Overall a very nice stay, I would stay again at this hotel
Pros:

The staff was extremely kind and supportive. Free parking just outside the hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom had a glass door with a gap between the door and its entire frame, not ideal for privacy

Schönes Hotel mit dünnen Wänden
Pros:

Die kostenlosen Parkplätze und die Ausstattung im Zimmer waren sehr gut. Auch das Personal war sehr kompetent und freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist leider sehr hellhörig. Man muss schon Ohrstöpsel mitbringen, wenn die Nachbarn Frühaufsteher oder Nacheulen sind.

Not a 4 star hotel for sure
Pros:

The hotel is in a very silent part of Pisa. It is located near a Mall and we had a supermarket there where we could buy drinks and food.

Cons:

1) There is bo privacy into the bathroom. The door is from glass and there are 2cm of space on each part. All the smells from the bathroom are in the room, and again if you are a family with child... bad choice.
2) The cleaning it's done superficial. Unde the bed the dust has some months since it had been cleaned up
3) Even if the checkin is after 15h the room is not 100% verified. The seif was locked by the family before us. Also there were no slippers inside the room. I've asked the reception but the girls there told me to wait until tomorrow even though the slippers were in the next room (as I've seen the next day)
4) The breakfast is poor, really poor. There are more sweets than food. The fried eggs are done only if you know to asked for them. Only one type of salamy, one of ham, one prosciutto crudo and two type of cheese. No olives, no tomatoes, some carrots and slices of cucumber.

I liked that it had free parking free wifi and also the front fest reception guy Alessio hope i spelled his name right was very professional and polite and helped with everything like directions and where to park for attractions very good at his job and very friendly
