Espectacular pero dañan todo QUE TE SACAN DEL HOTEL EL ÚLTIMO DÍA!

NOS ENCANTÓ LA PISCINA, EL ROOFTOP Y EL SERVICIO. Cuarto súper cómodo y se logra descansar.

CHECK OUT después de las 12 no nos dieron la opción de seguir utilizando la piscina, esto teniendo en cuenta que nuestro regreso era a las 10pm y estabamos con un niño pequeño nos resultó tremendamente incómodo! todo lo fantástico que nos pareció el hotel SE BORRO!!! y pasamos de amar el hotel a decidir no volver! es el único hotel que tiene esa regla! nos sentimos como robando, no es justo después de haber pagadoun hotel 5 estrellas!

Pros:

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, os quartos são bons e limpos, são mais antigos poderiam ser atualizados mas nada que atrapalhe a hospedagem. Café da manhã muito bom, e cordialidade dos funcionários.

Cons:

Nada a reclamar. Quando estive segunda semana de junho/26 estão fazendo algumas obras na praia em frente ao hotel, mas não me atrapalhou pois não achei a praia boa para banho.

Pros:

Infelizmente, fiquei bastante decepcionado com o quarto antigo que nos foi disponibilizado. Havia problemas na porta do banheiro (fechamento/encaixe comprometido) e a cama estava desconfortável, o que prejudicou nossa estadia.
Peço, por gentileza, que verifiquem esses pontos e me informem sobre possíveis soluções ou alternativas. Agradeço a atenção e aguardo retorno

Lamento informar que não fiquei satisfeito com as acomodações oferecidas. Gastei um valor elevado e esperava um padrão bem superior ao que encontrei no hotel, o que me deixou bastante desapontado.

Pros:

The main floors like lobby, restaurants and other facilities in the hotel was beautiful. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Always ready and patiently ready to assist you. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

I can’t speak for other rooms, my room need major renovations or upgrades. The moment we walked in we turned off. I hope I don’t sound ungrateful Because two extra things your did that I appreciate, you give us a balcony without additional fees and also a welcome champagne. Please understand I’m not saying this hurt but maybe to help.
