Was in the area for work and needed to stay one night, and this was perfect for us. Plenty of space in the room, welcoming staff with refreshments, simple check-in and out, and sufficient and clean breakfast.
That Ms. Carolyn was a big help when it came to my attention that I had reservation for May 29th should have been made for the 28th. I was in a panic. She calmed me down and stated I could still get a room for the 28th. I was surprised that the first floor was a choice!
Ms. Mo was a delightful lady that cleaned my room.
Lack of enough handicap parking space at entrance.
The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was the clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable and I slept so well, and I don’t usually get a good night’s sleep when I’m away from home. The blackout shade that pulled down made it really dark at night which definitely helped me sleep and was much easier to manage than the curtains that are usually at hotels. The shower was roomy and I loved that it had a ledge to put a foot on when shaving my legs. The breakfast had a lot of variety and items were replenished frequently. I also appreciated that there was hot tea and coffee in the lobby even when the kitchen area was closed.
The only negative for me was the scratchy cover on the bed, but it was easy to remove and then the bed was so comfy!
Breakfast was great!
More available towels. I had to ask each day even though I did not put out my do not disturb sign.
