Staff were super helpful, got upgraded to a room higher uo the building was quite with super comfy beds and a great.olace to rest after a.few.days of work in the city. Will definitely come stay again.
The ladies on reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are of a good-size and well-equipped. Very comfortable room and lots of hot water in the shower.
The room could have been a bit cleaner especially around the edges of the carpet, skirting boards, behind/under the bed etc. I mentioned this to the receptionist and she was keen to hear my comments and address them.
It is a great location!.
Really is a bit run down and needs a good scrub but it’s priced as such.

Nous avons réservé 4 nuits et on a eu la chambre 910 avec 2 chambres. Nous avons choisi un appartement avec lave linge et sèche linge (important pour nos jumeaux de 16 mois).
Au 1er soir, le sèche linge ne fonctionnait pas et n'a jamais fonctionné jusqu'à la fin. Le lendemain matin avant d'aller voir la réception je me rend compte que ma fille avait ses chaussettes et son pantalon mouillé, on découvre alors qu'il y a aussi une fuite d'eau au niveau de la cuisine provenant du frigo.
J'avertis la réceptionniste et on m'assure qu'ils feront le nécessaire dans la journée.(J2)
Au retour le soir, ni le lave vaisselle,ni la fuite n'a été réparé. Je demande un changement de chambre pour avoir un sèche linge qui fonctionne, on me répond que l'hôtel est plein et que c'est la seule chambre avec un sèche linge .
On me propose d'attendre le lendemain (J3) pour déposer nos linges à la réception et l'équipe de ménage fera le nécessaire pour sécher nos linges puis les remettra dans notre chambre.
On rentre le lendemain soir, la carte pour accéder au parking ne fonctionnait pas (c'était pareille la veille) il fallait passer a la réception pour recharger la carte. Et là, personne a la réception juste une pancarte affichée "de retour dans 10 minutes" on a du attendre 21 minutes avant que quelqu'un se pointe a la réception. En plus elle arrive avec notre sac de linge et remet à mon mari comme si elle savait qu'on arrivait , bizard alors qu'ils ont proposé de faire déposer nos affaires dans notre chambre.
Fatiguée et énervée j'ai préféré attendre le lendemain matin (J4) pour les voir et là je vois encore la fuite d'eau le long de la cuisine, mes jumeaux ont failli glisser!!! arrivée à la réception on me dit qu'on pouvait changer de chambre mais qu'il fallait attendre après 10h après que le service de menage soit passé.
Génial, déménager pour 1 nuit et perdre la matinée pour ça!!!
