It was central but The rooms were depressingly basic and nowhere to relax. Breakfasr staff good
Pros:

Breakfast was good and staff very freindly and cheerful . Good choice of items and fresh food available

Cons:

miserable staff on front desk - even though it was different staff throughout the stay they treated guests like a nuisance
The room had little natural light
The corridors were extremely noisy - especially at night
It was not a relaxing room to be in during the day or to sleep in
Shower room smelled of drains

Αν και στο κέντρο της πόλης, δεν θα ξαναερχομασταν.
Pros:

Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Για την κατάσταση του ξενοδοχείου, οι άνθρωποι έκαναν πραγματικά ότι μπορούσαν.
Η τοποθεσία που βρίσκεται το ξενοδοχείο είναι και το μοναδικό πλεονέκτημα που έχει.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν για 3 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο. Δεν περιμέναμε πολυτέλεια, αλλά 3 αστέρια σημαίνει λειτουργικότητα. Τα φώτα δεν λειτουργούσαν και όταν ήρθε ο υπεύθυνος συντήρησης ζήτησε να μην χρησιμοποιούμε συγκεκριμένους διακόπτες γιατί είναι χαλασμενοι και δεν μπορούν να επισκευαστουν. Η τηλεόραση δεν λειτουργούσε. Το μπάνιο είχε εμφανή σημάδια πολυκαιριας και κακής συντήρησης και καθαριότητας. Από ρωγμές στα πλακάκια έως και σκουριά. Η ανύπαρκτη ηχομόνωση των δωματίων, για ένα ξενοδοχείο στον πιο κεντρικό δρόμο της πόλης, δεν σε αφήνει να ηρεμήσεις και να κοιμηθείς.

Не съм доволен.
Pros:

Местоположението в центъра.

Cons:

Няма паркинг. Ползва се обществен, който е на разстояние от хотела и се плаща допълнително. Пред и около хотела, дори не може да се спре дори с кола за да се пита къде да паркираш.
Освен това се намира на много оживен булевард и тъй като дограмите са стари и не изолират звука добре, е ужасно шумно, дори и през цялата нощ.

*Personal sehr freundlich
*Hotel gut gelegen
*sauber

Cons:

-das Zimmer war grau in grau, kein Bild an der Wand- nichts!
- die versprochene Badewanne klein und ohne Stöpsel
-Hinzu kommen LED Lichter, die kaltes, weißes Licht verbreiten.
-Das Frühstück glänzt mit selbst gemachten Marmeladen, dafür ist der Kaffee aus der Maschine ungenießbar.
Das Hotel nennt sich Palace Art-Hotel! Das ist irreführend.

Длброжелательный персонал, довольно чисто в номере

Cons:

Окно выходило во внутренний двор, постоянный шум вентиляции, номер очень маленький и кровать стоит изголовьем к окну, т.е. окно открывается на кровать....

Giriş yaparken muhatap olduğumuz yaşlı resepsiyon görevlisi gereksiz agresifti. Pencereler tam kapanmıyordu oldukça eskiydi bu nedenle caddeden çok gürültü geliyordu.

Location! Just in the city center, walking distance to everywhere!

Cons:

The disadvantage of city centre , to much noise (you can have it all... ) 😀 , very old building just one elevator , the interior was renovated and modern but the building did not hide its age . I will give a completely negative comment on the lack of parking, even though the booking site stated that there is parking. At the reception they informed us that there is private parking three blocks away for €20 per day. and at the same time you have to illegally outside the hotel blocking traffic even for a minute. .
