Déçu de la qualité de service

Vue sur une petite plage avec les bateaux et proche de l’autoroute et du côté nord de l’île

Le personnel sont pas très accueillant. J’ai fais une demande pour décorer la chambre le 30 avril pour mes noces rien n’a été pris en compte. Sur booking le petit dej est à 10 euro quand je me rend au resto on m’annonce 1200rs qui fait 21euro. Tout le contraire et quand je demande la réception on m’annonce la réception n’est pas ouvert a 7hr du matin🤨. Le jour de mon check out mon mari dépose la clé et un mec lui dit monsieur vous êtes pas mauricien il y’a un touriste taxe à payer. Je le dis je suis mauricienne et j’ai fais la réservation. Il ose me dire vous avez une preuve alors que le jour du check in j’ai tout soumis. Pourquoi attendre le dernier jour pour nous questionner. C’est vraiment un manque de professionnalisme. Je souhaite à souligner que nos 3 nuits ont été horrible impossible de dormir vue la qualité du matelas sur le lit.

L emplacement est très bien proche de bus pour des déplacements très peu cher la piscine est très agréable

Cons:

La wifi est inexistante les chambres sont petites et peu confortables.

Kostenloses Parken nach Verfügbarkeit vor dem Hotel

Cons:

Essen preislich überzogen, Pool nicht komplett gefüllt, nicht sonderlich motivierte Angestellte, Instabiles WiFi. Entspricht vom Niveau eher einem Hostel in Deutschland.

It was a very nice stay and the hotel has great potential to be top
Pros:

The restaurant is truly amazing! Kudos to the Chef! the Menu is top top and truly enjoyed every meal I had during my stay.

Cons:

Facilities in terms of the rooms could be a bit neater, also in rooms in terms of the curtains I would change them
