The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.
The property is outdated and definitely not 5star. All the rooms could do with a refresh and overhaul especially the joinery and the bathrooms.
Food at breakfast was basic and quite poor standard.
The property did not respond to messages.
The property asked me if I wanted extras to which I said yes for an extended check out. There was no response and no confirmation.

Clean and fresh
The rooms view was ocean front, and large. The beds seemed to be updated and fine. The air conditioning worked. It is next to the marina/ocean/has view. I didn't use the pool/ocean/ or eat breakfast so I can't comment on those, but the pool area had a lot of people enjoying it. It is approx 20-30 mins drive to the airport, but I would check traffic times (I left very early morning for an early flight). The trash wasn't emptied, I was too tired to ask for room service to take care of it. The chairs on the balcony and the desk chair in the room needs to be updated. The water pressure wasn't great but you can move the showerhead to the highest stream to use a litter better. There was no swimsuit drying rack on the balcony (I didn't have time to swim, but considering their pool, and water access, you'd think there would be). Check in / check out was quick. There is a marina, beach? water access, but I didn't use it due to time.
One of the designated parking lots for the hotel (located across the street) is not designed and lets people park in a way which is not ideal (after seeing this I couldn't park there). However, there are 2 parking lots across the street, and one seems ok, however I chose to park on the street (which is allowed and free - according to what they told me, and seemed fine). For out of the area drivers who would not know this area- the driving/parking is a little congested (people park one side of the road, so road goes down to one lane in a lot of streets near the hotel - due to this is a city/beachfront type of area). And, the way to get your suitcases to the room/to the street is more of an issue. The elevator is far from the lobby and the ramps/sideways/access is not great for lugging your stuff around. The elevator can fit 2 people (literally) or 1 person and luggage of 1 person. It is the type of elevator which you have to hold open the door and then the inner door is like a folding panel. Just FYI. The exterior and interior of the hotel (granted I had to leave before breakfast due to flight, so I can't speak to the breakfast or swimming) looked like it needs updating to what I had grown used to around greece (this was my last night/airport night). YET all of that would probably be ok if the price point reflected that, but it doesn't -at least not what I paid.
