Please note that the indoor pool is open daily from 07:00 to 21:00.

Guests under 18 years old may access the pool only from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. On weekends, children’s access in the evening is extended until 21:00.

Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to use the steam room, sauna, or gym.

Pre-booking for the indoor pool is mandatory, in one-hour time slots, starting from the day of check-in.

Pros:

Sicuramente nell insieme è una bella struttura. Ha delle ampie camere e delle belle zone relax.

Cons:

Nonostante la disponibilità mostrata dallo staff ad intervenire siamo rimasti senza aria condizionata per quasi tutti i tre giorni di soggiorno. Questo purtroppo con le temperature che ci sono ora è inaccettabile. Inoltre il frigorifero non raffredava e l'acqua non è stato possibile raffredarla. Inoltre avevo prenotato 2 camere e ci sono state date in 2 piani completamente diversi. E per finire i prodotti igienici in bagno erano terminati e non sono stati ricaricati.

Très bel endroit, très propre, piscine pour adulte très appréciée. Super chambre spacieuse. Très bons petits - déjeuners. Arrêt de bus à côté👍

Cons:

Les cours de langue dans l'hôtel, bcp d'étudiants pas tjs respectueux à proximité des ascenseurs, dans les couloirs,dans le hall de l'hôtel.

Wir kommen nicht mehr

Das Hotel ist eigendlich sehr schön. Die Zimmer ebenfalls und auch die Poolanlagen.

Cons:

Als wir ankamen, wurden wir sehr unfreundlich empfangen, weil wir zu früh vor Ort waren. Man bot uns zwar an am Pool zu sein, bis wir ins Zimmer konnten wurden aber mit bösen Blicken und giiftigen Anweisungen zum Raum mit den Koffer geschickt. Als wir diesen nicht fanden und erneut nachfragten, wurde uns die Tür zum Raum für die Koffer unfreundlich und lautstark aufgemacht.

6Tage waren wir ohne Klimaanlage im Zimmer, was für meine Partnerin krankheitshalber eine Zumutung war. Die Geduld des Personals mit meiner Partnerin war ebenfalls eine Frechheit ( man merkt gut das sie Psychisch eingeschränkt ist!) ein wenig mehr Verständnis wäre schön gewesen.

Das es einen kostenlosen Shuttle in die nächsten Städtchen gab, wurde uns nie mitgeteilt und bei Nachfrage für die Fahrtzeiten wurden wir gebeten, am nächsten Tag um 08;00Uhr morgens erneut zu fragen.
Informationen über das Hotel und dessen Angebote wurden uns nicht mitgeteilt.

Das Essen war ok. Besonders das Morgenbuffet war schön hergerichtet und bot eine grosse Auswahl an.
Am Abend wären wir gerne mal ans Buffet gegangen, konnten uns aber 40 Euro pro Person exkl. Getränke nicht leisten.

Bei der Hotelanlage gelangt man sehr gut zu einem kleinen Strand zu Fuss. Dieser hat aber keine Dusche oder sonstiges wo man sich den Sand abwaschen kann.
Als wir so ins Hotel reinkamen wurden wir vor allen Hotelgästen böse darauf hingewiesen das wir gefälligst trocken( ich hatte mein feuchtes bikini unter dem Rock an) und nicht Sandig das Hotel betreten sollen, sie seien schliesslich ein angesehenes 4 Sterne Hotel.


- Anmerkung ans Personal: Ja wir sind Schweizer, aber nein wir sind nicht reich! Ich musste lange für diese Ferien sparen! Und gehe jetzt entäuscht nach Hause zurück.

Pros:

The customer service skills of the staff was exceptional. Even in the extreme heat the management still managed to combat it and accomate by offering cold towels to the pool guests, whilst always maintaining good air-conditioning in common areas and guest rooms. The front desk service was helpful and offered us clear direction and specifications. Overall ambiance of the breakfast dining hall and the poolside were exceptional. The quality of the breakfast menu is good, overall consistent and had variety. The pools were overall clean, there also was an option for adults only section and served as a great amenity.

Cons:

The only comments I have to make was that there was trouble with the lift, whilst using the lift to go down the lift got stuck and wouldn't open the door whilst continuing to go up and down the floors, when we pressed the emergency button in the lift there was no sign of it working. On the positive note we had found an emergency number online and a responder picked up the line immediately. Moreover although the pool is quite shallow, it maintained good and cool temperature.
