Grand Hotel Tritone

Wenn ihr euch wirklich entspannen möchtet, dann seid ihr hier genau richtig. Schon am Morgen wacht man mit dem Gesang der Vögel auf, hört den Hahn aus dem Dorf und die Kirchenglocken in der Ferne – einfach traumhaft.

Unten am Strand fühlt man sich wie im Paradies. Die Aussicht beim Abendessen ist wunderschön, und selbst beim Frühstück gibt es immer etwas Neues zu entdecken – jeden Morgen liegen andere Yachten im Golf. Egal, wo man in diesem Hotel sitzt oder sich aufhält, alles wirkt perfekt.

Wir schätzen dieses Hotel jetzt sogar noch mehr, weil wir aktuell in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel in Sorrent sind – und es ist überhaupt nicht zu vergleichen. Hier in Sorrent ist es laut, überfüllt und hektisch. Wir haben es auf die harte Tour gelernt.

Deshalb können wir nur sagen: Wenn ihr das Glück habt, dieses Hotel zu finden, dann zögert nicht und bucht! Ich selbst war anfangs etwas unsicher, aber wir waren dort so unglaublich glücklich und entspannt.

Über das Personal muss man eigentlich gar nicht viel sagen – einfach hervorragend. Freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit.

Für uns war es ein Traumurlaub. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Stunning view, so relaxing, exceptional staff, beautiful fresh breakfast, clean sea water access at gorgeous beach club (though access by 408 stairs or 2 relatively small lifts, engineering feats!), readily available local shuttle and water taxi, fabulous restaurant with view to die for, not a care in the world!

The whole experience staying in Grand Hotel Tritone is exceptional. The beach and view are just awesome. Staffs are friendly and helpful throughout the stay and I must give credit to the awesome junior suite room which I have specially requested for a nice balcony view for me to propose to my girlfriend. We had a wonderful stay and I left the hotel with a fiancé. We are already planning to return in the near future.

We had an amazing time! The property is beautiful , and honestly breathtaking. The elevator to the water and the path to get there is spectacular! The food we had at restaurants was very good, the staff so kind and helpful! Wonderful visit, and hope to return one day.

Albergo bellissimo, a picco sul mare di Praiano, dotato di una spiaggia privata raggiungibile con due ascensori.
Staff eccezionale. Colazione ricchissima su una terrazza con vista su Positano.
Camere con vista mare, funzionali e arredate con gusto.
Ma la parte più bella è la hall.
Prezzo giusto. Anzi uno dei pochi alberghi di questo livello in costiera rimasto a prezzi si alti, ma comunque che un comune mortale si può permettere per una volta.

The moment I arrived I found the staff professional, kind and friendly. I truly did feel like I was their only guest at times !

The service extended into every meal. Such pride in presentation and attention. Every bite was divine.. it was so convenient to have the three options for restaurants and the beautiful breakfast buffet in the morning .

The facilities are pristine. The staff always available, but not obtrusive. I especially enjoyed the upper pool.

I also enjoyed meals in my room on the terrace. I was traveling with my two adult daughters who shared a room right next to mine.

Within 48 hours of my arrival I extended my stay at the grand Hotel Treton from 7 to 10 nights! Thank you to the entire staff for one of my most memorable vacations!

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel—it’s easily among the top five I’ve experienced. From the start, they arranged transportation in advance and throughout the journey. Their replies were swift, extremely informative, and they consistently went the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly.

The staff noticed it was my birthday and immediately upgraded my room, even surprising me with a complimentary bottle of champagne. At dinner, they had prepared a birthday cake in advance. Every detail was so thoughtful—it’s clear they are genuinely customer‑centric.

What impressed me most was their attentiveness. During my three‑day stay, they never once asked which room I was in—they simply knew. They remembered who we were, our room, and even our plans and transport arrangements, despite having many guests. That level of care was remarkable.

Special thanks to Gennaro, Stefano, all the receptionists, and the waiter who served me during my birthday dinner and breakfast (apologies for not asking your name). I truly enjoyed speaking with you all—you were kind, attentive, and helpful.

Overall: 10/10. I would definitely return someday. Compared to Positano, I found Praiano’s calmness and quietness far more appealing. If you’re deciding between staying in a busy, convenient spot or somewhere a little farther but more peaceful, I highly recommend this hotel for slow travelers —you’ll love it.

Amazing hotel!! We stayed for a week and every day was magical. The staff were so friendly and helpful; especially Laura from reception and Rocco in the breakfast room. Each restaurant area had fantastic service, particularly the high end restaurant that had a team of staff to assist us throughout the meal. The food was wonderful in each location. I can’t say enough about the room and the view from our balcony; waking up to the sound of the sea, the birds and hearing the church bells from Praiano was so peaceful. The views were incredible all over the hotel. We used the hotel shuttle into Praiano only once, as the restaurants we reserved were not within walking distance of the drop off; taxis were more efficient. We used mostly water taxis and private taxi verses the bus, which were expensive but worth the convenience. Coming back to the hotel after a day walking through congested streets of the various cities was like returning to an island of tranquility. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We recently stoped at this hotel for a couple of nights for my 40th birthday, I don’t usually write reviews but I only think it’s right to show appreciation to the hotel and its staff.

From our arrival we were treated to the finest hotel experience I have ever received and I like to think I have stopped at some nice 5star hotels but this exceeded my expectations.

As an architect by profession the hotel was full of well designed spaces decorated to the highest of standards and the setting on a cliff edge treated us to the most spectacular views of the dramatic coastline.

Our room was a suite again the attention to detail and views were to die for.

The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us, the dining was an experience in its self with every dish presented and introduced on where the food was sourced and cooked in fine detail. The wine list and cellar was exceptional with the staff detailing and helping us choose the perfect wines to suit the moment.

Overall what I loved about the hotel was the personal touches and the family feeling we were part of whilst staying there. We met the owners who were so inviting and there beautiful dogs again made our stay feel so warm.

The location was perfect with access various towns on the coast and they even offer a free shuttle
