Great place, will definitely use again
Pros:

Fantastic place, excellent value for money. The facilities were very nice and cosy. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very pleasant. The room was large and well main. The swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi was a clear plus, which the kids loved.

Cons:

The absence of a fridge in the room was the only downside.

Relaxing
Pros:

The facilities were very good and the staff were very helpful and informative and we enjoyed the whisky on arrival.
We only stayed 1 night on the way to Ullapool ferry terminal. So the location was perfect.

Cons:

The restaurant and bar were busy but it was the Easter weekend. So that's to be expected.

23 min walk can be difficult for some people to city centre for all nice restaurants, was ok for us

Super difficult heating system, when we came to the room it was freezing, asked reception to help us understand how to use heaters, but no one arrived, so for us it was either heaters on and super hot, or heater is off and it’s cold

Pros:

Spacious, comfortable, good breakfast and evening meal. Swimming pool was great, not as big as it appears in the photo, but jacuzzi, steam room and sauna a bonus.
The grounds are well managed. Hotel was easy to find.
