Déçus
Pros:

Le personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Le bruit dans les couloirs, malgré un panneau « silence » à la sortie de l’ascenseur, les gens braillent et ça résonne dans tout le couloir.
Le couloir est en carrelage, donc les valises des gens font également un bruit monstrueux.
Les murs des chambres sont en papier à cigarette, on entend tout chez les voisins (notamment les pas discrets…).
Les nuisances sonores devraient être contrôlées davantage.
Et pourtant on y est allés début mai, je n’imagine pas le vacarme pendant la période estivale…
Le buffet petit déjeuner n’est pas très varié et la nourriture pas fameuse (sucrée ET salée).
Pour terminer, on devait avoir une chambre donnant sur la piscine, pour se retrouver finalement avec une chambre vue sur rue (et Ferrari Land avec son bruit d’enfer).

Можно было бы продумать изоляцию с коридором или замену дверей, т.к когда кто то ходит , а особенно говорит невозможно с

Мне понравились ужины, каждый день уборка и замена полотенец, каждый день чистка бассейна, вкусная пицца в баре возле бассейна. Расположение 17 минут до парка PortAventura и где-то 13-15 минут до пляжа ( калитка выхода возле бассейна) так ближе идти.

Cons:

Плохая звукоизоляция с коридором, однообразные завтраки

Extremely disappointed

ONLY the location

Cons:

First of all, we had a double room,which didn’t even have a glass to drink water from.
It was absolutely empty.

On Booking, Melia had official website it says room service which doesn’t exist.

The mist critical point is that I arrived earlier than my partner, who is African American.
At the reception, upon check-in, they asked for ID but refused didn’t give him a key.
This is gross racial discrimination and motive for a law suit which would bury the hotel.

We had a lovely time here in our comfortable rooms with a nice pool.
Pros:

The price was incredible for the value. We were within walking distance to PortAventura World, the Salou-PortAventura train station, and the beach. We had a wonderful time here with our small children and my parents. The staff accommodated our request to have hotel rooms right next to each other so we were easily able to connect to go for our meals together. We were on the street side of the hotel and had a nice view of the mountains in the distance. We had a balcony that was good for drying our wet clothes from the pool. The pool facilities had ample chairs for how busy the hotel was in April.

Cons:

The pool hours were relatively short (something like 1000 to 1830) given the evenings were still hot, but this may have been due to being off-season hours, I'm not sure if the hours change later in the year.
