Food was generally good but see below

Cons:

Check in was abysmal, our booking was not found. Lock for the Sliding door to terrace was broken and could not be locked, hotel said that parts were to be ordered, they never arrived!
Water pressure for the shower was too low and was affected by other people using their shower
Whilst the breakfast was generally good there were two items that were totally unacceptable- diluted fruit juices and powdered scrambled eggs
Check out was also abysmal as they tried to bill us for the breakfast that we had already paid for on arrival

Never a 5 star hotel and never again
Pros:

Food was generally good but see below

Cons:

Check in was terrible, our reservation could not be found although our daughters was. Although we had accepted an offer for breakfast at a reduced rate this too could not be found.
The sliding door to the terrace could not be locked, (parts were missing) maintenance were called and they said the parts would be ordered, they never arrived, a terrible security risk!
Water pressure for the shower was terrible and fluctuated as other people used their showers, the temperature of the water therefore fluctuated as well.
Breakfast buffet was very good except for two items- Watered down fruit juices and powdered scrambled eggs-totally unacceptable.
The two room keys for one of the rooms stopped working, no one could explain why
There was only a choice of two restaurants as the others were shut, to access the partner hotels meant walking through a building site as the new Hard Rock hotel is being built just behind, this also caused transportation problems as the roads were often blocked
Building work being carried out in the closed pool area also caused unwelcome noise
Check out was also terrible as both rooms were again charged for breakfast which we had already paid for! One room was charged for breakfast for 3 people and the other room for 1, the hotel computer system seems to be a disaster

Overall was good stay
Pros:

Breakfast was good and room was comfortable and of good size

Cons:

Location of the room wasn’t very pleasing as it was looking at the construction site and there were some noise in morning due to construction. Also my daughter hurt her knees while playing in children area near swings due to the very bumpy flooring

Good hotel with basic amenity missing
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming, I specially want to mention Mohan, Santosh and one more Indian chef who was cooking omelets at the time of breakfast. If I ever visit again 'Radisson Blue Resort at St. Julian', they will be the only reason. They are very kind, smiling and answering questions i had. Excellent customer service, appreciate it.

Cons:

Basic 'HOT WATER' was missing in the bathroom, I have contacted Reception, they talked to their maintenance staff, and they suggested me to keep all 3 tabs open atleast for 3 minutes then only the 'HOT WATER' will come into the bathroom. So if i want to brush my teeth or wash my face, I need to open all three tabs for 3 minutes and if I were lucky I will get hot water else I had to manage with cold water only. Such a waste of water and WHY I NEED TO WAIT FOR 2-3 minutes to get hot water. It was not expected from 'Radisson Blue Resort at St. Julian',
