San Angelo is a wonderful luxury hotel. It gives you a sense of the geographic region of Madera and the historic perspective as well. Matera beingan ancient city developed over many centuries it’s preserved very well. The staff and restaurant, amenities an experiences at the hotel who offer a luxury and we would highly recommend a stay at San Angelo. The location is excellent, and the views are amazing.
I stayed at Sant'Angelo to celebrate my birthday, and I couldn't have made a better choice. This place is magical, not to mention my room, that was equipped with all comforts and prepared in all details. The whole staff was so attentive and careful and responded to my requests and needs with precision and courtesy.
What I also loved about the hotel were the dining facilities Regia Corte and Più Sud that offer delicious specialties of the local kitchen with an impeccable service.
It is definitely a place that you cannot miss for the world!

We also met a very industrious young person, Alessandro. We first saw him sweeping leaves from the steps to the restaurant. Later, he carried our luggage down all those steps to the van. In every encounter he was smiling. Definitely an asset for this hotel.very clear and providing us information about this lovely hotel.
