Great location for the racing, dinner was lovely - just noisy late at night.

Suitable if you're only after a bed for the night and a shower but has nothing more comfort wise

Friendly reception staff and cleaning service staff. Comfy bed and good shower pressure. Clean room. Nice sheets.

Cons:

Room had a leak. Back of shower leaking through bottom of the wall into room making carpet wet and everything stored in this area. Told reception after first morning once noticed but nothing done about it. Water also escapes all through the bathroom from the shower as door has massive gap at the bottom. This gets the toilet paper damp as is stored so low. Not much milk. Tiny packs with a dribble in them. Nowhere for the jug to go apart from the desk. Tea and coffee stored in a wardrobe. No space for bags/suitcases to be put safely. Bar staff wanting to close early all the time even though we were spending thousands. Restaurant staff rude, neglectful and extremely slow at service to the point we ate from the bar menu the restaurant service was so bad.

Beds comfortable. Ok to sleep at.

The location is pretty good

Cons:

The first in first serve for the car parking and the honour system of telling them to then charge you sort of sucks.

The lack of hand towels in the bathroom was strange. Should be standard. Easily hear any people out in the hallway, so if drunk ppl come back it’s noticeable.

I would say 50%. If not for the very loud sound, rating would be higher!
Pros:

Location, great! No problem with it!

Cons:

Room 2037, the ventilation fan in bathroom was running very loud the whole night! No switch to turn it off. It was louder than sitting in a smallel plane close to the engines!
