Exceptional value for money
Pros:

Very comfortable. Good location. Great value for money. Staff are super nice, especially in the morning!

Cons:

You can definitely hear what's going on in the hallway (and, to a lesser extent, adjacent rooms). Not a big deal, though.

As advertised, they may discretionally take a bond on check-in, and it can take a little while to be refunded after check-out.

Excelente custo benefício e equipe adorável
Pros:

Minha experiência no Kiwi International Hotel foi muito positiva. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso ao transporte público, restaurantes e às principais atrações de Auckland. O custo benefício também é muito bom.

O quarto estava limpo e confortável, com tudo o que eu precisava, incluindo chaleira, café, chá, frigobar e banheiro privativo. Mas, sem dúvida, o que mais gostei foi a hospitalidade da equipe. Todos foram muito atenciosos, gentis e sempre dispostos a ajudar.

Um detalhe que fez muita diferença para mim foi que eles permitiram que eu deixasse minha mala guardada depois do check-out, o que facilitou bastante minha viagem.

Sou muito grato por toda a atenção e hospitalidade durante minha estadia. Foi uma experiência muito agradável e eu certamente recomendo o hotel para quem procura uma boa opção em Auckland, especialmente pelo excelente custo-benefício e pela equipe tão adorável e prestativa.

Great location and wonderful hospitality
Pros:

My experience at Kiwi International Hotel was very positive. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and the main attractions in Auckland. The value for money is also very good.

The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed, including a kettle, coffee, tea, a mini-fridge, and a private bathroom. But what I appreciated the most was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was very kind, welcoming, and always willing to help.

One detail that made a big difference for me was that they kindly allowed me to leave my luggage at the hotel after check-out, which was very helpful for my travel plans.

I am very grateful for all the kindness and hospitality during my stay. It was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a well-located place with great value for money and a lovely, helpful team.

Great stay in Auckland
Pros:

Amazing location in the city centre. Very close to the main attractions and only 25min away from the airport if you take a taxi.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room has all you need for a few days trip.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. The bathroom floor had clearly not been vacuumed as we found a lot of hairs when we first entered the room.

Pros:

Posizione ottima e eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. Aree comuni molto ampie, bagni in comune ma in numero più che sufficiente e ben organizzati e puliti. Comodo il lavandino in camera. Sarvizio lavanderai non modernissimo ma che fa il suo lavoro.

Cons:

Struttura un po' vecchiotta e infissi che lasciano spifferi, con conseguente umidità e freddo nelle camere.

Pros:

For the money this is the hotel i go to everytime i go to auckland,

Cons:

This time only, we got the room across from the shared toilets, even though we always get our own toilets, but people kept slamming the toilet doors which they would go to till 4am so that was not good, for the next time i will ask to get our room to not be in front of the toilets, 2 times previously weve had our normal room.

Recomendado para pasar unos días en la ciudad.
Pros:

La ubicación, cerca de restaurantes y a un paseo del centro de la ciudad.
Las zonas comunes con mesas, sillones ymesa de billar se agradecen para pasar un rato en familia o con amigos después de visitar Auckland o para antes de coger el avión.
El personal es amable.
La habitación es sencilla pero cómoda.

Nice, but no frills. Should be a called a budget motel, not a modern one.
Pros:

Hasn't had a refurb in years, it appears.
