Stayed in room 604. Wifi could only be connected to cell phone not the tv.
The tap in the kitchen sink was not secured to bench, only 1 tea cup and no toaster. I rung receptionist whom brought them up to the room.
The toilet button was lose and not secured and you need to replace the toilet brush and bathroom had hairs on the floor. The pressure from the shower head was ok but the temperature would change from hot to cold.

There was no kettle, yet there was coffee, tea n milk available. There were not enough plates as we got tea in. My husband had to go to front desk twice to ask for these.

We had to use the tv remote from reception as our room had none.

WiFi would drop out if we stepped into the room only a step away from lounge

No toilet paper no towels n hot water jug and other things didn't work

I booked this for my son and his partner - his first ever holiday without me helping him as he is autistic. When my son arrived on the Friday night the room he was given was appalling - housekeeping hadn’t been and the room had dirty bedding and used towels all over the floor in the bathroom. At first he was told they didn’t have another room to move him to but would give him a refund to find somewhere else at 8pm on a Friday night. My son called me distressed and I got involved as I had made the booking and they quickly found him another room. After 2 days communication he was given an upgrade for his last night out of the three and given an extra day complimentary. The upgrade room had an oven with the oven door handle hanging off.
They really need to invest in fixing the basics in their rooms as it’s not a good look giving an upgrade and the oven being visibly broken.
As such my husband and I have cancelled our November booking which was for 4 days at this hotel.

Tv didnt work , approached reception, on three or more occasions staff were very helpful, Management was poor .

Overall

A hotel room is usually just a place to sleep for us, as we spend most of our holidays out exploring. Unfortunately, this room didn't live up to the expectations set by the photos on the website, which we felt were misleading. While the issues didn't ruin our holiday, there were enough problems that I think other travellers should be aware of.

The location was definitely the highlight of our stay. It was convenient and made it easy to get around and enjoy everything we wanted to do.

Cleanliness was the biggest disappointment. We arrived to find a large stain on the end of the bed. There was also pink mould in the shower, mould on the net curtains, loose debris on the bathroom floor, and food splashes down the side of the fridge. A rough patch job was also obvious on the bathroom wall. Overall, it didn't feel like the room had been cleaned to an acceptable standard.

There were several maintenance issues throughout our four-night stay. The bathroom light wouldn't turn off, which meant the extractor fan ran continously.
The shower door didn't close properly and flooded the bathroom every time it was used, requiring us to use our bath towels to soak up the water. There was also a plastic glove covering the smoke detector, which was concerning, and the TV had been left with the wrong remote.

When we reported the stained bedding, we expected housekeeping to replace it while we were out. Instead, we were handed clean bedding to change it ourselves, which was disappointing.

Reception did eventually resolve the TV remote issue once we reported it.

After using our towels to mop up the flooded bathroom, we requested replacements before heading out for the day. We were assured they would be replaced, but when we returned that evening there were no towels in the room. We had to contact reception again, and replacement towels arrived around 30 minutes later.

Stayed earlier in the year had a great room - this time not so much broken furniture, messy walls gross marks all over the place. A struggle with parking

Customer service was poor, if you have family and young children do not go there.. no parking at all you need to park far away from the hotel..even if you have need for a close park they wont help or reserve for you regardless of need. Just stay there if you need somewhere to sleep and dont mind parking at least 2 blocks either direction at a cost to you extra. Between $28-$60 per day
