Lovely stay
Pros:

The location is very close to the Secret Lagoon. The lady at the reception was very kind and welcoming. We were able to check in a little earlier, which was greatly appreciated.
This time we had a room without direct access to the hot pots, but it was still very nice and comfortable.

Cons:

Two years ago, breakfast was still included in the price. Now it costs +- €25 per person. The lighting in the room is also a bit too dim.

Pros:

Convenient location for visit to gullfoss. Extremely friendly staffs.

Cons:

The water temperature of the outdoor hot tubs only offer 37-38c, would be good if there is another option for 40c.
The lights in the room is a bit dark but lights outside the hotel are bright, not ideal for aurora lights

Was a lovely hotel
Pros:

Rooms were lovely as was all the decor. Food was good but a little on the expensive side.

Cons:

The fold out bed go our daughter was incredibly uncomfortable.

Ok hotel, terrible soundproofing for the rooms
Pros:

Friendly welcome at check-in.
Hot tub was decent.

Cons:

Poor soundproofing.
I don't want to hear what's going on in adjoining rooms or the corridor, I just want a quiet place to sleep

Bad lighting.
The room has a decorative light shade that blocks most of the light from the bulb. It's really hard to pack and unpack with so little light especially in winter with no light from outside.

Nice enough. Not great value.
Pros:

Nice clean and modern building. Hot tubs in the garden are a nice touch.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but too expensive. Third bed wasn’t good quality. Room too small for 3.
