Cancelations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 24 hours prior to check-in time in order to avoid any administration/service charges.
Cancelations or modifications received after this time will incur an administration/service charge equivalent to one night’s accommodations cost per room booked.

Close to town, friendly staff, spacious. Only two block walk to sky city and airport bus stop. Nice hot shower. Free wifi.
The TV wasn't working and there were a couple of lights not working. Could have done with more blankets as it was cold.

Strong urine smell coming from the bathroom and mold on the walls. Bathroom needs to be cleaned with bleach
The bed was 2 singles pushed together with no underlay so you could feel the gap in between. The room really smelt of cigarette smoke is was very horrible.

Shower wasn't clean and toilet water almost brown. Tissues found on both of the beds. Stovetop but nothing to use to cook

My second room I was changed too was fine and the location was fine
My first room was dirty. There was no hand wash. I repeatedly told the staff I had no hand soap and that the whole corridor smelt bad and was repeatedly told someone would come fix it. This was four times over two days.
Always great front desk people. Good bed!
