Je ne reviendrai pas même si le personnel est top!
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était très bien.
Le personnel est très aimable
L’établissement est très propre.

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées…..
Ils avaient accepté un groupe énorme d’ados on se serait cru dans une auberge de jeunesse….:des cris, des bruits de portes….presque toute la nuit…..horrible!

Pros:

En general, excepcional. En primer lugar su ubicación a pocos minutos caminando de la Torre inclinada de Pisa la cual se puede ver muy cerca desde la propia terraza del hotel. Hotel muy bien reformado y mantenido, amplia habitación con baño de adecuado tamaño, buena limpieza, agua caliente con buena presión de agua, buen desayuno. En general, todo lo que se puede esperar de una buena y tranquila estancia con la familia.

Hyvä sijainti, kävelymatka nähtävyyksiin ja ravintoloihin. Auton saa hotellin parkkiin ( 30 eur/yö ) mutta se on helppo ja turvallinen vaihtoehto. Huone oli perustasoa, siisti, hyvät sängyt, jopa sadesuihku ! Kattoterassi mukava lisä jos on aikaa. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Cons:

Kehno äänieristys mutta onneksi ei ollut äänekkäitä naapureita. Aamiainen perustasoa.

Great stay … would certainly recommend.
Pros:

Great position, walking distance to all sites we wanted to visit. Organised airport pickup and drop off, and car to and from Florence which were all good.

Cons:

Needed duvet or more fresh bedding on bed, don’t like to use soft furnishings on bed which aren’t always washed between guests and there was only a sheet provided.

Lo staff disponibilissimo e cortese.
La camera pulita e confortevole, grande plus per il materasso nuovo e durezza come piace a me
Buona insonorizzazione.
La posizione centralissima a pochi passi dal centro storico, monumenti, musei e ristoranti
Posso solo consigliarlo

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto, forse rinnoverei scale e corridoi, ma credo siano in programma

Pros:

La posizione ed infatti era stata scelta x questo l'hotel è centrale molto comoda ed accessibile.
La camera piccola vista interna su altre case, TV non visibile dal terzo letto che era con materasso sfondato.
Non male ma con qualcosa da migliorare

Cons:

La colazione veramente scadente con prodotti non di qualità né di marca, dispenser vuoti, pane congelato e idem paste surgelate
Succhi scadenti veramente da migliorare e con. Personale non adeguato
