Pros:

Un espace collectif où on respire, où on ne se sent pas submergé par le nombre de résidents.
Un logement sous forme de suite, bien conçu pour être en famille sans être entassé.
Un personnel particulièrement attentif et soucieux de notre bien-être.

Amazing hotel & Great customer service
Pros:

Excellent location, you can not wish for a better one ...in the heat of the medina ...all members of staff were so welcoming ...making you feel at home ..especially Achref and oumaima as well as kamel at the reception who were there for us at all moments of our stay ...they couldn t do enough for you ...as well as members of staff in the tunisian buffet restaurant espacially Mohamed Dhibi who was so welcoming and kind at all times ...

Cons:

There is nothing i would say i did not like ...i highly recommend this hotel ...

Splendida Hammamet!
Pros:

Hotel da favola, da 1001 e una notte davvero, molte piscine tutte belle e curate, animazione ed un intera Medina al suo interno con negozi, cinema, ristoranti e due parchi a tema bellissimi ai quali è possibile accedere gratuitamente se sei cliente dell’hotel, posto da favola, la camera immensa, cena e colazione ottime e abbondanti con cibi di ogni genere, parcheggio proprio a fianco alla struttura privato e custodito. La zona fuori dall’hotel bellissima per una passeggiata, dimenticavo i lettini gratis nella spiaggia privata.

I will come back again
Pros:

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is going , fit for both families in or even couples. The entertainment team where absolutely amazing they was very welcoming and everyday we had activities to do. Shout out to chico and Mimi and ilyan and Willy all four of these team members really made my stay enjoyable . Reception was also super helpful with check in and check out.

War einfach wunderschön Aufenthalt 😍

Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt.

Egal, was wir gebraucht haben – das Team hat uns immer unterstützt und war stets für uns da. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Animationsteam: Es war hervorragend organisiert, engagiert und hat großartige Arbeit geleistet. Die Animateure kümmern sich aufmerksam um die Kinder und sorgen gleichzeitig dafür, dass alle Gäste Spaß haben und sich wohlfühlen.

Was mir besonders gefallen hat, ist die warme und familiäre Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich hier nicht wie ein gewöhnlicher Tourist, sondern wird schnell integriert und herzlich aufgenommen. Die Menschen sind offen, freundlich und schaffen eine sehr angenehme Stimmung.

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt einfach wunderbar. Ich kann dieses Hotel mit voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit!

Pros:

La cuisine était bonne et variée. La piscine était l’entrée est très agréable et calme
La proximité avec la médina

Cons:

Si votre chambre donne sur la piscine des animations dès 8h du matin c’est très bruyant et vous ne pouvez pas dormir . Il n’y avait pas de climatisation dans le logement . Elle sera effective seulement le 15/06 mais il fait déjà très chaud.

Pouvoir boire ou manger à n'importe quelle heure.

Cons:

Difficile d obtenir des tarifs à l'accueil, location de voiture, course en taxi.
C est typique de la tunisie le prix varie beaucoup, mais l accueil de l hotel devrait au moins nous donner un prix mini et maxi pour ne pas avoir toujours l impression de se faire avoir.
Les transats à la plage sont en mauvais état.

Pros:

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans un cadre très agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, le ménage est très bien fait, la cuisine est très bonne avec un grand choix de plats et l'animation est au top ! Les soirées à thème et la piscine couverte sont un vrai plus. L'équipe est soucieuse de satisfaire les clients. Je recommande cet établissement.
