Pros:

We had a small snack for dinner, but they had a good menu. The place was very pleasant. The accomodation side was dated and in need of some upkeep, but it was clean.

Ruime kamer, goed bed, restaurant (lekker eten) aan het hotel.

Cons:

Inrichting kamer was zeer sober en ongezellig. Ontbijt was erg basic.

Warm, Comfortable Stay.
Pros:

Old worldly hotel with grand reception rooms and dining area. I was upgraded to a superior room with a very large, comfortable bed and a big bath. As it was Friday night I ordered a cocktail which was excellent. The room was very quiet and peaceful and the hotel is in a great location. Very good buffet breakfast so you can help yourself to as little or as much as you want with juice and coffee on tap. Staff are all lovely and very helpful.

Good location, Shame about management
Pros:

Nice location and good size rooms.

Cons:

The fact the fire alarms went off 5 times in the middle of the night, I hardly slept because of this and when I complained, they only offered me a free drink, where I would have expected more compensation.

Pleasant stay in a good location.
Pros:

Spacious room with all the expected amenities. Generous TV size and plenty of tea/coffee. Staff were very helpful. Nice location close to Brands Hatch circuit.

Cons:

Bit of shame the breakfast isn't served earlier on a Sunday for Race goers. Would have liked to enjoy breakfast at about 6AM. Shower Cubicle might have been more practical than a shower over bath.

Decent, with a bit of work and attention to detail could be fantastic!

Pros:

All very nice thd location was great for our trip to West Malling but equally well placed to access other locations. The bedroom had a slight feeling of tiredness but nonetheless more than adequate for our short stay. Large seating areas downstairs made it good for gatherings near the well stocked bar! Breakfast was plentiful and well presented (buffet). Plenty of parking which was included in the price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was everything needed for a comfortable short stay.

Breakfast was included in the price which is always a bonus! Also able to have an evening meal in the resteraunt. Lovely curry!

Cons:

Our room, although comfortable, needed updating and a few more sockets (by the bed) The position wasn't great with an uninspiring view of a shed and overgrown car park. Other rooms may be better.

Even though breakfast was sufficient a selection of cereals and fruit would have been welcomed. Thinking of any families that may stay!
