Per la posizione ed i servizi è una buonissima sistemazione a San Julian’s, ci torneró volentieri.
Pros:

Posizione centrale, aria condizionata molto efficiente, piscina, buona parte del personale

Cons:

Un po’ più di organizzazione nelle pulizie e nel servizio di accoglienza, il personale è stato comunque gentile e disponibile

naozaj skvelá lokalita, nádherná izba veľká priestranná a aj kúpeľňa, síce staršia ale čistá a pekná. dokonca sme sa mohli ubytovať už o 12tej a personál bol milý a zhovievavý.

Cons:

v izbe v kuchyni však bolo málo vecí na skutočné varenie. pozor, na recepcii musíte platiť 3,5EUR ako nejaký eko-daň.

It was awful

Do not stay at this hotel. Seriously, read the reviews and believe them. We thought, “How bad can it really be?” Unfortunately, it can be very bad.

We stayed for four nights, and the problems started immediately. Our first room had an unbearable smell coming from the bathroom. We were also told there was an issue with the air conditioning. We reported it to reception on the first night, but were told there were no other rooms available and that we should put up with it for the night because it would “definitely” be fixed the next day.

The next morning, at around 8:00 AM, a staff member entered our room and woke us up. The smell was still there when we returned that evening. Reception again told us to wait until the next day because supposedly there were no available rooms. They even came upstairs and tried to solve the problem by spraying something in the room.

The following morning, someone entered our room again at around 8:00 AM. At around 11:00 AM, another cleaning staff member tried to enter, and even though we told him it was not a good time, he told us that we needed to lock the door if we did not want them to come in.

That evening, the bathroom still smelled terrible. Reception once again claimed there were no rooms available. After arguing with them, I contacted Booking.com and explained the situation. Only after Booking.com contacted the hotel did reception suddenly offer us another room — despite telling us shortly before that there were no rooms available.

At around 11:00 PM, we packed everything and moved. Within 30 minutes, we discovered that the air conditioning in the new room did not work and the room was extremely hot. Reception tried to fix it around midnight but couldn’t, so we had to pack everything again and move to a third room.

At this point, I specifically called reception and asked them not to let anyone enter our room in the morning, as we had already been repeatedly woken up. They agreed.

Ik heb nog nooit zo slecht geslapen

Alleen de locatie was goed

Cons:

De bedden waren verschrikkelijk, de “oven” en het “gasstel” waren gewoon puur voor de schijn. Er waren maar 1 vork maar 2 messen en 3 lepels. We hebben een week lang mega slecht geslapen. En we zagen een kakkerlak
