the hotel was ok but the staff cheat to us.

Cons:

They told us that the parking was free but we put the car in the parking that they told us, and after 10 days we take a 65 dollars fine. Now we pay the fine without our fault. This was ungly. Also the breakfast has a lot insects in the cheese.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Close proximity to Ascot hospital.

Pros:

Location and the hotel in general

Cons:

We had breakfast in the morning and paid $76 for 2 persons.
We found a tour party had been through. There was minimal food left and what was available was cool , certainly not fresh or hot. I feel We should have been given the choice to order fresh from a menu. A disappointing end to a pleasant stay

Very suitable and convenient.
Pros:

The room was an accessible room and was most suitable for us.

The bathroom was well set up for a person needing accessible facilities, and better still the shower did not have a powerful shower and therefore made it easy for the disabled person to use the facilities.

The hotel staff were happy to help and service with a smile.

Cons:

I didn't like that it was first in first serve for parks there needs to be more parks as the first night there i had to pay to stay at the ascot ave hospital parking.

The food was okay not exceptional, nor was it worth the price.

Comfy bed, clean, great location.
Pros:

Great location, super comfy bed. Very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Helpful on the car parking too. Nice to walk to Ellerslie for some great coffee shop too.

Clean and comfortable. Quiet location. Staff good.

Cons:

Parking is first come first served and despite paying, was full at midnight when we returned. We had option to park down the road which cost more and was a hassle.
