Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Das Hotel bietet ein hervorragendes Frühstück und eine Nachmittagsjause. Die Lebensmittel sind alle BIO Produkte. Die servierten Gerichte sind sehr lecker.

Fabulous boutique hotel, definitely recommended
Pros:

Location excellent, room was great, service superb - staff very attentive and helpful. We used the sauna amenity which was perfect. Breakfast offering was very good. I would recommend to anyone looking for intimate hotel close to all sights in Vienna.

It was spacious and clean.

Cons:

We were staying in room 9. We could hear the next room, even though they were quiet. Also, when we ordered our breakfast, it took an hour for our meals to arrive, especially the porridge.

Fantastic to be back!
Pros:

This was my third visit to the hotel.
I was with my three adult daughters (so three rooms) and they all greatly enjoyed the experience.
I hadn’t realised until I’d booked that the ownership had changed since my last visit in Dec 2022. Any worries I had were soon dispelled both prior to arrival - admin etc was very good - and once we checked in.
This is a great place to stay in central Vienna with excellent rooms, a brilliant breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and proximity to all the main sights.
I always get the sense that the staff in particular really do care about your stay and will whatever is possible to make it as pleasant as possible.
I very much look forward to my next visit.
