Très agréable séjour et belle découverte de Santander
Pros:

Chambre confortable et calme - petit déjeuner excellent et varié ( jus orange et fruits délicieux) - emplacement parfait ( plages devant l'hôtel et proximité des lieux à visiter avec service de bus à côté)

Molt net, molt ben situat i personal molt amable.

Cons:

La relacio qualitat preu m’ha semblat cara. L’habitacio ens va costar mes de 200 euros i tenia vistes a un pkng i era molt petita. El bany estava be però li feia falta una renovacio. No vam tenir cap amenitie a l’habitacio, els coixins del llit son incomodes, molt tous i baixets. La qualitat de l’esmorzar, no estava a l’alçada d’un hotel de 4 estrelles.

Los desayunos muy ricos, muy variados. El comedor con vistas al paseo y a la playa, muy agradable

Lo mejor la ubicación y el personal
Pros:

La ubicación es increíble y la atención de la recepción muy profesional y resolutiva. La habitación grande y muy luminosa

Cons:

Había pocas toallas para una pareja y no eran muy grandes. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, el baño no tenía extracción y fatal lo de las 2 camas pegadas cuando pides una cama doble.

I won't stay here again. One day was more than enough.

Cons:

Have to find parking on the street. Restaurant closed. Receptionist efficious. Hotel doorstep on busy noisy road. "Deluxe" room was very average and a bit small. Balcony was too small for a chair. Shower was ridiculous : it was at least three times more powerful than a typical power shower, more like a fire hose. Couldn't turn on bath taps without getting under shower. Breakfast was uninspiring and the sausages looked like pink blancmange in prophylactics.

Situació i personal excel·lent.

M'ha agradat molt la situació i el personal.
L'esmorzar i la neteja correcte

Els llits no estan malament, però podríem millorar.
I també faltaria manteniment sobretot als balcons, per lo menys a la habitació que vaig dormir (408)
