Premier Inn Wien City Hauptbahnhof

A wonderful hotel right near the Vienna Central Train Station. Very helpful staff, and a terrific breakfast service. I enjoyed my stay!

Great place to stay in Vienna. Would be great if breakfast could have more variety.

Wish they had a few more items provided such as Kleenex, washclothes and conditioner. This was a very basic hotel, but clean, convenient to train station/ metro and a good breakfast.

The toilet was used and not cleaned, and even left with urine! Terrible! I have never experienced such a filthy situation as a frequent traveler! The front desk people told me that they will report to the manager to compensate and refund but they never contacted me since. I strongly request for apology and refund!

Excellent location, breakfast is good.
Staff kindly prepared a breakfast go bag as we were checking out very early

Great location for trains and public transport into and out of city

The hotel was very close to the railway station, restaurants and shops.
The hotel was clean and there was a lift so it made it easy for transportation of luggage. Breakfast was good with lots to chose from. We were very satisfied with out stay.

Good location next to public transport links to centre and airport. Plenty of shops nearby

Property was nice to stay in and clean.
During our 4 night stay only one lift was operational which created problems as we were on the seventh floor and often had to wait its arrival.
Breakfast was excellent with many options.

Great breakfast!! The breakfast and the comfy beds made this a 5 Star review for me. My rooms air condition was not working properly, and the staff quickly gave me another room where it worked perfectly. Excellent customer service throughout my stay!

Very comfortable bed, good size room. Quiet and clean. Perfect location when travelling by train.
Breakfast was very good, great selection and very yummy fresh pastry.

Great hotel close to the main station

Hotel was very nice and close to tram and train stations. Only moan was not enough English stations on TV system (only news channels) couldn’t change subtitles or anything on settings.

When we checked in at that time they are doing some renovations and construction. But the room is clean although quite small. I love the free coffee and teas. I love that it is just stone away from the main train station in Vienna

No WiFi…. They said coz I have IPhone 16 but I also have IPhone 11 and WiFi didn’t worked. Horrible!!!
Staff were ok. Doing construction works so you can hear banging in the morning.
No gym, no restaurants as what they advertised online. Coffee is free and hot water. Will never booked to that place again.
Company is changing the name.
