Mi estadía en el Hotel Estelar Suite Jones
Pros:

La ubicación es muy central.
La insonorización en habitaciones permite dormir y descansar sin sentir el ruido de autos o personas.
Las habitaciones son espaciosas.
Hay room service las 24 horas.

Cons:

El desayuno ha decaído, en mis anteriores alojamientos en el Estelar Suite Jones había mas variedad de alimentos en el buffet, mi plan era con desayuno incluido pero no era tan así, actualmente si uno quiere huevo cocido o frito lo cobran por aparte y el huevo es un alimento básico del desayuno y no a todos nos gusta o nos sienta bien el huevo revuelto que colocan en el buffet, dicen que el desayuno es hasta a las 10 am pero un sábado me encontré que a las 9:30 am ya los samovares estaban todos vacíos y no los volvieron a abastecer, había otra familia quejándose por la misma situación. El antiguo jefe de cocina era muy eficiente y comprometido en su trabajo y ya no trabaja con el hotel, posiblemente esto ha influido en la desmejora del restaurante.
Las instalaciones necesitan diversos mantenimientos, por ejemplo de un baño salía mal olor por las coladeras o desagües del piso, las rejillas de las coladeras se ven sucias y tapadas, nos toco llamar al plomero.

Cons:

Establecimiento viejo y que necesita arreglos. Habitación 305 : tina antigua, chorro y lavamanos también. Refrigerador muy antiguo con ruido excesivo durante la noche. No había agua dentro de la habitación. Tampoco en el gimnasio (Fontana de agua vacía). La estancia sale cara por un servicio por debajo del precio requerido.

Pros:

Quarto bem espaçoso e limpo, funcionários atenciosos e rápidos. Localização ótima. Faltou uma TV Smart e mais opções no café da manhã, principalmente de itens doces.
