Very disappointing – definitely not a 4-star experience

We booked this hotel because it was advertised as ski in/ski out. That is simply not true. The hotel is approximately 400 meters from the slopes — about a 5-minute walk — which may not sound far, but it is certainly not ski in/ski out as advertised.

The restaurant feels more like a cafeteria than a 4-star hotel dining room. The ceiling is extremely low, creating a rather uncomfortable atmosphere. The buffet lacks variety, and the meat that is supposedly prepared fresh is often left unattended, with no staff present to serve guests.

The bar is advertised as being open until midnight. However, at 11:15 pm, the staff member began putting chairs on top of the tables. When we asked whether the bar did not close at midnight, he replied that it did — but that he needed to clean and arrange everything in order to be finished by midnight. This makes it impossible to enjoy the bar until closing time. When asked whether he thought this was normal, he responded: “You don’t understand what life is.” The hotel director considered this episode normal because there were not many guests at the bar. That was quite surprising.

The hotel has two elevators. One elevator only operates from the second floor upwards, meaning we had to go up the stairs to the second floor in order to access the lift to the higher floors. The other elevator broke down at least twice during the nights we were there.

Hot water was unavailable for showers on two occasions during our five-night stay. The water was never properly cold — it was tepid, bordering on warm — making it impossible to enjoy a genuinely refreshing shower.

This is not a 4-star hotel. At most, it deserves 2 stars.

Very disappointing overall.

Les portes des chambres qui claquent dans le couloir faute d'avoir changer les grooms défectueux, l'absence de baignoire pour les deux chambres réservées alors que décrites dans les inventaires, l'absence de chauffage pendant le séjour (sèche serviette salle de bain et radiateur principal sont restés froids les 4 nuits) ceci dit l'hôtel lui même par les espaces communs étant bien chauffé la température est restée correcte dans la chambre. La qualité de la restauration du soir qui s'est dégradée en comparaison avec des séjours précédents (aliments de base de piètre qualité, peu de fruit et pas très bons, soupe hyper poivrée ou hyper salée), petit déjeuner satisfaisant.

La neteja era bastant pobre, hi havia diversos pels al llit i a la dutxa.
Tota l'habitació feia pudor de lavabo, sembla que tenen algun problema amb les olors provinents d'aigues grises.

Esperava molt més pels 450€ que vaig pagar per dues nits.
