Hotel Marco Polo by Nexta

La habitación pequeña,con una ventana que daba a un tragaluz pequeño muy ruidosa casi sin ventilación,sin aire acondicionado y ni siquiera un ventilador muy anticuado . Cada vez que reservo con Booking nos dan lo peor que tiene el hotel. Muy mal

Es un tres estrellas y algunos de cuatro son iguales o peores

la habitación que me tocó, daba a una calle posterior, por la que las personas y los coches pasan a pocos metros.

La propreté de la chambre, moisissure dans la salle de bains,fuite d'eau au plafond, équipements dans la salle de bain de siècle dernier et on a demandé à changer de chambre car insectes rampants dans le lit et fenêtre donnant sur un mur à fuir

La limpieza. El lavabo era súper viejo, la cama era cómoda aunque las almohadas súper finas. No hay aire acondicionado ñi tampoco ventilador. Pase calor durante la noche. Se escucha todo desde ls otras habitaciones y eso para mi es súper incomodo

Podrían poner más variedad de postres al buffet ya que se queda un poco corto.
Las almohadas eran muy finas y muy incómodas.
Al hotel le faltaba una reforma ya que era muy antiguo, tenía grietas y agujeros por todos lados.
La piscina no estaba dentro del hotel, era a 300m andando.
El armario muy pequeño y sin puertas, las habitaciones están pegadas a la carretera y el ruido del tráfico es molesto a todas horas aunque cierres el balcón y si cierras tampoco hay aire acondicionado y ningún tipo de ventilación.
Para combatir el calor no puedes tener abiertas las puertas ya que no hay mosquiteras y se llena de bichos, los mosquitos nos frieron vivos.
Las vistas desde la primera planta eran malísimas ya que habían árboles y las tapaban.

La habitación sin Luz natural.

Badezimmer sehr veraltete und nicht sauber.
Betten sehr wackelig und uralt.

Que no tuviera balcón,menos mal que nos tocó el 4° piso que la ventana daba fuera del patio interior y nos daba a la calle.

Ya toca poner el aire acondicionado también en la montaña.

L éloignement de la piscine ( il faut sortir de l hotel et marcher 200 m)

Sale de bain avec une douche ridicule et des traces sur les joins du carrelage. L'isolation des chambres est très insatisfaisante. Nous avons été réveillés par les voisins qui prennent leurs douches où sont aux toilettes. La porte de la chambre laisse rentrer beaucoup de bruit. Nous avons eu la chambre 56. Nous sommes très déçus.

Where, oh where to start other than legendary adventurer Marco Polo must be rolling in his grave at his namesake being applied to this Hotel! We walked in and were greeted with the musk of Eau de 1980s - a smell of typewriters, cigarettes of a bygone era and a floor that hadn’t been replaced in years. After parking in a car park whose barrier didn’t work, we jammed ourselves into the tiniest cupboard of a lift to get to up to our room. On entering we realised the room we had received did in no way resemble the double bed room with a view of the mountain promised in the picture. We had in fact been given two single beds with a view of a shabby wall on the building next door. In fairness to the Hotel, if you leaned out the window like a 1920s New York construction worker, you snatched a small and temporary glimpse of the mountains. But you weren’t able to do this for long because despite being a clearly unsafe manoeuvre, having the window open for too long facilitated a giant roar of traffic noise from the highway to sing its way in. Depressed and slightly down in the dumps, we looked to the bed for respite before identifying a solitary pubic hair on the duvet. We looked at each other forlornly, took a deep breath and decided to ‘about turn’, make haste for the unworkable car park, and scoot on out of the hotel, scared and slightly shaken. We drove down the road and booked into another hotel accepting the conditions on which we had booked our room - non refundable. After seeing the state of the hotel I can fully understand the decision to pursue a no refunds business model.
