Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable, à l'écoute et disponible
Hôtel vieillissant mais très propre
vue direct sur mer

C'est avec bcp d'hésitation que j'écrit ce commentaire tant le personnel a été agréable avec nous
Mais bcp de choses nous ont déçus et j'espère que mon commentaire aidera les future clients :
- cet hôtel est isolé et, sans voiture c'est très compliqué de trouver une activité, un resto etc.
ce qui en fait a mon sens un hôtel inadapté au séjour en famille
- bien qu'il soit maintenue très propre, le bâtiment est franchement vieillissant, ce qui s'en ressent sur le confort ( eau chaude qui met 15min, montre en main, a arriver au robinet, pas de prise ds les salles d'eau, tv non connecté, literie passable et bcp de cache misère un peu partout)
- le buffet est peu varié et industrielle
- prestations franchement moyenne pour un 5 étoiles je trouve
- et un petit détail au passage la vue est magnifique mais l'hôtel est également proche de l'aéroport d'athene avec les nuisance sonore que l'on peut imaginé...

Pros:

Opholdet blev en dejlig oplevelse, hjulpet godt på vej af personalets hjælpsomhed. Særligt Anna var meget sød og opmærksom, hvilket gjorde at opholdet blev en rigtig god og mindeværdig oplevelse.

Un hotel luxueux et relaxant en bord de mer ou l'on s'endort avec le bruit des vagues
Pros:

Le personel attentif, poli et serviable. La localisation en bord de mer avec access direct de l'hotel au chemin cotier et a une plage privee. La chambre avec vue sur mer et tres bonne litterie. L'aide fournie par la direction de l'hotel pour trouver une solution pour rejoindre l'aeroport ors de la greve generale du 1er Octobre

Я путешествовала с ребенком 2 года , и заранее запрашивала двуспальную кровать !!
Вместо этого нам дали 2 односпальные кровати , соединенные друг с другом , которые все время ночью разъезжались , в результате чего мой ребенок упал ночью с кровати !!! У нее был очень сильный ушиб головы и большая шишка на лбу !!
Я считаю , что не приемлемо для пятизвездного отеля так принебрегать запросами постояльцев !
Утром на ресепшене ничего кроме извините я не услышала , хотя это подсудное дело и мне элементарно должны были предоставить врача для осмотра ребенка ! Огромное разочарование в этой гостинице , не советую ее семьям с маленькими детьми !!!!

- aucun accès à la mer, même pas une échelle prévue pour les enfants ou les personnes ayant du mal à sauter
- restauration médiocre qui n’a rien d’un 5 étoiles : variété très très limitée, plats toujours froids
- chambre un peu vieille avec climatisation qui fuit, fenêtre non étanche
- piscine intérieure interdite aux moins de 16 ans

Excellent séjour !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un super moment à l hôtel Ramada , le personnel au top mention spéciale à Najoua qui nous a chouchouter durant notre séjour, ses attentions et ses précieux conseils pour visiter la ville d’Athenes étaient un vrai plus ! Le petit dej était délicieux et varié , la vue sur la mer tellement reposante ! Merci à toute l équipe ! Nous reviendrons !

I had a pleasant stay — everything was fine, but it was a bit too far from Athens; next time I’ll definitely rent a car

Pobyt wyjątkowo udany, pracownicy hotelu bardzo dbają o klientów, menadżer Waldek super pomocny!
Pros:

Bardzo dobre śniadania. Każdy znajdzie dla siebie coś dobrego, na słodko, na słono, do wyboru... Ilość wystarczająca, urozmaicone.
