Desayuno y cena muy buenos, la piscina y su socorrista excelente, siempre pendiente de que se cumplieran las normas

Cons:

No pude cambiar el audio (ingles) en el televisor de la habitación, queriamos escuchar las peliculas o series en castellano, ojo no hice el reclamo en recepción.

Not really a 4 star hotel
Pros:

Location is great, close to the parks and to other nice areas with restaurants
Pool area is lovely, the pool was cold during our stay but that was to be expected. Pool is big so there's enough space for everyone and I liked that there was no "towel wars" with the guests! Would be nice if the heated pool inside was open more, you can only go from 4pm.
The bar staff at the pool were so lovely!
Buffet was quite good as well, especially dinner time. Breakfast felt too repetitive but it was ok, as well.

Cons:

Unfortunately, probably the worst bed I've ever slept in at a hotel. The frame of the bed was metal or something of this sort, and the matress moved ALL THE TIME, which made a good night sleep impossible. When you got in the bed, every time you turned, it would move a little so I was always scared to do this in case it would move too much and fall entirely on the floor. They were nice to add another bed to our room (probably cos he had a baby that didn't sleep in a cot, and this was slighly different so we took turns sleeping in that with my husband)
Barely any toiletries in the bathroom
Extremely loud in the corridors - not the hotel's fault that people are loud but the walls must be soooo thin which doesn't help at all.
Reception staff were hit or miss, depending who you got - some were almost lovely and others seemed pissed off that you dared to ask a question.

Overall, it really didn't feel like a 4* hotel - I had higher expectations.

Pros:

Con el calor que hizo aquel día la piscina fue un respiro. El paseo marítimo estaba andando a 15 minutos, excelente para pasear por la noche con el fresco. Además teníamos Port Aventura al lado, teniendo entradas para el día siguiente llegamos bien temprano.

Cons:

El horario del buffet para cenar es muy justo y demasiado temprano.
