First day was disapionted in the buffet.than i give them advice for the buffet than it went better.(i'm a ex chef of marriott hotels.
The food are very tasty and good presentation, it 's take to long. We order 4 sandwich and it take about one hour to be server to us.they need to work on timing and restuarant was empty.

L’hôtel est bien situé dans Chapinero. Il est proche des autres quartiers sympas, si vous visitez Bogota en 1 journée. Vu les points négatifs, j’ai pu avoir un late Check out gratuit, ce qui a été bien car mon vol était le soir.
J’ai réservé 2 suites et arrivée sur place tard dans la soirée, la réception me dit qu’il faut payer un supplément car chaque suite est pour 1 personne et nous sommes 4. La blague ! Il était près de minuit, nous étions fatigués, j’ai donc payé + de 40€ de supplément (tarif initial pour les 2 suites = 161€) sans savoir pourquoi quelle raison car le réceptionniste n’a pas été capable de me l’expliquer. Très cher pour la qualité des suites, pdj qui n’étaient vraiment pas à la hauteur. Les suites étaient vieillottes, sentaient mauvais, lits et oreillers dures. Je n’ai vraiment pas apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était très limité, peu de choix, qualité médiocre
El horario de check out es buenísimo porque te permite arrancar la mañana sin apuros! Desayunar bien y partir!
Pero deseo destacar el tamaño de la habitación: notable! y la comodidad de la cama donde por suerte pude dormir en un colchón en muy buen estado.
En rigor de verdad, diría que nada. Sólo una idea que sería revisar el rango horario de la cena en el hotel, al menos para mí que soy de Argentina y solemos cenar relativamente tarde, me faltó. Llegué a las 22 hs de un evento y ya estaba todo cerrado. Pero eso está en línea con los horarios de otros sitios en Bogotá.
De pronto, y lo dejo como idea, tal vez ese pueda ser un punto a revisare para quiénes vienen de otras latitudes en donde los horarios de la cena se extienden de 21 a 23 hs por lo menos.
Pero insisto, es sólo un comentario más que nada como una idea.
Por lo demás, todo perfecto.
