Ambience Hotel Taipei

The service from the female front desk staff (particularly Mei) was excellent! The best we had encountered during our stay in Taiwan. The ladies were friendly and hospitable from the moment we stepped into the hotel. They remembered details about us and our plans, and made us feel like we weren’t just another number. We also appreciated the complimentary access to the in-house washing machine. Although we didn’t make use of it, we liked that the hotel had complimentary afternoon tea every day and complimentary instant noodles available every night. The food at the breakfast buffet was nice and we appreciated that it was different every day. The coffee/tea cups were stored in a cup warmer - that excellent attention to detail of having a warm cup available for coffee/tea is reflective of the fantastic hospitality we experienced during our time at Ambience.

A great stay for 5 nights on my first visit to Taipei. While not close to major sights there are many metro stations and Taipei Main Station is 15 minutes walk.

Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is amazing. So much to choose from and menu changes each day. Free snacks and water in the room and free late night snacks such as noodles too

I would recommend staying at Ambience Hotel and it's a good value place to stay

Extremely comfortable room - spacious with lovely big bath and shower and very thoughtful design ( we had a corner room with bath). Staff were exceptional! Incredibly warm and extremely helpful! Breakfast was terrific! Excellent selection of daily changing hot vegetable and meat dishes, hot rice or noodle dish daily, dumplings, eggs, salad bar , and lovely selection of breads. Toaster and small oven available. Good coffee.
Good location with metro 10 minutes walk away and a myriad of good restaurants within easy walking distance.

We stayed at Ambience in january 2026, and its highly recommended. Great rooms, nice view, good breakfast and very friendly staff. The location is also very good. One more thing: you can do laundry for free. We will definetely come back.

Concierge staff is super helpful and friendly, always greeted us with big smile on their face no matter what time of the day. The hotel provide breakfast, snacks and even cup noodles for supper 🥰
Around the hotel there are some eatery, a shabu shabu shop just next to the hotel to make is so convenient, we make reservation for a dinner on our 3rd night, enjoyed the food too👍

The best hotel! Clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. 10 to 15 minutes to MRT. Highly recommended!

The stay at Ambience was excellent, the staff were very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The location is within a short fifteen minutes walk to the MRT station. Room rates are affordable. Definitely recommend the hotel to anyone.

We made a big memory in Ambience Hotel. All time the hotel served amenities and snacks in the hotel breakfast desk. It also gives a delicious breakfast. In addition, the room and shower room are spacious with cleaning status of everyday was really satisfied.

The biggest strongpoint was that when you ask for a taxi, the reception call a taxi for destination to hotel. The hotel is a little bit away from MRT station so that it might be treated as flaw, but the taxi calling on the reception can be appeased to the strongpoint. In addition, reception staffs are really kind and multi-lingual. They are really fluent at korean, mandarin, and english. Thanks to Mandy, she gave us kind information, reception, and taxi calling from the check-in day to check-out day all days long!!

飯店的地點非常符合我的需求，出入相當方便。房間採光明亮，整體空間色調簡潔清爽，是我很喜歡的風格。床鋪舒適，浴室乾淨，使用起來也很自在。早餐好吃，服務人員親切有禮。雖然隔音不是完全完美，但並未影響睡眠，整體住宿品質令人滿意。未來若再到這個地區，會願意再次選擇這間飯店。

The hotel’s location perfectly suited my needs and was very convenient. The room was bright with plenty of natural light, and the overall design was clean, simple, and very much my style. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and pleasant to use. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Although the soundproofing was not absolutely perfect, it did not affect my sleep, and I slept well overall. I would be happy to stay here again if I return to this area.
