I would not stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Location is on a busy street and we were not put in the same hotel as our travel partners. They also catered to large bus groups first upon arrival and we were told we had to wait to get checked in.

Cons:

The fact that we were not in the same hotel as our friends and check in was poorly managed.

Insgesamt (bis auf 1-2 Mitarbeiter) nicht wirklich unfreundlich, aber desinteressiert und unaufmerksam.
Weingläser im Restaurant mit Schlieren.
Tische mit Glasplatte statt Tischdecke.
Sitzplatz im Wintergarten wirklich zugig.

Check-in nicht früher (15min) möglich bei 15min nach Check-in (bei Reservierung gebuchtem Termin) im SPA.
Wasserkocher im Schrank staubig und mit altem Wasser gefüllt.

Pavillon für Raucher furchtbar schmutzig und ungepflegt.
Frühstück enttäuschte geschmacklich.

Pros:

I loved everything! The staff were excellent—at reception, the restaurant, the bar, breakfast service, and the housekeeping team! The staff members were amazing and always eager to help! The restaurant manager, Mr. Gregory, was outstanding—the right person in the right job! Everyone was incredibly polite! It is a beautiful and spotless hotel; the room was cleaned every day!
The location is wonderful, set amidst greenery and just a 10-minute walk from Inverness Castle and the city center! I was thrilled with my room! I am leaving this wonderful hotel with the best impressions! I will definitely come back!

Best hotel by far that I’ve stayed in during my 10 day trip round Scotland and very good value for money.
Pros:

Location, spacious rooms, great facilities and exceptionally nice staff

Cons:

Decor not to my taste, but that didn’t impinge on my enjoyment of the stay.

Great location and comfortable bed and pillows which is always a bonus. Food was ok although the crab linguine was more like a tomato linguine

Pros:

Had a one night stopover on our way further up Scotland.
Staff were extremely friendly and assistive - not only to us, but also to our girls.
The bedroom was massive - as was the bed. The kids had their own little bunk bedroom which they loved.
Ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious.
Breakfast next morning was also fabulous and I loved the little extras the staff were able to do for people.

Fire alarm went off at a little before 6am and we had to evacuate the building. Staff also dealt with this effectively and efficiently and the whole incident was over within 30 minutes.

Cons:

La chambre. On s est senti laissé pour compte. Chambre avec fenêtres condamnée et pour cause on donne sur les machinerie. Manque de prise. Lampes defectueuses.

Extrem freundliches Personal; das Gebäude ist alt, aber sehr gepflegt und hat einen tollen Charakter.
Das Leisure-Center lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Cons:

Die Steckdosen am Bett sind noch alte „B“-Dosen, was etwas unpraktisch ist, wenn man Strom am Bett benötigt und keine Verlängerung bei hat. Sonst sind im Zimmer aber auch die bekannten neuen „G“-Dosen verbaut.

This was a decent hotel to stay at for our visit to Inverness.
Pros:

Clean room conveniently located near Inverness.

Cons:

They charge for towels in the pool/spa area. The first room they gave us was occupied, so that was inconvenient. Thank goodness the concierge was near us when we went in. He was able to promptly run back up to the front desk to get us another room. Room rates are way too high for the value.

Breakfast was great, booked family room and thought it was excellent.

Cons:

Staff not very attentive at bar area. Glasses left to pile up at table. Happy to return them myself but expected service to be a better especially from a hotel in this price range.

Um hotel lindo mas as pessoas é o mais especial...
Pros:

Todo espaço era muito bom, o quarto era especial, com espaço em separado para o beliche das crianças e ate com uma televisão própria. Todos os funcionários eram extremamente simpáticos e supre cuidadosos. A piscina é um Plus.
