No es un 4*, más bien un 3*
Pros:

La ubicación esta al lado del Port Aventura, alejada un poco del centro pero agradable por su tranquilidad. La cama era cómoda y tenía balcón la habitación. El desayuno buffet está bastante bien. El personal de recepción muy amable. El precio para lo que incluye no está mal pero no puedes esperar una calidad de un hotel de 4*, más bien se asemeja a una de 3*.

Cons:

Al llegar a la habitación no había nada de cortesía, solo dos vasos de cartón. No había botellas de agua y al pedirlas en recepción me dijeron que tenía que compararlas en la máquina expendedora (2,50€ la botella de litro y medio). En la cena buffet, una cocacola de tamaño pequeño y un agua de 1,5L nos cobraron 6€ y paran de servir a las 21:30h. Todo esta orientado para guiris, y el buffet de cena especialmente también. Si podéis, pasar del buffet de cena. Luego, la habitación es vintage, quizá una renovación no estaría mal pero la verdad que todo esta en buen estado. También recomiendo llevar suavizante, porque solo hay champú-gel todo en uno en la ducha. Por último, el olor de la habitación al entrar cada vez era horrible...

Pros:

The hotel looked spacious, clean and modern in the reception area. The bedrooms however are dated, small and mine smelled of drains. This is so way a 4 star hotel. By Irish standards 3 star at a push. Food for breakfast only okay. None of my children would eat it. Even the orange juice / apple juice , cheap brand, concentrated not fresh or even not from concentrate.

Regular,pero seguramente habrá peores

Lo más la amabilidad y el trato de los empleados

Cons:

El comedor bufé la cena bastante regular tirando a cutre,con muy poca variedad y lo que había no estaba rico y de calidad bastante discutible

Pros:

Ідеальне розташування якщо ви приїхали в Порт Авентура - 15/20 хв до парку, 15/20 хв до пляжу.
Непогані вечері - завжди було декілька видів риби та мʼяса а також морепродукти.
Теплий басейн -+28, ліжаків на всіх вистачало
Новий ремонт в лоббі та в ресторані

Cons:

Старий ремонт у кімнатах. Взагалі в описі було 24м2 але по відчуттям там десь 18. Нема розеток біля ліжка. Погане конденціювання - мені було спати жарко. Скудний сніданок який за 6 днів надоїв. На вечері платно навіть вода. І якщо ти її не купиш за 3 євро на тебе будуть дивитися як на ворога.
