The location was great, and rooms spacious with beautiful marble finishes.
Breakfast was disappointing. For the price of the accommodation, and the beautiful architecture and facilities, the breakfast was a letdown.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. I was welcomed with a fresh jasmine flower and a welcome drink, and then shown to my gorgeous room. I spent some time at the hotel pool, and the wait staff were very attentive. The location was ideally-located in Sidi Bou. A very short walk from all of the best places! I had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant and they were able to accommodate my vegetarian dietary restrictions. Finally, when my taxi did not show up at 2 AM to take me to the airport, the hotel staff personally walked me to a taxi stand to make sure that I was safe. I will tell all of my friends to stay at Dar Said when they go to Sidi Bou!
I would appreciate having more vegetarian options at the hotel pool restaurant. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Everything was fantastic!
the hotel delivers an upscale experience but at human scale. Small, charming and authentic. We stayed there for 6 nights and got to know most staff members by name, thanks to their lovely attitude and dedication to good service.
We had some minor hiccups along the way, but all were resolved promptly and amicably - which is a big plus in my book.
Absolutely fabulous hotel in a spectacular and beautiful village. The beds were really comfortable. The bathroom
was amazing. Breakfast was spectacular. This is a gem. Stay a while. You will not regret it and you will make memories to last a lifetime. The restaurant is great.

Nous n’avons pas pu faire le gommage prévu car le hammam était en panne
We really liked the room, the fresh flowers on the table, and the beautiful, stylish furniture. The house was very lovely, as was the garden, and we enjoyed the breakfast very much. The staff were also very kind and helpful, and we can only praise everyone who took care of us.
Everything was fine. The only small issue was that the wardrobe was not very big, so we had to keep many of our things in our suitcases. The shower space was also quite small (it was better to sit on the edge of the bath), due to the architecture of the building, which was otherwise very stylish.
Beautiful, clean hotel in a stunning position, and the garden terrace is particularly nice. Room was a good size and comfortably furnished. Staff were very helpful in arranging a transfer for us to our next destination.
Breakfast was typical of Tunisian hotels, but the breakfast room was cramped and understaffed as described by others.
The woman who offered the hammam service was very insistent about trying to sell extras and was unfriendly when I wanted to stick to agreed package
