El personal del hotel fue muy atento todo el tiempo, las instalaciones estaban limpias, buena comida en el buffet, buena ubicación.

Cons:

Dicen que el gimnasio cierra a las 10:00 pero a las 8 ya tenían baños y gimnasio cerrado. Hay zonas que no se pueden acceder y están cerradas y que están en las fotos promocionales del hotel

MALA PRÁCTICA CON LAS TARJETAS

La limpieza del lugar.

Cons:

La mala práctica a la hora de cobrar, no se que hacen que no te dejan pasar la tarjeta al momento de cancelar. Te cobran en dólares pero tienen el cambio de moneda mas bajo y cada dia se eleva tu reserva (COSA QUE NO DEBERIA SUCEDER) para eso hago reserva muchos meses antes.
