Great ambience
Pros:

The Dar is incredible, beautifully kept and in central location in Sidi Bou Said. Nice breakfast, it’s great to use the pool after a hot day out. The terrace and all the vegetation are great, beautiful environment. There could be a few more lounge chairs in the pool area.

Cons:

The main upsetting episode was that, despite booking a transfer with the hotel from the airport to the hotel, no one showed up at the airport. After looking for half an hour, an hour and a half after the plane landed, I managed to call the hotel using someone’s phone. They told me the taxi broke down on the way to the airport (really?!) but I questioned why no one bothered letting me know, since they had my contact. We then took a taxi from the airport and finally got to the hotel. When we arrived, the person at reception didn’t even apologise and when I said I even had to pay more than what was agreed with the hotel, he just replied “well you are here now”. It was disappointing to see that they didn’t even offer to refund the taxi or offer something the next day considering such poor service.
- Two bottles of water should be provided every day, like in most places or at least don’t charge 9 dinars for water at the bar!

Prachtige locatie, op een rustige plek ook-al is Sidi bou Saïd een toeristisch plaatsje. Personeel is erg vriendelijk, hebben ons goed geholpen met de auto parkeren, wat nog een uitdaging is met alle smalle straatjes! Ontbijt ook lekker.

Cons:

Ik miste iets van een bar/restaurant bij het zwembad/terras waar je eventueel een drankje zou kunnen doen. We hebben één drankje gedaan op het terras, deze werd gebracht vanuit een andere plek en dit was érg prijzig.

Pros:

Très beau bâtiment, parfaitement placé avec une vue incroyable de la terrasse de l’hôtel.
La chambre était grande et confortable, la piscine très agréable

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner un peu pauvre et surtout aucun service autour de la piscine ce qui est bien dommage car nous y aurions grignoté avec plaisir
