Не дружественный отель почти в центре Вены. Такого отношения к своим гостям, я не встречал ни в одном отеле или апартаментах в разных странах Европы. Кратко опишу ситуацию. При бронировании по каким то причинам у меня слетели нужные мне даты бронирования, и подтянулись ближайшие. Оплата была снята сразу же в полном обьеме. Я перебронировал этот же отель на нужные мне даты и связался с отелем и компанией букинг, чтобы отель зачел мне оплату на новые даты, а платформа связалась с отелем и помогла мне решить этот простейший вопрос, с которым мне до этого помогали несколько раз без всяких проблем и отели и апартаменты в таких ситуациях всегда шли на встречу. Тем более у меня забронирована программа поездок, и Букинг видит, что ошибка чисто техническая, т.к. Вена в середине путешествия. После многочисленных переписок с отелем, сотрудники отеля просто отморозились и отказались зачесть мою оплату на новое бронирование. Я лично считаю это кражей денег. за непредоставленные мне услуги. Такое ощущение, что это не отель 4 звезды, а какой то Бомжацкий отель, который зарабатывает на ошибках клиентов, а не предоставлении услуг. Поэтому я отменил свое второе бронирование в этом отеле. Компания Букинг также не смогла договориться с отелем по моему вопросу, хотя раньше всегда помогала. Скорее всего это ущербная политика данного отеля. P.S. И отель и платформа должны мне кажется учитывать тот момент, что когда ты весь на нервах и над тобой летают ракеты, и в такой ситуации планируешь отдохнуть хотя бы пару дней можно допустить какую то неточность, и пойти нам на встречу в простом вопросе.

It exceeded our expectations!! Definitely recommend it!!

Cons:

Our only notice. Upon arrival they informed us they needed another 200€ as additional security deposit. I don’t disagree with their policy, I just think they should have informed us a few days before arrival.

One of the nicest boutique hotels I've ever stayed at.
Pros:

The location was perfect: a short walk to the main square and walking distance to all the major sites. Very close to the subway entrance for easy mobility.
From arrival I was greeted very warmly and throughout my stay, all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and provided top notch service. My room was spectacular with the hidden wall of closet space, bathroom and safe and minibar. The entire hotel was beautifully decorated and well appointed. I loved and took good advantage of the private sauna room which was prepared for me including fresh fruit and hot tea and iced water. This was possibly one of the nicest boutique hotels I've ever stayed at. Lots of character, warmth and a feeling of being at home.
The facilities were spotlessly clean and I'm not sure how rates are in the summer, but I found this extremely good value for the money.
Breakfast was included daily in my rate and it was part buffet and part menu ordered. The menu ordered items were presented so beautifully prepared it looked like chef prepared presentation for an omelette.
I would highly recommend this property and I would seek it out first if I ever return to Vienna!

Boutique hotel nel cuore di Vienna
Pros:

Piccolo albergo in posizione centralissima. Belle stanze, gusto contemporaneo,letti molto comodi, bagno ampio, attenzione alla sostenibilita', plastic free, colazione curata e servizio attento e sorridente.

Cons:

L'unico piccolo problema riscontrato è il rumore delle ventole del bagno ( proprio e altrui).

A reggeli fantasztikus, étlapról tudsz rendelni. Már csak ezért érdemes ezt a szállást választani. A szobák kifejezetten nagyok és igényes szaniterek vannak.
