La sympathie du personnel. Le service en général. Les buffets de repas bien variés.

Rooms are very dated and require refurbishment.
Slow internet connection

A nice place suggested for relaxing
Pros:

The location is great. The sea view room we had was comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We did not enjoy the outdoor pool due to the weather, but the inside pool was warm offering a nice relaxing time.The massage treatment was perfect. Overall a very nice stay.

Cons:

The door to the balcony was too heavy to slide, but the view was excellent.

Météo venteuse et froide, on n’a pas pu profiter de l’espace extérieur
Le restaurant Faro Meet à 500m, un régal

Cet établissement n’a rien d’un 5 étoiles !
Pour commencer il mériterait un grand rafraîchissement du sol au plafond, tout est vieillot. Aucune pression dans la douche qui est froide (à moins de la laisser couler une dizaine de minutes pour avoir de l’eau chaude, réponse de la réceptionniste quand je lui ai demandé s’il y avait un problème…)
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est correct (mais pas au standing d’un 5*), mais l’expérience est moyenne (tables de cantine tachées)
La salle de fitness n’est ouverte que de 10h à 19h, et mal entretenue (les poids sont rouillés)
Sans compter qu’il n’y a rien à faire dans la ville de Mati qui n’a rien d’accueillante.

Excellent resort hotel
Pros:

The hotel offers excellent service. The attentive service is a plus. The staff was wonderful!
The rooms are beautifully appointed. The wooden furniture is a bit tired, but it doesn't detract from our relaxation.
The breakfasts are varied, with a romantic sea view.
We really enjoyed the warm indoor pool and hammam (for a fee, as we didn't have the all-inclusive option) and were a real relief in the cold weather.
The location is ideal, away from the noisy areas. A beautiful path runs along the sea, leading to rocky coves for swimming or to a sandy beach.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the mattress in our room was sagging.
There were no slippers in the Premium room.
And the coffee machine at breakfast in a hotel of this caliber should make real coffee, not instant.
(However, good coffee is easily found at the bar for an additional fee.)

Sehr kalt in der Nacht
Cons:

Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert. Nachts war es im Zimmer sehr kalt. Es gab nur eine dünne Bettdecke. Zusatzdecken waren nicht vorhanden. Wir waren eine Nacht dort und haben uns erkältet.

Von außen schön anzuschauen, jedoch innen teilweise renovierungsbefürftig.
Pros:

Für die Sommermonate ist die Lage sehr gut. Mitte April war der Außenpool leider noch geschlossen.
Frisch zubereitete Omlettes und frisches Obst zum Frühstück. Die Taverne Gorgona ist sehr zu empfehlen und fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Für den Innenpool wird pro Person und Tag eine Gebühr von 25€ erhoben, obwohl der nun wirklich nix besonderes ist. Das Brot und die Semmeln zum Frühstück sind eine Katastrophe. Wäre froh um eine Aufbacksemmel gewesen. Das Abendessen wollten wir dann gar nicht mehr testen.
