Pros:

Az elhelyezkedése szuper, szinte a központ közepe. Az ételválaszték és minőség kitűnő. Azoknak, akik rövid időre jönnek, a legjobb választék.

Pros:

The staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. The fact that a parking spot was offered brings peace of mind, especially that the parking lot was extremely close to the hotel itself. The receptionists, the waiters and almost every staff member that I interacted with was very respectful and welcoming.

Comfortable room, tasty breakfasts in a great location!
Pros:

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I arrived a few hours before check-in and before heading out again I was offered a coffee that I could drink in the lounge whilst I planned my new few hours.
The breakfast has a nice variety and was very tasty every day. Always great service.
Great central location

Cons:

Not much. The sink in the bedroom is very low which was irritating but I only mention it as I can’t think of anything that I really didn’t like!

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

The buffet breakfast was the perfect way to start the day in Krakow. The food was expertly prepared and fresh, with plenty of variety. The location of the hotel made it easy to walk everywhere, including to the main train station, the castle, and the Jewish quarter. When I visit Krakow again I will be staying here, 100%.
