Was very busy with a function when we were there but staff were all brilliant. Grounds were amazing all food was excellent. Bed was large could have been more comfortable. Room was perfect.
A beautiful hotel and the rooms were very clean. We loved our family room with a separate space for the kids bunk beds. It was a great price for how nice of a hotel it was and the location was perfect. On our 2 week stay in Scotland our whole family wished we would have had longer in Inverness and in the Kingsmills hotel. We highly recommend it!
The food prices at the hotel restaurant were a bit on the high side.
Lovely clean hotel, excellent staff, food great
Room was noisy from plumbing of rooms above or adjacent
Amazing place to stay, spend Christmas here and the whole experience was lovely.
Very friendly helpful staff. Big bedroom.
All good
Lovely friendly welcome from reception staff - could not have been more helpful! We had room 28 the family room which is spacious, with bunk beds for kids and two bathrooms it was clean and perfect for our staff. A lovely little touch of card and chocolates for 50th birthday celebrations. We are already planning our next visit!
Nothing
Very clean, welcoming and comfortable hotel in a great location. Staff were excellent and my room was lovely and quiet with a very comfy bed.
I booked with booking.com and thought that breakfast was included in my room rate but it wasn't and I saw that booking.com slapped a £51 Vat charge onto the price- so I will not use booking.com again!!
Nice hotel in good location.
Nothing.
Breakfast was excellent, probably a little away from the Conservatory where our table was.
Everything was fine

Reception staff.
Room wasn’t ready
Should have been a luxury double room but was 2 single beds jammed together
Lovely hotel
Shower didn’t work properly, had a cold shower . Not good at all.
Woken up at 4.20 in the morning with the kitchen roof fans making a racket out side . Phoned reception but nothing said in the morning.
Cold buffet breakfast, not what I had in mind .
The decor, facilities and food were great. Our room was lovely with a huge bed and modern shower room.
We stayed with our dog and had to sit in reception for breakfast and dinner which wasn't nice.

The bathroom. The handle from the entrance door is so low. You need to bend in order to open the door.

Everything great except non blue badge holders taking up disabled laces in the car park
