The desk staff were wonderful. The room was adequate.,

Cons:

The beverage machine on the 2nd floor did not supply with beverage; it kept insisting on "use a different selection" and then failed to supply it. We are not sure if we were charged for non existing drinks,
The space in the room was very crowded. However, we did not spend much time there so it did not matter.
The TV reception kept blinking in and out; the sound came on and off,
We know Banff is expensive. So are your rooms, but that's OK.

Bien situé et personnel courtois.

Cons:

Le café était très ordinaire et la toilette fonctionnait mal même si on tenait la claque pendant plus de 5 sec.

Really enjoyed my stay. Had everything needed. A little outdated but I guess if you improved that to a higher standard I may not be able to afford to stay. Really enjoyed my stay. Staff very helpful. Absolutely no issues at all. I’d give it 9/10

Pros:

The hotel is very close to the main part of town and is also right next to the river. It had all the amenities such as a coffee maker, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner... etc. Room was also very comfy.

Cons:

View was of a construction site. There were some times in the morning when we were woken up by neighbors and sounds from the outside (the walls seemed to be thin).

Great location, lovely rooms, fix the steam room! :)
Pros:

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, beautifully presented room overlooking cascade mountain

Cons:

Room was unbearably hot, temp was set to 25 without the ability to adjust (that I could see) had to sleep with the fan on. The steam room was out of order which was actually one of the reasons I chose to stay there unfortunately
