We will continue to use this property during Arizona Bike. It is fantastic.

Stay was good beside breakfast. Would have done dinner there for convenience but inconsistent break

First day wife and me got classic breakfast came with 2 eggs potato tote 4 sausages 1 toast and coffee. Second day got same classic breakfast came with 2 eggs way less potato tote big difference 3 sausages why 1 less? Disappointed! Third day got pancakes little dry . Fourth day got pancakes again big difference in size much bigger how come! Inconsistency in portions is unexcepable ! If I go back I will not order any food there ! Your breakfast inconsistency stop us from eating lunch and dinner there! At least when I go to madonalds portions are going to be same!you lost my dinner business because of this!

Nice place, great location. Will stay again.
Pros:

A very nice place and close to the art show at Westworld. Comfortable large rooms. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit small and hard for two people to use at the same time. Costs could be a little better.

Completely disappointed in booking.com. I booked a 2 queen bed room. I received a one king bed room. Traveling with a friend and did not wish to sleep with her. The staff tried to everything to accommodate us but they were sold out. They blamed booking.com. I will never use booking.com again!

Good Effort, but Definitely a 3-Star Experience
Pros:

The room was a good size, very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The bar staff were wonderful — friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming — and the food served there was tasty and well-presented. These touches made the stay more enjoyable.

Overall, a decent stay with some great highlights, but also a few areas that could use improvement.

Cons:

However, the overall experience felt closer to a 3-star standard. The reception staff were rather unfriendly, breakfast and coffee were quite basic (typical American style), and the air conditioning was loud and it was impossible to regulate the temperature except turning it on and off, which made it hard to sleep. While the essentials were fine, the service and amenities could be improved to match higher expectations.
