Pros:

Bed was good.

Cons:

At least heat the plates. Food was COLD.
Not a lot of options for a vegetarian. 4 nights but quality deteriorated regarding juices. Orange and apple juice not available for last 2 nights.
Tore skin on leg from rough finish of wood under desk.
Room cramped.

Location and restaurants on site

Cons:

The noise from other people staying, rooms are inadequately sound proofed, someone had to yell at them to shut up. The mini fridge was also on the brink and sounded like a 50 year old car that hadn't bees topped up with oil for 50 years. I had to pull it out to get it to stop so I couls go to sleep

Accomodation was good overall
Pros:

Room was good, bed comfy. Shower didnt drain properly, water was going on the floor in the bathroom. Breakfast was good lots of variety. Dinner buffet was good too, good selection of food. Loved the desserts station

Cons:

Parking could be explained better on the website. Arrived and was told first in first served

Highly recommended stay to visit Auckland!
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and clean, and also very near the main tourist attractions. I like the stay. the staff was very kind and their breakfast was delicious! It is a very highly recommended place to go.

Cons:

Is not really a bad thing, but when I went there, there was a big even taking place, so the lobby was quite full and it took some time for them to give me the room. But this was just a context thing. After that, they were extremely kind and efficient.

Pros:

While the rooms are small the beds are very comfortable and the small bathroom has great shower pressure. Really all you need for the price paid.

A night in Auckland
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had the best use of space for a bathroom that I've ever seen! Location for the airport (and links to public transport) are superb. And we were lucky enough to secure an excellent room rate.

Nothing. It was all good.

Staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

Requested twin beds in one room a week out of arrival date . On arrival room was king double so staff had to get house keeping to change the bedding arrangement.
Buffet dinner , food warm not hot .

Good location easy with public transport to and from the airport
Pros:

Great selection for breakfast, good variety of hot and cold food. Tables were cleared and reset quickly. There was always a staff member ready to help.
