Over all it was ok
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and overall appearance of the was well kept. The location was perfect for what I was visiting for. We really like that there was a bar/restaurant right out the back door of the hotel.

Cons:

The public/main bathroom was under lock and key and had the ask the front desk person for key. To enter the hotel, we sometime had to walk through smoke as the employees were smoking out front, we felt that area should be around the corner away from where everyone was walking. We also didn't like it that the room wasn't cleaned at all while we were there. We understand about covid, but when your traveling and staying somewhere for 4 days, we feel the rooms should be refreshed at least once. Using the same towels the whole time and walking on dirty floors is kinda disgusting.

I entered my bathroom and immediately saw staining that could have been removed by proper cleaning.
Cons:

The concierge double booked my room and I was awoken by other guests attempting to gain access to my room. It was late at night and even though an apology was given no compensation was offered. I could have mistaken but was asked about checking out and my reservation wasn't was I remember booking. An additional charge on my card was necessary even for a later check out in order to gather my belongings. I should recieve a refund.

Cons:

The beds were uncomfortable, with a significant hole on one side. We had been traveling for over 12-hours that day, very tired and in need of sleep. Disappointed in the quality of the bed.

I was very glad I found this hotel through Bookings. Excellent Choice!
Pros:

I loved it was easy to check-in, the van driver was very nice and knowledgeable about the city, the staff was personable and friendly. The breakfast was always fresh and hot. The building was very clean.
