Cleanliness of property!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at The Highland and had an amazing time. The hotel went out of there way from the valet attendant, front desk staff and the restaurant/bar staff. Truly a great stay. The room was very nice and clean with newer finishes and furniture. The view of the SMU campus and neighborhoods was great. The location was great with easy access from several routes, we took the N. Dallas tollway to within a couple miles of the hotel which is really close to hwy 75. The service and care we received was the really impressive part, my wife and I both loved all of the individual attention and cant thank them enough.

Great experience, treated with kindness and attentiveness. Clean place and atmosphere was very relaxing. Value is definitely worth it.

Great hotel and excellent location for SMU events. Will Anderson at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful! We will stay here again in the future!

My massage with James was amazing. I've never had somebody work out my neck so well. You need to make an appointment at the spa.

1. No way to get coffee or tea - only on the morning is there awful lobby coffee or you can walk next door to a salon (?) but only for a few hours. 2. No refrigerator so forget water. 3. Minibar is ridiculously priced even by mini bar standards.
4. Service is subpar. Room service does not know their menu, acts confused when you call them, and spends 6 minutes telling you how butter works on cold toast.
5. Bar services ridiculously hot wine.
6. You will not get to drink tea before bed

Had a fantastic experience at the bar. Charles, Gabe, and Parker took awesome care of our group. We had some picky people and the fellas took great care!

Trea and Abdel were so kind and efficient in getting our car! It was cold and rainy and they had the heater going for us! Always opening the car doors or hotel doors and welcoming us back to the hotel each night.

Charles and gabe were the best bartenders we had while in dallas they were very accommodating. They were cery friendly and personable.

Service at the bar 12/2 was awesome! Charles, Gabe and Parker rocked it. Personal, fun and friendly—wish I could have stayed and enjoyed my beverage longer but had to take it “to go.”

Charles, Gabe, and Parker were incredible. We had a huge group of young professionals and they treated us with such kindness and grace. They are the best!! 🏝️🏝️🏝️

Not only was the hotel a beautiful hotel, but Reserve was a wonderful restaurant to visit. They were attentive, the food was great (Butternut Squash Agnolotti), and the cocktails were well made. If you’re lucky enough, you’ll get Gabe, Charles, and Parker as the dynamic trio to make your dinner a great experience. Definitely recommend!
