Pros:

Check In was easy. The room was perfect! Spotless, Comfortable beds, Towels and bed made next day. No having to ask them to do it. Breakfast selection was plentiful.
Wish all places to stay was as Perfect.

Great value, great service and amazing bed
Pros:

The bed was really good, the staff at the front desk very nice and pleasant. They seemed happy to be there and to do their job. Not common with a lower price option.

Cons:

The breakfast can be improved. This is something I’m seeing across the board. Better options, better quality food at the morning breakfast. There is construction on the road right now and a traffic circle but not the property fault.

Pros:

The room was very clean, in excellent condition and very comfortable! Probably the best Comfort Suites I have stayed in!!

I understand things happen but twice in one stay is a little too much.
Pros:

Have stayed there every year for 4 years in a row.

Cons:

Door keys kept not working to get into the building and to the rooms. 2 out of the three nights I was there my door keys had to be reprogrammed.

We had a comfortable and affordable stay. The hotel may have been short staffed due to the holidays.
Pros:

The free breakfast is always a plus. The Texas- shaped waffle maker was fun too and the seasonal flavored batter was delicious. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful as well. I do also want to mention that considering I have mild scoliosis and a pinched nerve in my neck, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I woke up in the morning without stiffness or pain which is a huge win.

Cons:

The room was clean-ish. It was like it did get cleaned but only where things were most visible. We did notice the fan in the bathroom was not properly fitted to the ventilation system (rounded corners not covering sharp corners allowing moisture up into the ceiling). The shower curtain rod was also not properly mounted - the linen curtain would get wet (because there was no liner) and weigh the tension mounted rod down and water would pool on the floor by the door where you would step after getting out. I stayed in room 431 so I wouldn't want to believe that's common in all rooms. I'll admit I did not report this to the staff as we were mostly out of the hotel visiting family.

We had a great stay!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! When we arrived the AC in our room was not working properly. However, when we notified the front desk, they came quickly and fixed the problem.
