Die Lage und die Ausstattung war gut.

Cons:

Der Empfang, wir hatten von der Dame keine Infos erhalten, zum Parken gab es zuerst eine Diskussion, obwohl im Vorfeld wir einen Platz Reserviert hatten, das Check Out war auch sehr unpersönlich, wir wurden nichts gefragt, sonst hätten wir vor Ort schon Reklamiert, gut gibt’s in Innsbruck noch andere Hotels.

Great Location
Pros:

We had a one day stay here & it was a good experience. The location of the hotel is quite good, mid way between the old town & other city areas. The breakfast was quite good and the staff was very helpful & friendly. The room size was also quite decent.

Everything was so beautiful from the surrounds, the room so comfortable and an outdoor area to sit in after dinner. Helpful staff ordered taxi for us.
