La proximité du parc port aventura
Un super petit dej copieux et meme du sans gluten. Balcon dans chaque chambre. Baignoire. Personnel parlant Français et aimable.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas pu manger en arrivant à 21h. On nous a dit que le restaurant fermait et le bar n'avait que pizza et sandwich et surtout 0 places pour s''asseoir. Apres 7h de route, nous avons du reprendre la voiture pour aller manger en ville. Les couloirs de l'hotel et deco bof bof, ressemblant à un hopital...

Très bon séjour pour Halloween, beau temps, activités diverses, joie et partage avec mon petit fils.
Pros:

L'accueil dès l'arrivée très bien. Chambre bien entretenue. La vue sur la piscine de la fenêtre de la chambre super et le levé du soleil le matin formidable. Toutes les installations misent à notre dispositions gratuites : piscine, sauna, jacuzzi, salle de sport, salle de jeu, les animations, la restauration à volonté et le personnel à l'écoute. Ce que j'ai vraiment apprécié c'est le cadre verdoyant et arboré magnifique ainsi que la décoration et l'architecture de l'hôtel en lui-même surtout le bar rétro avec ce plafond très beau et la déco au top. Mon petit fils et moi-même nous avons passer un excellent séjour dans votre hôtel merci à toute votre équipe.

Cons:

Juste un petit détail, les prises sont trop loin des lits étant donné que j'ai un appareillage pour la nuit pour l'apnée du sommeil.
La descente du parking est assez abrupte et les places un peu étroites.

Séjour agréable,l'hôtel correspond à la description.
Pros:

Très grand hôtel avec de super équipements donc de très belles piscines
(du coup peu-être un peu usine à gaz en été), et vraiment très proche de Port Avantura,
personnel très accueillant.

Cons:

L'impossibilité de réserver une place de parking en sous- sol à l'avance.

Great hotel would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Nice hotel with a good size pool. The air conditioning worked very well which was very refreshing after being out in the hot sun all day. Good value for money. Good choice at breakfast and evening meal. The hotel doesn’t allow reserving of sunbeds until 9.30am which was great.

A little bit of a walk to any shops and bars etc

La zona spa, piscina súper fría, zona no ambientada a lo q se refiere un spa q deberia ser un ambiente más bien caldeado. Y el tema edad en niños, no entiendo como no pueden entrar en un jacuzzi menores de 16 años, perfectamente podrian entrar bajo la responsabilidad y acompañamiento de los padres.
