I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable, and very well maintained. The price–quality ratio is excellent, and overall the hotel offers great value.

The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. I also really liked the location. There are large grocery stores nearby, and it is very convenient to reach the university, as well as restaurants and other places around the city.

The hotel has all the necessary facilities on the property, which makes the stay very comfortable. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to make the gym a bit larger and add a few more machines and dumbbells. Otherwise, everything was great.

This was already my second time staying at this hotel while visiting Waco, and I can say that the quality remains consistently high. The hotel clearly takes pride in maintaining its standards.

Next time I travel to Waco, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Check In was easy. The room was perfect! Spotless, Comfortable beds, Towels and bed made next day. No having to ask them to do it. Breakfast selection was plentiful.
Wish all places to stay was as Perfect.

Great value, great service and amazing bed
Pros:

The bed was really good, the staff at the front desk very nice and pleasant. They seemed happy to be there and to do their job. Not common with a lower price option.

Cons:

The breakfast can be improved. This is something I’m seeing across the board. Better options, better quality food at the morning breakfast. There is construction on the road right now and a traffic circle but not the property fault.

I understand things happen but twice in one stay is a little too much.
Pros:

Have stayed there every year for 4 years in a row.

Cons:

Door keys kept not working to get into the building and to the rooms. 2 out of the three nights I was there my door keys had to be reprogrammed.
