Wonderful staff .. great stay.
Pros:

We were really impressed - all staff were very welcoming, happy and couldn't do enough. We got complimentary pink lemonades at check in and help with our cases.
We even had fans in our rooms- great touch given the heatwave atm .

Yes the rooms are a little dated but are clean with comfy beds. I'd asked for ground floor (which was given) . A walk in shower was in one n a shower over the bath in the other room .
We had an evening meal which was delicious and 2 breakfasts which were really good.
We were more than happy especially at the price we paid ! We ll definitely come back .

Cons:

Rooms slightly dated. But for a low cost hotel we really couldn't fault anything

Would definitely stay again. Good location, easy parking and excellent staff.
Pros:

There were some service problems in th resturant in the evening, offered discount as compensation. Were not told on check in that breakfast was from 6.30am to 8.30am, Arrived for breakfast after it had closed at 8.45am. Staff did everything to help, resulting in us having a complete breakfast.
These efforts desreve recognition!

Cons:

No air condtioning, but not expected within the price.

Left over bacon from breakfast on my burger which was deep fried at least once. It came ouybway to fast to be freshly cooked.

Pros:

Breakfast was OK.
Location was good for our needs.
Staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The room could do with some black-out curtains. The light woke us up too soon.
The hotel does not have a lift.
The furniture in the room was tired and worn out.
The shower pressure was too low and unusable. The flow stopped altogether if the shower head was higher than waist height.

Good comfy beds, lovely breakfast and friendly staff will go back again.
Pros:

Great location for what we needed

Cons:

Bathroom, for older clients it’s not so easy having to step over the bath (which are quite deep) to take a shower plus there are no bath mats which in my opinion is a little dangerous. Also it could do with some bedside tables or shelves to put a a glass of water, glasses and phone.

Run down.
Uncomfortable rooms, cramped, hot.
No sockets. No hand soap. Thin curtains. Dirty stair and corridor areas. Unwelcoming bar area (unless a bloke watching football)
