Great location, the room was big and breakfast was great! Staff was always friendly and welcoming.
During our stay they were putting in new carpets in. The loud banging of hammers during the day. Im sure the new carpets will look dashing
Loved that i didnt have to walk far to get on train...
Not bad. But was a little blan , needed some flavor..
My bathroom toilet was broken and clogged, and flooded my entire bathroom the entire stay. Had to keep going to front desk for plunger, dry clean towels and trying to find the hotels maintenance guy so I didn't have to keep doing the hotels job and being covered in feeces, toilet water. Couldn't even shower because my entire bathroom floor was flooded and no shampoo. No conditionor. No body wash.,I only got 1 tini bar of soap the entire stay. Demanded a full refund on my hotel and deposit I was promised I would get both back in full. Let's see if they keep their promises my fridge didnt work at all.
Breakfast was good, receptionist was nice and helpful. The room was just nasty. Dust bunnies everywhere, boogers on the wall. Carpet and furniture was very worn out. Peeling paint, dirty walls. I will NEVER stay there again.
The only nice thing I can say about this place is Stephanie, the girl that checked us in. She was very nice. First thing was the TV. It didn’t work. There was no stopper in the sink in the vanity did. The tub had no stopper either. The control on the tub/shower leaver was broken. Half the water went through the shower head, the other half came from the faucet itself. The beds were ok. The breakfast was horrible. We ate before 7am. The omelettes were cold and dry. Like they had set there for hours. The sausage patties were also not good at all. My husband usually loves them, but he couldn’t eat these. So, I would definitely not recommend this hotel. The price was ok. I stayed at a Country Inns and Suites in Bothell WA four nights October 2. It was wonderful. No comparison for this one. This one in West Valley is old and run down.
Toilet didnt work correctly. The desk Clerk placed a work order as soon as i told her about it.
Needs cleaned much better.
Great location, quick access to the I215. We stayed here on a drive through SLC heading to Las Vegas. Cheap enough for the one night without going super budget. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was actually pretty good.
Great
Close to maverik center.
Breakfast is always good.
Extremely loud. You could hear everything. Traffic, neighbors, people at the bar.
The room was very cold, even with the heater on.
The location was great for the concert we were attending and for food locations.
I felt like paying so much for a one night stay would have meant a nice room in a nice hotel. It was really run down and felt sketchy. There were hairs all over the bathtub, some weird big red stain on the floor, and the chair was so disgusting (covered in crusty white spots and wet stains) we were scared to touch it or have our things close to it. I got the king suite with jacuzzi and it was really disappointing. We did use the jacuzzi after using hot water to clean it out but we did NOT turn the jets on.
Location was good. Crap in vending machines.
Rooms and common areas pretty worn out and rough around the edges, literally. Paint peeling, trim coming loose, dead bolt inoperable.
Price point high for mid-week October.
Our room had an awful smell to it when we arrived, and there were sauce (?) spills on door handles and sink knobs. It was weird, like it hadn’t been cleaned besides the bedding and trash. The hotel room was spacious and the bed was nice though.
When we first arrived I was told I had to leave a $100 incidental deposit which I am fine with leaving a deposit but that much for a rundown hotel 1 night stay was crazy. Then when we got into our room the furniture and carpet was stained, and the toilet tank was unstable and almost came fully off. The lady at check out was nice and super apologetic which I appreciated but I was mostly peeved by the $100
