Beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, lovely spacious room, nice hotel and very nice evening meal.

Cons:

Very pleasant and cozy
Pros:

The room that they asigned to us was very dificult to go because has a lot of stairs and with bags was not aesy. The room was great but it has to many furniture that you dont need

Cons:

The breakfast was good, they have chocolate and capuchinos but they dont offer them, I noticed at the end. The service was average not for the quality of the hotel

Cons:

Ordered sandwiches in the evening and it was delivered without napkins or silverware for the salad. Ice is not available to retrieve yourself (front desk must get). The tv is not a smart tv (very old tv)

Terrible value for money and I was in the modern spa section. The pictures you see tend to be the older part of the hote

The staff were friendly.

Cons:

To wake up at 1:30 in the morning realising that when you turn the temperature control up in the room it has no effect and I was cold. To then be told in the morning that you have to go to reception to change it because they control it and the thermostat whilst active doesn’t control the heat is simply unacceptable. Nobody informed us this was the case and who’s gonna get out of bed at that time in the morning. Secondly, breakfast is basically sat at reception in the main entrance and given the cost of a room including breakfast with nearly £500 it’s terrible value and I don’t understand why it gets such good ratings. What do I know, I only booked 52 hotels last year.

location, spa.

Cons:

the bedroom has worn, damaged furniture and needs a complete re-furbish .We felt that residents for one night only were given priority to ourselves who had booked for five nights. The breakfast food was luke warm . This is not a four star hotel and we feel the price of our stay was not worth anything like we were charged.

La verrière est un plus.
Le spa et les salles de fitness sont très bien.
La piscine avec la vue sur l'extérieur est très agréable.
Le jeune homme qui s'occupait de cette espace était très agréable, souriant.
L'hôtel est très bien situé proche du centre ville.

Bon petit déjeuner.
Qui pourrait être amélioré avec des jus de fruits frais et du pain français.
