Please note that the indoor pool is open daily from 07:00 to 21:00.
Guests under 18 years old may access the pool only from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. On weekends, children’s access in the evening is extended until 21:00.
Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to use the steam room, sauna, or gym.
Pre-booking for the indoor pool is mandatory, in one-hour time slots, starting from the day of check-in.
Please note that proper fitness shoes are required in the gym.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Everything except one thing
Hardly slept. Had higher expectations from this resort. Was our first time there cause we like to do these one or two nights to get away from our normal routine life with 3 kids.... Back to the issue, Had two single beds together both with a sunken spot in the middle, terrible mattresses.
La chambre était très spacieuse et super propre. Le lit était gigantesque. Il y avait une bouilloire éléctrique avec du café et du thé à notre disposition.
Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bien: il était varié et abondant.
La piscine du spa était bien chaude.

La calidad de la cena buffet del restaurante Medea es muy mejorable.
Posizione perfetta! Fermata conbtutti i maggiori autobus per le varie destinazioni a 3 minuti a piedi. Staff cordiale e preparato. Il fatto di avere tre ristoranti nella struttura permette di mangiare comodamente in hotel anche se si arriva tardi. Spa pulita e perfetta. Che dire, tutto bellissimo!!

I found it strange to be asked to pay 50 cents at check in. Surely that could had been added to the cost of the room at the time of booking.
