The location in the middle of the Golf and the forest is amazing. Great service at the Restaurant/ bar area.
The hotel needs more care, bathroom dlfausset was not working properly.
Hotel should be more generous with aminities and reach international standard (1 mini bottle of water for the whole stay not replenish). swimning pool toals system is not fluid (pick up and return at reception anytime you need it against a deposit) and not at the standing the hotel wants to have. Staff attention is limited, desembarkibg the car with 4 luggage in front of hotel nobody came to help, and to go to room we had to request support has there are no elevator.

Servizio al ristorante molto gentile ma un po lento, piccolo inconveniente con l’aria condizionata risolto immediatamente.

Petit déjeuner varié (salé & sucré) face au golf
La piscine aurait mérité d'être un peu plus nettoyé (fond à certains endroits moisi, bord un peu sale avec la marque de l'eau). Pas assez de parasols qui sont très petits et cela nécessite d'avoir 2 parasols si on est deux pour éviter de bruler au soleil.
Le service est approximatif : verres sales qui trainent au bord de la piscine malgré que le serveur en apportant des boissons passe devant sans les ramasser, service au restaurant moyen également.
Le restaurant est basic, les plats moyens et pas en adéquation avec le niveau de l'hôtel. Même les plats simples (burger ou salade) sont assez moyens et peu qualitatif.
La tranquillité du lieu, les espaces bucoliques, la surface de la chambre, la qualité de la literie, le SPA...
Le côté Vieillot des installations...
La piscine est rudimentaire, vieux transats, moquette de gazon, peinture défraîchie au fond de l'eau...
Absence de personnel au bar de la piscine, personnel peu qualifié au service restauration, absence de personnel au spa ... dommage car les lieux sont agréables...
Nous avons apprécié le calme, l'accès au spa et l'accueil souriant des professionnels aussi bien a la réception qu'au restaurant
