I would highly recommend the hotel, just don't rely on the food/service at the pool bar for lunches,

almost everything was fabulous

Cons:

The wet bar - pool lunches - a disaster - exceptionally slow, mixed up orders , we left the hotel most days for lunch as a result

A most enjoyable and relaxing stay.
Pros:

Elegant, clean, the staff without exception were always polite and extremely helpful. All facilities worked. The pool was brilliant. The food was of an excellent standard.

Fabulous hotel and excellent service standards throughout.
Pros:

Outstanding level of service throughout.
Fabulous breakfast - lots of choice (hot and cold), good quality fare, lots of space.
We paid extra for a large room with hot tub on the balcony - wonderful panoramic sea views.
Some excellent restaurants very close by.

Cons:

No fault of the hotel, but the nearby construction works (on a huge scale) meant that walking out towards town was not a pleasant experience - though the works did not affect our experience within the hotel at all.

Clothes storage in the room was rather limited for a one week stay - larger chest of drawers and more hangers would have been appreciated.

Lovely break, good food and wonderful staff
Pros:

Nice bar and restaurant - The best thing about the hotel was the staff they were all so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Thought the pool area could do with a make over - bit dated. There was a lot of large scale construction going on locally. Would have preferred a full shower not a shower over bath as it was a step up.

Hotel in ottima posizione. Bella la camera anche se un po datata. Letto grande e materasso comodo. Ottima zona piscine e accesso al mare. Staff cordiale e attento. Colazione buona e variegata.

Cons:

La struttura è un po datata e bigognerebbe investire un po per sistemarla, sia camere che esterni. Le prese di corrente andrebbero sostituite con prese moderne, perchè la pssiblità di attaccare apparecchi e adattatori era limitata, sia in zona letto che bagno.

Osoblje je iznimno ljubazno i svi su nasmiješeni i pristupačni. Svaki dan dobije se svježa voda u sobi. Restoran a La carte u sklopu hotela je jako dobar

Cons:

Vanjski bazen je malih dimenzija i ne zadovoljava potrebe i kapacitet hotela. U sobi su samo dvije utičnice. Hotel općenito nije za 5 zvjezdica, a mjesto St. Julian je dosta prljavo, iako hotel drži do čistoće

Our room was serviced daily by Leoncia who was so lovely and who did an amazing job.
Pros:

Good choices for breakfast, staff were wonderful. The restaurant was lean and comfortable.

We enjoyed eating and relaxing in the Bridge bar in the late afternoon/early evening.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like

Family friendly hotel with great view
Pros:

Room was comfortable and clean. The view is amazing and staff friendly.
We also liked breakfast. There are a lot of options, from fruits to multiple types of eggs (boiled, fried, poached, scrambled). Also had a maltese corner and a kid corner.
Good free parking available, which for us was a must since we had a rental car.

Cons:

Furniture is a little dated, but functional. Balcony could've been a little cleaner.
The road to the hotel is not friendly at all, a lot of construction sites around, so I' ld recommend getting a sea side view room.
