Good stay , used the pool & spa in other building , car parking could be very busy & we requested to have a join

Terrible and unclean. Expensive and poor value for money!

Cons:

There were hairs in the bed and the bathroom! Crumbs on the floor and incredibly unclean. Aircon was hard to switch off and absolutely freezing. Earplugs next to the bed with a note telling you that there will be construction workers. I paid £300 including tax for 1 night… outrageous! Never ever paid that much for such poor quality, this exceeded London prices!!

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Flussblick, daher war es okay. Andere Zimmer gehen zum Parkplatz raus. Die Lage ist gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und geduldig.

Pros:

La position dans la ville et le personnel courtois.

Cons:

Le rapport qualité/prix : Vieil hôtel , vieux décor laid, lit usé, mal isolé : il fait froid et les moustiques entrent par la porte patio mal ajustée . Ce fut vraiment mais vraiment trop cher !

Great location
Pros:

Easy to access with free parking. Close to main street and lots of restaurants. Good sized room. Lovely view to the river. Room clean and comfortable. Good breakfast at sister hotel.

Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral und nah an dem Fluss, sehr gut. Die WLAN hat auch gut funktioniert. Das Bett bequem. Funktionale Unterkunft, aber der Preis ist schon sehr übertrieben.

Cons:

In der Nähe vom Bahnhof, man hört den Zug sehr laut, wenn er vorbei fährt. Baustelle direkt vor dem Fenster. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarn sprechen, husten etc.

Pros:

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. When we asked for soft pillows we received them. The TV worked and had streaming service.

Cons:

The thermostat was missing a dial so we couldn’t turn down the heat. With no AC it was pretty warm but we opened the slider to cool down. We didn’t feel safe to do this at night as our balcony overlooked a busy and noisy walking and biking trail next door to an active construction site. There was a small fan provided to move the air around. The bathroom sink was super slow to drain but the maintenance dept fixed it. The tub was missing a drain stopper so no baths. The tub drain was so slow that when showering we stood in water. It couldn’t even drain by the next morning. The maintenance dept could not fix this during our stay. Parking was across the lot in a different facility. The restaurants, pool and hot tub were at the hotel across the lot, above the parking garage so we didn’t end up using them. Construction started at 7AM and ended after 8pm, quiet hours started at 11pm.
