Important information:

Towels are changed every 2 days, while cleaning takes place every 4 days. When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in. Please note that the property can only accommodate dogs with a maximum weight of 20 kg or less. Fees apply on check in and a damage deposit is required. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed per apartment. Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring a pet. Please note that pets are only allowed in Standard Studio located in block 2 of our property, if you show up with a pet and your bookings is made under a different room category, we will allocate in a Standard Studio with no compensation. The roof-top pool has an age restriction, following the local health and safety regulations: it is for people 17+. The guest will be required to provide a valid credit/debit card. A mandatory pre-authorisation of a minimum of EUR 50 and up to EUR 100 will be blocked until the guest departs from our property. No cash deposits are accepted. Minimum pre-authorisation depends on the room type booked. Upon check-out, we will refund the pre-authorised charge to the guest's card, but it may take longer depending on the guest's bank. Please note that excavation works at the back of the complex started on October 19th, 2024, by third-party contractors. During this period, guests may experience some noise. Please note that road works at the side of the complex started on January2026, by third-party contractors. Entrance to hotel remains accessible and alternative pick up points are available. During this period, guests may experience some noise. Please find below an overview of the planned winter 2026-2027 works:
 Block 2: Small-scale building works and finishings will take place on Block 2 and
expansion of our Sky lounge deck at same level of Block 2 (this is our smallest block
at the rear of the property). Temporary cranes or lifters may be used, however
minimal disturbance is expected. Works are planned to commence 01/11/2026.
Schedule: Works will begin on 01/11/2026 and are expected to be completed by
30/04/2027.
Due to these works our Gym will be temporarily closed from 1st November until February
2027 and our roof top pool will be closed (as per normal schedule) during the winter
months.
All other facilities will remain open, including our main lobby bar Tonino, Twilight and
indoor pool.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Clean modern rooms with all facilities. Fantastic hotel. Plenty of parking excellent supermarket l. Great views. Pools brilliant. Location perfect. Local restaurants too.

Der Rooftop Pool in der 6.Etageist st sehr schön mit tollem Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Musik dort war für meinen Geschmack viel zu laut. Zimmer und Frühstück sind ganz okay.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war lustlos und unfreundlich. Im Speisesaal dagegen sind die Servicemitarbeiter nett und freundlich.

Eccellente soggiorno!
Pros:

Eccellente! Struttura moderna, pulitissima e in posizione strategica. Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Luna e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. La struttura si presenta nuova e moderna, con ambienti curati e un’atmosfera molto piacevole. La camera: Veramente ben organizzata e completa di tutto. Il letto era comodissimo e lo spazio interno era sfruttato al meglio con un pratico angolo cottura, frigo, TV, aria condizionata (più un ventilatore extra) e un comodo divanetto interno. Il bagno moderno aveva un getto della doccia perfetto e il balconcino privato è stato molto gradito.Pulizia e Servizi: Tutto molto pulito e ben tenuto. La camera veniva riordinata con cambio asciugamani ogni due giorni. Un grande punto a favore è il minimarket interno, dove abbiamo acquistato comodamente le card per i bus (convenientissime!).Posizione: Strategica per visitare Malta. La fermata dei mezzi è vicinissima e permette di girare tutta l'isola. La spiaggia vicina è bellissima, con sabbia fine e acqua cristallina; peccato solo per il vento forte che ha caratterizzato la nostra settimana, ma la posizione resta comunque top.Ristorazione e Staff: Il personale è molto professionale, educato e sempre disponibile. Abbiamo usufruito della colazione: una scelta varia tra dolce e salato, con uova e toast preparati bene. L’unica piccola nota da italiani? Avremmo adorato trovare la Nutella, ma è davvero l’unico dettaglio mancante in un’offerta comunque completa.

Good & Clean Facilities
Pros:

Facilities were very clean & had nearly everything I needed. Good bar & lounge area, rooftop pool & bar. Entertainment on a week day night. Menu at bar looked good. Nice staff. Many restaurants & sights nearby inc Popeye Village.

Cons:

The noise of the construction in the morning & the workers cleaning the pool area. There was a bit of sea view but also back of apt houses fairly ugly. No plates provided with kitchen.

Great hotel and resort.
Pros:

Hotel has been renovated to high standard and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The Sky bar and pool was a great chill out place and the breakfast and food were good.

Cons:

The road to the village was closed but no fault of the hotel. There were only a few bars and restaurants at the bottom.

Hotel is away from the busier towns. Some lovely local restaurants nearby. We hired a car for the duration of our stay.
Pros:

Reception has just been modernised. Little kitchen area in the room. Small well stocked shop in the complex which was very reasonably priced

Cons:

Poolside areas had very loud music playing constantly.
I live music but wish it was sometimes quiet so I could read and relax in the sun
