Exceptional value for its price, place is clean, had one of the best sleep in a while.
I’m allergic to dust mites and had no problem sleeping that night.
The breakfast is also great. The coffee machine is open till late at night, free of charge, even provide free cup noodles in the evening.

Great corner room, spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows on 2 sides. Very comfortable bed. Huge bathroom. The breakfast buffet was amazing each morning. Enough food to last me until dinner. Also, snacks available for guests in the late afternoon and noodle bowls after 9 PM. Free laundry, including soap, was really nice. 8 to 10 minute walk to nearest MRT station. Highly recommend. I would stay here again.
Great hotel in a good location. Staff was so helpful and lovely. Good breakfast, nice clean room. We really enjoyed our stay there. Beds are very firm, would have enjoyed a bit more soft but that is up to each persons preference so I wouldn’t take off points for that.
Great service and helpful desk staff. Minimalist decoration/decor is replaced with excellent service ethic. Rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean, but not extra fancy nor luxurious.
Loved the included breakfast. It was delicious and nice variety. Free snacks and drinks in afternoon (afternoon tea time) and evening. And even late evening instant noodles.
Desk staff are helpful in finding places and services in town plus for usual room needs. Beyond their native Mandarin, desk staff have very good English fluency and also some speak Japanese. Posted signs and messages are in all three languages.
Cleaning staff did great. Plenty of free bottled water was nice. Staff in the eating/bar area were also friendly and attentive.
10-12 minute walk to two nearby MRT stations. Felt totally safe, even after dark.

Booked 5 nights at reasonable price on the hotel website. Easy and nice experience. Hotel staff contacted me via email and WhatsApp prior to my arrival, asking any specific assistance needed during my stay.
Receptionists, especially Mei, were helpful and proactive. Provide sunscreen for us before leaving hotel daily, reheat food from restaurant and dried the clothes for us at night and so on…a heartwarming stay and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend👍🏻👍🏻

Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. Espace café agréable avec des petits gateaux offerts.
Le montant de la réservation est bloqué 2 fois : une fois sur Booking et une deuxième fois quand vous arrivez à l'établissement. Vous êtes remboursé mais pendant tout votre séjour vous avez 2 fois le montant de l'hébergement qui est bloqué sur votre compte, donc moins de pouvoir d'achat. Autant payer directement le séjour et libérer l'empreinte faite sur Booking. J'avais vue sur une ruelle sombre et c'est un peu loin du métro quand même.
grweat accommodation in Taipei
I have stayed about a week at the Ambience Hotel some 10 times and will return in July 2026 again. This is my favorite hotel. Very good rooms with perfect cleanliness.and a very fine breakfast, which you surely can find at more expensive hotels. However, the service and the friendliness of the staff make the Ambience Hotel to win my heart. I will never forget The Welcome Back Greetings I received at check-in.
It was a fantastic experience. The entire team is fabulous. I would highly recommend to everyone and this hotel would be my first choice everyone i or my friends visit Taiwan
I would share a great experience. I had left my mobile in an Uber taxi and had given up on the retrieval of the phone. Within hours the entire Ambience team with Mandy got into action traced through the help from Uber the location . .fortunately the taxi driver had deposited the phone at the songshan airport police bureau.Mandy sent me the procedure and documents to submitt retrieve the phone.Accordingly I could get my phone. The entire Ambience team went out of the way to help me.thank you Ambience.
