Tolles Hotel mit Enttäuschungen

Die Anlage alter Gebäude am Berg und unsere große Luxury Cave Suite.

Cons:

Dass die vor unserer Suite befindliche Terrasse mit 2 Deckchairs und Sonnenschirm von lautsprechenden anderen Gästen ständig belegt wurde, die neben uns ein sehr viel kleineres und günstiges Zimmer hatten und für die ein paar Meter weiter eine andere kleinere Terrasse vorgesehen war.
Wir hatten bei Buchung und Bezug des Zimmers ausdrücklich die erfragte Bestätigung erhalten, dass die Terrasse zu unserer Suite gehört. Die Rezeption hat uns dann lediglich angeboten, ein anderes kleines - nicht Cave - Zimmer zu beziehen. Eine schriftliche Nachricht über unsere Enttäuschung an den Chef der Rezeption blieb unbeantwortet.
Wir haben so etwas weltweit noch nie erlebt.
Das Frühstück war sehr standardisiert - täglich die gleichen eingelegten Paprika und 2 Sorten Fruchtscheibchen.

Hoe een mooie locatie een ontgoocheling wordt door een deel van het personeel.

Een super locatie met zicht op de vallei, ruime kamer, unieke indeling van het hotel op verschillende plateaus

Cons:

Het personeel van de ontbijt service had er niet veel zin in… ze hebben een TOP terras met een uniek uitzicht maar je MOEST binnen eten in een veel te koude afgesloten ruimte. Heb gevraagd om buiten te zitten in het zonnetje maa dit kon ECHT niet en zonder enige uitleg of reden… even later waren er dan toch al mensen zelf plaats gaan nemen. Ook de kwaliteit van het eten was ondermaats.

Dreamy hotel in a location that is other worldly
Pros:

We liked everything about this hotel. It thoroughly deserves to be part of the small leading hotels of the world community. They were incredibly accommodating and helpful from the outset, the hotel itself is stunning, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and have everything you need, the setting is out of this world, the staff are warm, friendly and hospitable. The breakfast is varied and delicious. One of my favourite hotels and already planning our return.

Bel hôtel mais accès compliqué.
Pros:

Bon emplacement. Vue magnifique depuis la chambre.tres belle chambre, belle deco, très propre. Tres belle vue depuis la terrasse pour le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le séjour est contraignant : l’utilisation d’une navette est indispensable depuis le parking surtout si on a des bagages : il faut donc appeler pour indiquer à quelle heure précise on arrive (la reception ne répond pas systématiquement il faut réitérer), puis il faut réserver le créneau horaire pour le retour (on nous a indiqué à notre arrivée que les créneaux du lendemain étaient déjà complets entre 9h30 et 11h30, sachant qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un transport privé)… idem pour le petit déjeuner : à réserver sur des créneaux d’une demie heure… le dîner au restaurant est un peu incompréhensible : tarif minimum appliqué de 100 euros par personne (250 euros pour être bien placé) alors que les plats sont annoncés à 25 €.

Cons:

No AC, so the ventilation system keeps the rooms at the mid 70’s F, we all slept on top of the blankets, all night. But still a very nice hotel we would stay again just not in august
