Niedokładne sprzątanie pokoi; słabe wyposażenie studia

Slab pritisak vode na tuš bateriji.
Dušeci klizaju po postolju.

Parte del personale non capiva una parola in italiano, in 3 giorni pieni non mi hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola ne tanto meno pulito la stanza ne dato asciugamano pulite, non funzionava il phone, ma soprattutto sporchissimo a terra e le lenzuola

È il nostro secondo soggiorno in questo hotel in 10 anni, abbiamo pensato di dargli una seconda chance dopo la prima brutta esperienza.
Purtroppo nonostante un leggero miglioramento non ci ha convinto:
Pulizia, attrezzature da cucina carenti e non ben pulite, arredi datati.
La receptionist (credo la proprietaria) nonostante la stanza non fosse pronta al nostro arrivo, abbiamo dovuto farci un giro e depositare i bagagli, ci ha poi trattati con la puzza sotto il naso manco fosse Kate Middleton.
Il resto del personale alla reception ok ma poco cordiali e poco presenti.
Abbiamo dovuto ripulire il bagno perché dopo che la stanza era stata frettolosamente rifatta al nostro arrivo era tutto sporco (wc macchiato, doccia con capelli altrui, lavabo macchiato)

Letto e pulizia lasciano a desiderare

Alcune luci in stanza rotte. Pulizia approssimativa. Stanza non rifatta da un giorno con l'altro. Poche prese di corrente. Finestra non chiude bene e entra rumore. Cucina in camera inutilizzabile perchè rotta e frigo scollegato. Colazione molto costosa per l'offerta. La macchina del caffè non monta il latte del cappuccino, la macchina dei succhi di frutta erogava solo acqua. Poca scelta tra dolce e salato.

Letto in pessime condizioni e il balcone era veramente molto sporco

Τα δωματια ηταν αρκετα βρωμικα και στο δικλινο το παραθυρο δεν ανοιγε με αποτελεσμα να μην αεριζεται ο χωρος.

Quite many things that were not so good.

- SHOWER CABIN was the smallest I have ever experienced with less than 60cm inside. Very hard to shower without all the time hitting elbows to the wall.

- WATER PRESSURE almost non existing. This was the same propably in every room.at the hotel., since our company of 4, all had the same PROBLEM.

- NO SHELF or place in bathroom for toiietteries. I had to keep toothbrush, after shave, lotions etc in the room instead.

- BROKEN AND VERY SMALL SINK I BATHROOM. Even though the fractured sink does not do anything for the functionality it doesn't look good and raises questions if the hotel will try to charge customers for things that already were broken upon arrival

-LIGHT SWITCH BROKEN CLOSEST TO THE DOOR. One out of two buttons (switches) was loose and broken upon arrival. They fixed it quite quick, but it is remarkable it is not done before the guest complains

- ABSOLUTELY NO SOUND ISOLATION TO THE CORRIDOR. Housekeeping started working at 7 in the morning and THEY WERE LOUD! They were shouting at each others across the corridors, they seemed to slam every door extra hard by purpose. No consideration at all that people were on vacitaion wanting to sleep. Every time someone closed their door to the room it echoed loudly.

- BEDS. The worst beds I had in a hotel room. I had two single beds building a double bed. I slept first night in the bed closest to door. Worn down, not much feathering from the springs, no thin madrass on top of the thick madras to soften up a little. First night I slept 2-3 hours . Rest of nights I slept in the other bed. Slightly better but still light years from my own bed or the regular hotel bed comfort.

- REFRIGERATOR "woke" to life like every hour with a loud humming voice 1m from the bed

-AIR CONDITION.did not work. Even though it was not much needed this time of yeat, the room was quite warm in the evening after sun heated up during the day.
