We stayed 3 nights, and our room was never serviced. Not once. We ran out of towels heading in to our 3rd night - and had to beg for extras from Reception.

Breakfast didn't turn up, key cards wouldn't work to get in our room and gin and tonic dearer than buying a bottle of gin
Clean room. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
Car park was way too small to accommodate all guests.
