Clean, comfortable and quiet.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. It was quiet despite being next to a busy road and the staff were helpful.

Cons:

The room was not somewhere that I could do a whole lot more than just sleep. It was quite small.

Great price and location guest near ascot hospital
Pros:

Very close to the private hospital, short 2 minute walk away. Small room but comfortable beds, very good price.

Cons:

Popular hotel complex with Novatel hotel adjoining so car park is very busy.

Pros:

Bar staff were amazing. As in exceptionally amazing. Note there was one issue with a drunk individual who who stumbled in which was generally handled well. Food was good. lighting for doing jigsaws puzzles was a little hard, but generally good.

Cons:

A colleague's bed seemed to have been broken. Parking was a little tight for some of the larger cards and the corner just past reception. Navigation with construction sight from racecourse venue was a challenge - especially at night where they closed some access.

On whole met my needs, would recommend for short stay

Was very close, within walking distance to where I needed to be

Room was small and dark - ground floor looking out onto a wall

Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was good with a lot to choose from

The sheet on the bed wasn't breathable so it was hot. and didn't sleep well.

Great staff but tiny rooms, odd bathrooms , not super clean.

Staff were very friendly (reception and bar)

Cons:

The bathrooms were odd and the half circle took up so much space in the already tiny room - wasn’t very clean as I stood on someone’s old false eyelashes.

Staff were lovely, better communication needed with regards to parking.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and large.

Cons:

The flusher on the toilet was on the fritz, so had to try several times to flush. The location of the toilet roll holder being under the sink was very bizarre. We discovered accidentally that our key card worked on literally every other door, as when bringing bags up, room number was forgotten so tried it and got access (presuming we’d only be able to get in to ours).
No heads-up that parking was first in-first serve, and is a further $23 a day. So, not guaranteed, but if you get one, you’ll be charged for it. Very strange.

Good for location
Pros:

Staff were great, the location was excellent considering we attended an event at Ellerslie Racecourse. The restaurant was lovely and the staff were the best.

Cons:

Rooms were quite cramped. We also had an accessible room - bathroom was great but the bedroom was too tiny for a wheelchair/walker. Also the accessible room was the furthest room from reception. Wifi was also rubbish.

Very average
Pros:

Food cold at breakfast. No tea bags available. Won't have breakfast thereagain.

Cons:

We asked for a room close to lifts due to mobility issues, ours was at the end of oassage No parking for disability parking and took ages to find unsuitable parking then had to pay for it
