El trato del personal y las instalaciones.

Cons:

Que la animacion termina muy temprano, la ubicacion que hay troso hasta el centro y que el penultimo dia las limpiadoras no nos limpiaron la habitacion.

Pros:

Personnel très gentil, à l'écoute et agréable. Font l'effort de discuter en français.
Hôtel propre, bien situé, chambres fonctionnelles

Cons:

Seul point négatif : deux bus de lycéens sont arrivés et ont créer un peu la zizanie.. beaucoup de bruit, très peu de respect envers les clients et le personnel de l'hôtel en général. La zone de repas c'est transformé en cantine ultra bruyante.

Cons:

First time to experience a buffet dinner where you have to buy their bottled water. There is no proper place to hang the wet clothes aside from the monoblock chair. An incident that happened when I was approached by the security in public when someone complained about my mildly autistic child. We felt so humiliated because it wasn't dealt in a discreet manner. Its only over a friendly fist bump that disrupted our peace and spoiled the last few days ofnour stay in Salou. Some of the female receptionis are unpleasant to hotel guests.

Pros:

Muy buenas instalaciones, hall enorme y siempre muy fresquito. Habitación muy cómoda y buenas vistas a la piscina. Aparcamiento gratuito y si tienes suerte, aparcas en la puerta del hotel. Desayuno y cena muy bien.

Cons:

A modo sugerencia, estaría bien un mini tendedero en el balcón ya que no teníamos donde colgar los bañadores y toallas mojadas.
