Pros:

Everything was very good, the location perfect and the staff also. The Breakfast was really nice

Everything was clean but it has to be a little careful, because we found something in the bathroom which it was nice finding there.

Pros:

We had a 4 people room, so it was the third floor. The hotel has a nice atmpsphere very well isolated. It was very clean and everything was prepared upon our arrival. We didn't get to sit in the balcony but we enjoyed our stay.
Close in the city center, easy to find.

Lovely quirky little hotel, superb location

Cons:

Instructions for the room would have been helpful - i.e. working the air con which I wasn’t able to do - it’s more sophisticated than I gave it credit for

Très bon emplacement !
Pros:

Très bon hôtel trouvé a la dernière minute car celui que l'on avait initialement nous a annulé notre chambre a la dernière minute.
Le petit dej était copieux. Le personnel très gentil et parlait un peu français. Enfin l'emplacement magnifique. Vue sur la tour de pise du toit terrasse et a 5min a pied !

Cons:

Équipement un peu vieillot et la terrasse est mieux en photo. Là il y avait 3 sièges et rien d'autres c'est dommage car ca ferait un plus!

Belle ville, hôtel peu confortable
Pros:

Situé dans une petite rue tranquille
Personnel accueillant, parlant plusieurs langues
Proximité des choses à voir, gare à 20’ de marche

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre à 2 lits. Ceux-ci très petits, style « lits de camps », pas confortables. Chambre petite, douche idem.
Petit déjeuner de qualité médiocre, tout est calculé au minimum.
