Defectuoasa comunicare a recepției centrale, in raport cu clienții

Când am ajuns, ne au trimis direct în cealaltă clădire, nu cea în care rezerasem, fără să fim întrebați dacă dorim acest lucru, motivand ca se oferă un upgrade la cameră. Modul de comunicare al recepției din cladirea principala a fost neplăcut și neprofesionist. Camera, deși mai mare și cu balcon ( nefolosibil pe motiv de clima ploioasa și frig), era la distanta de piscina și sala de gimnastica, facilități pentru care am ales hotelul. Deci incomod.

Room was very clean and comfortable - great shower. Breakfast was good and pool was great.

Cons:

Parking was a nightmare (there was a wedding) and they charged for pool towels which seemed unnecessary given the cost of the room.

Lovely hotel in Inverness
Pros:

Spacious rooms, great lounge , good breakfast spread , very welcoming nature of staff . Good lounge restaurant to dine at and overall a nice hotel to stay with families

Too long a wait for check in which could have been prioritised with a baby’s needs
