Godt spa hotel. Obs mange børn
Pros:

Vi havde booket værelse i design bygningen og jeg havde godt set der stod gulvet var 5 grader. Forstod dog ikke før vi var der at selve gulvet på værelse var skævt, så jeg følte jeg gyngede.
Spa området godt og behandling rigtig gode. Morgenmad fin men dog ikke noget særligt. Sauna udenfor og boblebad også godt. Bemærk at der er mange børn og hunde på hotellet. Rigtig venlige personale ❤️

Zimmer sind wunderschön, allerdings sind die Bäder nicht wirklich etwas für Menschen, die nicht super gelenkig sind. Um zu Duschen muß man in die Badewanne klettern...

Beautiful luxury hotel in Palanga
Pros:

Very beautiful 5* luxury hotel in Palanga.

Location is perfect, breakfast superb choices like egg Benedict, mimosa's, pancakes... Spa is amazing... Also pet friendly hotel.... can't wait to come back in summer time....staff is very professional. Thank you for everything.

Overpriced for the experience
Pros:

It’s maybe the only 5 star hotel in Palanga and the price is compared to a top class hotel in many cities. The spa became too small when the hotel is fully booked, the rooms start to be tired, stained floor, broken pieces and this doesn’t match the price per night. The staff is friendly and helpful and breakfast is good.

Our stay was in late November there were few other guests the friendly staff ( All of Them ) were eager to engage and we had a hard time prior to arrival so their attention and delight rubbed off on us .
It was the best of family without actual family. Amazed and Great full for good food good companionship help and kindness

The best hotel in Palanga
Pros:

The hotel has a great location, with indoor and outdoor jacuzzis and a sauna area. The hotel's windows offer stunning panoramic views. The Baltic Sea is very close to the hotel. Besides, it has various and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended to visit.

Pros:

We stayed in a large unit in a Vandenis building detached from main hotel and spa. It is very high end , modern, great design, very spacious, includes washer, kitchen. Climate control, etc.
We are definitely coming back .

Price to quality imbalance
Pros:

Spent two nights here during the weekend. Overall good experience, however there are a few details that made the price to quality ratio questionable.
First of all, bad sound isolation - if somebody is staying in a room next to you, you’ll hear everything.
The water in the shower was not going down the drain properly, therefore you had to regularly turn the water off while showering in order to not flood the bathroom.
Also, the bedding is not hypoallergenic - filled with feathers, which triggered my allergies that I didn’t even know I had. So beware if you’re allergic.
Breakfast choices are quite limited, especially if you don’t eat meat.
Also, an extra of 30€ per night for parking sounds quite ridiculous considering the price you pay for the stay.
The location is great, the design and interior is very stylish and unique. SPA area is nice, however a little weirdly organised.
To sum up, not a bad experience, however nothing special and quite a few disappointments for the price paid.
Probably would look for a different place next time.

Great stay
Pros:

The hotel by itself is very good it’s just small details like the bathroom not having a place to hold any hair products, the shampoo and conditioner were really drying. The hotel should consider doing some gym classes or something like that, because there aren’t a lot of things to do inside of the hotel during the cold seasons. But everything else was lovely, the spa was great , will be visiting again🙂

Very disapointing stay.

Not changing bedding every-day.
Living unwashed glasses after cleaning.
Breakfast very poor.
We, find out that can get around in palanga better hotels and much cheaper.
I am sure not to come again.

Worst experience
Pros:

One of the worst and disappointing experiences.
This hotel deserves a maximum of 3 star rating, although it is titled as one of the most luxurious hotels. The price-quality ratio is tragic.
We left before we even spent the entire time that we booked and for which we paid.
Unclean rooms, dirty sofas, chairs, carpets. Even nasal secretion were taped on the wall by the bed.
The spa area, saunas, especially the jacuzzi, is dirty, wrinkled, and tanned. Jacuzzi had unclean water.
We got food poisoning at the Hotels Restaurant (took oysters). The food is not worth the high prices, especially when it comes cold.
Upon departure, all complaints were placed at the reception, whose employee apologized and promised that the hotel manager will contact us due to such an unpleasant experience and that the money will be refunded for the days we paid but didn’t stayed at the hotel. Unfortunately, neither a call or refund were received.

Reboot your body and soul
Pros:

Best 5 days we’ve had in a while - it was a complete re-boot of body and soul. Beautiful architecture and grounds accentuated by a very helpful and pleasant staff.

An excellent menu of treatments as well as fabulous menu at the restaurant which has a buffet breakfast that rivals our other EU favorites
