La insonorización de la habitación.
La habitación da al paseo marítimo y con el tráfico que tiene se oye todo.
De primeras pensábamos que la ventana estaba abierta, pero no.
Desayuno entre diario solo a partir de las 7:30.
Como opción para viaje de trabajo, difícil de conciliar.
La iluminación de la habitación claramente insuficiente. Incluso la lampara del escritorio estaba fundida
Las costuras de la sabana deshilachadas.
Quizá solo tuve mala suerte, pero demasiados detalles negativos para un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Lit chambre de luxe de seulement 140 …pas assez confortable
1 bouteille d’eau pour le séjour c’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles
Chaleur dans les chambres : la température est réglée à 24 degrés .. obligé de dormir la fenêtre ouvert même chauffage éteint
Poubelle pas vidée suite ménage dans la salle de bain … baignoire avec joints usés et pas propres

Cómodo, limpio y muy buena ubicación

Me gustó muchísimo su personal, sobre todo la atención de Jesús en el restaurant y a la mánager que nos solucionó un inconveniente en la primera noche

No me gustó que no hubiera aire acondicionado, entiendo que estamos en otoño, pero si yo quiero aire acondicionado debería de tener esa opción, y si quiero calefacción también debería de tener esa otra opción, si no quiero aire prendo la calefacción y si no quiero calefacción prendo el aire acondicionado, pues resulta que tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta y no pude descansar como era la intención, se escuchaban todos los ruidos de la calle, las luces de las farolas, en fin, salvo por eso, el hotel está bien ubicado, limpio, el desayuno muy bueno y el personal muy atento
