Great location, lovely rooms, fix the steam room! :)
Pros:

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, beautifully presented room overlooking cascade mountain

Cons:

Room was unbearably hot, temp was set to 25 without the ability to adjust (that I could see) had to sleep with the fan on. The steam room was out of order which was actually one of the reasons I chose to stay there unfortunately

House keeping staff and front desk are very attentive to the patrons needs.
Pros:

Rudimentary and clean. The property shares a convenient arrangement with The Banff Park Lodge with excellent amenities like the pool, steam room and hot tub. The restaurant serves up a great fare.

Cons:

Bed is too close to the heating system and the air in the room is very dry .

Pros:

Reasonably priced in expensive Banff. Walking distance to the center of town. Free parking available. Parking is a problem in Banff.

Pros:

Friendly staff - great location - If you're looking for luxury, this isn't the place for you . If you're looking for a clean, basic place to stay for a good price , this is the place for you.
Bonus there was a very sweet, well-behaved pup supervising the front desk during the stay !

Cold nights, dry air
Pros:

Prime location, lose to ski resort shuttle bus station.

Cons:

Heater was malfunctioning for at least 2 nights for us. Outside is freezing minus 21 degrees. And the heating was not functioning properly in our room. It was only 16 degrees in the room. I had to ask for a portable heater. Staff did not offer to change our room.

buena ubicacion, buen precio calidad, el servicio a la habitacion muy bueno en limpieza.

la ubicacion es muy conveniente, ademas puedes usar la piscina del lodge de alfrente lo cual es increible no esperaba tener piscina.
