Pros:

Excellent! Our stay at the Grand Hotel Tritone was the highlight of our trip to Italy. Tranquil and relaxing setting, offering spectacular views to Praiano and Positano. Easy to visit the neighboring villages by water taxi. Our room was spacious, clean and had comfortable beds. Very good breakfast buffet. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Fantastic views from any place in the hotel
Pros:

Absolutely a great place to stay. May be the best for me in terms of views, staff, service, location. Only one improvement I can suggest... I like firm mattress and perhaps they can consider this for some rooms. Plan to go back with my family in next few years.

Underrated resort
Pros:

We had a wonderful time at the GHT. Their website truly does not show how beautiful the rooms were and show the amazing property. The hotel staff was very responsive to all our needs and offered great hospitality. We arrived by ferry to Positano and quickly were picked up by a water taxi. The hotel arranged a boat tour for us. The free shuttle was a nice perk and took us into Praiano for dinners. Would recommend.

No place like it!
Pros:

Just got back from our 3rd stay at GHT and we will certainly be going back! The immense renovations they have done to the hotel over this past winter are absolutely incredible, the upgraded bar is beautiful. (Alex is an excellent bartender!!) The views from every angle are unparalleled. All of the staff members are extremely accommodating! Alfonso, Delia, Silke and Laura ensure you have everything you need from getting dinner reservations, to transfers, and everything in between. Seeing the family dogs everyday always puts a smile on our faces. There’s no other hotel that makes you feel like you are part of the family like they do at the Grand Hotel Tritone. Any day at the hotel is bound to be a great day. One could truly stay here the entirety of their trip and never leave, the bistrot has absolutely incredible pizza and meatballs and the beach bar has delicious fresh seafood for lunch with endless views of the Amalfi coast.
Congratulations to the Gagliano family on getting the 5th star and we can’t wait to be back next season!

The best 5 stars Hotel
Pros:

I stayed at the Grand Hotel Tritone this August and it was a truly magnificent experience. From my room, I could admire both sunrises and sunsets with incredible colors. The food was fantastic, with a choice of three different restaurants offering the opportunity to discover all the flavors of the region, including excellent pizza at the Bistrot. Despite the exclusive beauty of the place, the real highlight is without a doubt the ownership and the hotel staff. Their warm and professional welcome is unlike anything I have ever encountered in all my travels around the world. I will definitely return soon to this place, which has now found a special place in our hearts.

INCREDIBLE STAY!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of August and are still raving about our stay. It was absolutely incredible. Before we even left we talked about how we have to return. It's stunning.

I think the thing we loved most about Tritone was the private beach club! We absolutely loved hanging out here and relaxing and swimming. The staff at the beach club are friendly and make amazing drinks. It was so perfect to have this instead of trapsing to Positano for a beach club.

The staff here are lovely and so accommodating and helpful. They were always there when you needed them.

The room was perfectly adequate for our stay and had a private balcony with a gorgeous view of Positano and a view from our shower which was so fun. It was super clean and had everything we needed.

The location of the hotel is close to Positano and actually has a bus stop right in front of it which we unfortunately didn't discover until the second to last day but would have made things a lot less expensive than taking a private transfer! The hotel also has a free transfer to the town of Praiano which we took advantage of one night.

The hotel is so gorgeous and so are the grounds. I love how they kept all the windows open and as you walked by you could feel a delightful breeze. Since it is up high there are so many stunning view from around the property.

I really can't say enough good things about Tritone. I cannot wait to come back here. It was the highlight of our 3 weeks in Italy!
