Correcto y ajustado e su precio.
Pros:

Nos atendió un chico chileno que enseguida nos habló en español y nos dio toda la información. Sus compañeros de recepción igual. El hotel está en un lugar privilegiado, para subir al Top of Innsbruck o para perderte en el Altstaadt.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe der Seilbahn in die Berge – das ist sehr praktisch und удобно. Vom Bahnhof aus kann man in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß dorthin gelangen. Ruhig und komfortabel. Das Frühstück kann vor der Ankunft online bestellt werden (es gibt einen Rabatt). Das Frühstück ist gut und sehr reichhaltig. Die Rezeption reagiert auf alle Ihre Fragen und Wünsche. Im Hotel gibt es eine Sauna (ohne Aufpreis), dort stehen auch kostenlose Handtücher und Bademäntel zur Verfügung. Die Sauna ist sauber.

Cons:

Das Hotel entspricht voll und ganz seinen vier Sternen. Ich habe im Vorfeld einige negative Kommentare gelesen. In den meisten Fällen lässt sich Enttäuschung vermeiden, wenn man die Unterkunftsbedingungen und das zu erwartende Serviceniveau aufmerksam liest, um sich später nicht darüber zu wundern, dass ein früher Check-in oder ein später Check-out nur gegen Aufpreis möglich ist (das betrifft mich nicht, ich habe das in den Kommentaren gelesen).
