Adequate as a central base but no frills.
Pros:

It was close to the centre of Banff so easy to walk into town.
I understand that a restaurant was available around the corner in a much better branch of the hotel, but did not try this.

Cons:

The hotel was outdated, dark, rather shabby like an old motel. The staff were insufficiently trained. The nearby construction work they did mention in advance, turned out to be a very large building immediately in front of the hotel.

Comfortable bed. Underground parking. Short walk to the town centre.

Cons:

It's tricky to get the shower temperature just right. Some fixtures & fittings are dated but do what they need to.

Pros:

The location can’t be beat. Walk to wherever you want within Banff…hikes, canoes, bikes and biking trails, bus to gondola, shops and restaurants. Staff is great. Rooms are clean.

Budget friendly, clean riverside hotel
Pros:

The front desk staff + house keeping team were lovely and very helpful.

The room was very clean and the view out to the river from my balcony was gorgeous. Comfy and although the decor is dated, I didn't notice. The pool next door was an added bonus.

A 3 min walk into town or immediately out along the river path to the park - so serene!

Cons:

The room is supplied with a coffee pot but I'd have loved a kettle in the room for making tea rather than going down to the lobby for hot water each time.

Muy buena ubicación para salir al centro de la cd de compras o a comer. tambien el transporte estuvo muy cerca

Amazing customer service. Nice and clean room, but the price is high.
Pros:

The girl in the front was amazing. She was so nice and helpful.The room was nice and clean with a good view.

Cons:

I found the price a bet higher. The blanket was very heavy.

初日、夜遅く到着した時、エントランスに鍵がかかっており入れず。中に従業員がいたが知らんぷり？。外てタバコを吸っていた人に頼んで、その人のルームカードで入った。

Good hotel in centre of Banff
Pros:

Brilliant location close to centre, had a great stay, staff were great very friendly and helpful
Room was clean.

Cons:

Nothing major but Rooms were a bit outdated but very clean, No air conditioning could be very hot in the summer we had to sleep with patio door open in Oct. Note says windows can’t be open from Nov to April so if you like fresh air may be a problem. Wi-Fi very intermittent unable to watch tv or use phone properly. Could do with better lighting.
