Pros:

Clean very nice and location was great for venue.

Cons:

Our ac alarm went off at 2am and we had to have maintenance come in middle of night so I gonna sleep after a 4 days exhausting venue which is the whole reason I booked this place so I could get rest.

Best hotel experience ever.
Pros:

Everything was well above standards. Extremely clean, absolutely beautiful grounds. Very convenient to everything. Definitely going to be my go to in Daytona for the next 4 years.

Staff is lovely
Pros:

Although this hotel is in need of a MAJOR refresh, the staff truly stood out for their exceptional customer service. Contrella, in particular, always had a smile on her face and made me feel like a valued Platinum Elite member from the moment I arrived. She accommodated an early check-in and arranged a late check-out due to my husband’s medical appointment. Contrella cared about the guests' experience, and we greatly appreciated it.

Frederick, who was working the evening front desk, was equally helpful. When we called about the uncomfortable bed pillows that should have been disposed of years ago, he responded promptly, provided better replacements, and apologized for the inconvenience.

The property itself leaves much to be desired.

Almost perfect apart from the AIRCON
Pros:

Loved the location, great concept having a fully functioning room with cooker, dishwasher etc

Cons:

The aircon was SO NOISY! it was a choice between being hot or being kept awake by what can only be described as a jet aircraft in your face.

Great location, friendly helpful staff
Pros:

I booked the hotel for the bathtub and the drain did not work. We only stayed one night but this is solely what my review is based on. Other than that excellent especially the staff .
