Good for location
Pros:

Staff were great, the location was excellent considering we attended an event at Ellerslie Racecourse. The restaurant was lovely and the staff were the best.

Cons:

Rooms were quite cramped. We also had an accessible room - bathroom was great but the bedroom was too tiny for a wheelchair/walker. Also the accessible room was the furthest room from reception. Wifi was also rubbish.

Pros:

Food cold at breakfast. No tea bags available. Won't have breakfast thereagain.

Cons:

We asked for a room close to lifts due to mobility issues, ours was at the end of oassage No parking for disability parking and took ages to find unsuitable parking then had to pay for it

Worked well for me
Pros:

Location to The Auckland Food Show. Overall appearance and facilities

Cons:

Found hair in shower.. but major as finding unknown peoples hair in white shower tray a bit yucky.
Also parking charge seems excessive and hot or miss with availability

As always I enjoyed my stay. I will be back. Easy to access from the motorway, then Easy to access
Pros:

Breakfast always has a good variety of items to choose from. For this reason I try items that would be expensive for me to buy a packet of the items from a store..

Cons:

The evening meal I had to choose from a printed sheet. I would prefer to have as I have had in the past, a range of items, particularly vegetables, that I could select what I wanted.

Great value for money, good location, comfortable rooms
