Pros:

We have stayed here many times and it’s a lovely hotel.

Cons:

Although their website says the garden room includes robes and slippers, they do not. When I asked about this, I was told the rooms don’t come with this amenity, so they will need to update their website. Sadly I would not call their garden rooms “luxurious” and I would instead opt for a room in the hotel itself.

Dinner and breakfast were both disappointing in comparison to previous times we have stayed here.

Fantastic stay, very friendly and I will definitely return.
Pros:

All staff were extremely helpful despite being short staffed due to sickness. Our room was exceptional, clean and very comfy. Inverness coffee was fantastic!

Cons:

People filming with their mobile phones in the pool area despite multiple signs stating that mobile phones were not permitted. This is my only complaint and it is guest related and not the fault of the hotel.

Not relaxing unfortunately
Pros:

The room was lovely, meal and cocktails were lovely !

Cons:

Our room location one floor up from the function room! Far too noisy had to wait until midnight for the loud music to stop , no other rooms were available! Would be much easier if the hotel would make people aware when booking rooms as to where they are located so they know to avoid those rooms!! Considering the money that was spent in the hotel that evening between our room , our meals and drinks at the bar.
