Polite staff, spacious room
Pros:

We had a superior room. Clean and spacious room, good cleaning. Very good and polite staff. Good breakfast. Everything worked very well. The juices for breakfast could have been better. They tasted a bit like water. The smoothie was very good, however. Value for money good.

I had a positive experience
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The room was nice and clean (Thank you Grace😊); I feel like the “city view” from my room was better than the seaview, so I am glad I didn’t pay extra for that.
Location is good.
The staff was very friendly and always ready to help.

Cons:

The walls between rooms are thin, so I could hear my neighbours all the time, which was quite annoying.

Nice view, large rooms but I would suggest modernizing a bit the rooms.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, the largest by far from my past experiences! It is held in a very large area with a huge variety. The room was larger than usual with a great view from the balcony

Cons:

Although I had contacted the property inquiring about the use of indoor pool by children, before booking the stay, they did not inform me that the pool was closed for maintenance in the same e-mail. Had I known, I would have changed the dates of the stay. They did however offer a free alternative at Corinthia but we had to take a short taxi ride. Had it been all within the same hotel the overall experience would have been better.

A reggeli bőséges volt. A tengerparti elhelyezkedése és a kilátás tökéletes volt. A matracok kényelmesek voltak. A szoba tágas és kellően felszerelt volt. A fürdőszoba elegáns.

Cons:

A foglaláskor nem jelezték, hogy a wellnes részleg felújítás miatt nem használható. Erről csak a hotelba érkezéskor kaptunk információt. Ha ezt tudjuk, valószínűleg máshol foglaltunk volna szállást. A mellette lévő hotelban lett volna lehetőség a fürdőzésre, de ezt nem vettük igénybe.

Never disappointed by service at Radisson hotels
Pros:

Just recently returned from two days at the Radission Blu in St Julian's Malta. We were a bit unlucky as the weather was not kind to us. Also, due to the recent storm, the hotel had some problems with the facilities at the lower basement HOWEVER they did their utmost to still make our stay a great one and to compensate.

They immediately upgraded us to a suite, complimentary wine and fruit and even extended our check out time. What made our experience better was the sterling service that we found from all staff. Courteous, well trained, friendly. It was nice to meet some Maltese staff as well, who naturally, due to being compatriots, we could chat and make friends with. I must single out Jesmond, Marisa (at breakfast) and Melody (guest relations) who was ever so helpful and professional.

One thing I must mention is that on their websites, restaurant menus are very had to find and could be more prominent and possibly add to their business.

Disappointing
Pros:

The staff were good and the hotel clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately, due to the weather all the spa and gym facilities were completely wiped out so for that end, I would like for them to have informed us in advance before our arrival that this was happening and that we had the opportunity maybe change our location
