fruit, but every day different egg prepared.
Dinner at Mantas hotel is ok but little variety. And here also no fresh fruit except 2 times cuttet peaches so hard that not possibly to eat.a

Awful facilities and conditions in this area. Likely there was the stuff that was very respectful and highly helpful.

We stayed in this hotel for two weeks, and in all honesty, it's a very good hotel. We didn't feel like its not costs our money.

Good things:

- Very great location, near a big market and other important objects.
- Old rooms, but tidy and comfortable.
- Good breakfast, all was fresh. Not so big choice, but we had all we need - eggs, vegetables, omlets, scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, dfifferent cakes and cookies and jams/honey for that. And in restaurant you have a seasight too and its very beatiful view, expeciially in the morning.
- Welcomes coctails as a gift for new guests.
- Nice and cheerfull receptionist (not all, but most of them).
- Very good view from your number, like you laying at the beach, really :)

Bad Things:
- Not good air conditioning,
- Not large shower.
- Old furniture.
- Sometimes our wifi not worked. In reception its worked well, but not good enough, so its should be improving.
- Its not about hotel, but I should write it - really annoying and sometimes danger jellyfishes!!!

Honestly, we would recommend staying in this hotel, this is good quality for a beach rest. And if your goal, like our, travelling around materic Greece, exploring new places and have very good beach rest, so this is a good hotel for you.

Personnel, especially at the reception, was very nice and cheerful. The quality of sleep is terrible - firstly because of the low quality of mattresses, secondly because of noise from the bar across the street. The breakfast menu is rather very simple, but this is really the minor thing compared to the quality of sleep. There is an impressive view from the breakfast room to the seaside (it´s located on the 4th floor). However, we would like to express our thanks to the very kind staff.

We took a break at the Mantas Sea Side Hotel in Loutraki, located on the coast.
At the entrance, the impression is that it is a hotel that is very much considered. The hall is small, but decorated with plenty of taste, with a reception desk from the left and the small bar on the right. At the reception, the reception is very friendly and cordial.
The rooms are comfortable enough and very clean. The furniture is basic, but still new and sturdy. Balconies are narrow, but the view from the shore leaves no breath at first glance
All the time of our stay was taken care of everyday cleaning of our room. In the
n the bathroom, everything functions impeccably, Towers are regularly changed for clean
The staff always kindly welcome you and send you a smile.
The hotel has its own beach in front of which no lounges are charged, only with the consumption of drinks. Fortunately, we did not have close contact with jellyfish, even they did not spoil our holiday.
The food is fresh and quality. The breakfast is served always the same, but enough to combine the choice. Dinner is more versatile with a large selection of fresh salads, always pasta, always choice of meat, dessert and fruit.
Something the hotel's staff can not be affected by is the noise from the nearby coffee bar "Queen", from where there is a great noise and a loud music played overnight. So the rooms turned to the passage should be taken by people who love night entertainment and to whom it does not matter. The hotel's lobby also takes care of it and tries to get everyone to meet as much as they can in their power, which is again for any compliment.
We spent a nice holiday in Loutraki, and if we come again, we'll be back in the same hotel again

Came to Loutraki as an agency guest with my family. First impression was very good, fast check in, friendly atitude on reception desk and also from the other staff. Room was OK, nothing special, but what is most important, it was clean. Fantastic view from the dining room on 4th floor and he best part; hotel lies on the beach and also close to the market. If this was the best part there is also something that must be mentioned. Walls in hotel are thin and you can hear splashing toilets in the middle of the night from the neighboring rooms. If U sleep tight, problem is solved. The other thing is breakfast which is disappointment. Poor selection of food, only one bread option, no yoghurt and definitely served wth no style. I think hotel must do better here and they ve a lot of reserves here.

Hotel is at best location, just few steps from sea. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food is tasty but same every day. Loutraki is nice but all the time was very windy. Its nice location for explore around. Beach is clean. If u want to see Athens and all other atractions do not hasitate to book this hotel. And best thing is Blue Lake!!!

Rooms in a hotel are small but nice. There are feee WiFi in rooms, also on the beach in front of the hotel. Breakfast is searving on the top floor, and you have wonderful view on the sea during your brakfast

I was there outside the season. Rooms are good. Old but ok. The bed is excellent.
Restaurtant was closed, breakfast was poor.
For lunch and diner there are many good restaurants in walking distance.
The view of the room was the best, looking over the sea. Nice balcony.
The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Only thier english is poor.
I would go there again!

Hotel I visited after I was on tour info as a tourist worker. It has an excellent location, right on the beach is. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. It has an excellent restaurant. The only drawback, if it can be considered a disadvantage, is that hotel guests have dinner at the hotel Mantas, which is only 50m away.

Stayed with small kids on 4th floor. Carpet outside of room and inside of room with similar to parquet. There was a depression on the floor of the room of about 1cm and like 60cm diameter, not a very nice thing.

Shower was big but the sliding cover was damaged so to move it was necessary to force it.

Good: 20 m from the beach. Chairs on beach. Personnel at desk very friendly and with good English.

It's a very nice hotel, expensive though, with view of the sea, or the street in front of the sea wich is also ok.

The good thing is that is right in front of the sea, and the reception is on the help desk all night.The ms are realy clean, the bathom is shining but is a bit small.

Also we had a 3-bed room and there was no room to walk!but it was ok for us

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and I have to say for the price it offered and the stars it felt like a 4 star hotel! the staff were really friendly... hmm except the housekeeper who forced us to leave the room so she can clean it cause she had to go somewhere else... I have worked in many hotels and thats not quite how it is supposed to be...
overall it was an excellent choice and... cheap! We'll be definetely coming back!! :)

If you look up the hotel on the Internet, you think it has the ideal location. It's true, but if you can't get one of the rooms facing the gulf, you will have to settle for a view of concrete of the neighbouring hotel. Rooms are clean, very tall, mainly heated by air conditioner and you can still get one smelling tobacco like a taverna. I know I have. Staff is friendly and all smiles. The breakfast room is on top of the building and has a magnificent view of the sea and mountains. The greatness of it can change your mind from the lack of choice of the buffet or the chemical taste of the orange juice. If it's winter and the wind blows (as it often does) you have to hold to your plate at breakfast and hope you won't be blown away with the terrace itself... The bathrooms can be very small, depending on the floor where your room is located. While a stay here will not ruin your holiday, it won't make a great memory either.

I was in Seaside Hotel for 1 week with my wife and my team , total 11 people, during the period of Rally Acropolis , June 2011. Very nice rooms, plentiful breakfast in a breakfast room with a beautiful view to the sea. Perfect service and very kind staff. Every evening we had our cooffe or drink in the Cafe Bar of the hotel by the sea. One evening there we get a chance encounter with the owner of Mantas Hotels Group, Mr. Vassilis Mantas. We had a large conversation about the organization of Rally, the accommodation and about the tourism in the city. A successful businessman, also a very kind and affable man, he invited us to the Vouliagmenis Lagoon, where we have spent a wonderful afternoon in the Beach Bar Taverna of Mantas Bay. Congaratulations! See you next summer.

I stayed there with my family in April 2011 and we had a wonderful time. The hotel is in a great location, just off the beach. We had a double room overlooking the beach and the staff were very helpfull. The breakfast room is on the top floor with panoramic vews of Loutraki and the produce was first rate.
The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathrooms are modern and well equipped.
