Important information:

The property is partially adapted for people with reduced mobility. There are access ramps and 2 partially adapted rooms, which have handrails in the bathroom and bath tubs.

Habitación preciosa en localización ideal pero algunos detalles decepcionantes para un 4 estrellas
Pros:

La localización. Me hicieron un upgrade de habitación y me tocó una habitación de estética espectacular.

Cons:

El teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba para llamar a recepción. El servicio de habitaciones fue un poco decepcionante (18 euros para unos huevos fritos con jamón y patatas…..y que las patatas sean congeladas). Que no ofrezcan agua de cortesía….

Una habitación al mar
Pros:

Su ubicación, al pie de la Primera Playa del Sardinero, con vistas al mar desde la habitación ( si pides ese tipo de habitación, claro) y con un acceso privilegiado al transporte público de la ciudad (desde el hotel y a escasos 50 metros de la parada del autobús puedes coger un sinfín de líneas que te conducen al centro de la ciudad en un tiempo no superior a 10 minutos). Una estancia muy placentera

Cons:

No hicimos uso de otros servicios salvo el alojamiento y, por tanto, no puedo valorarlos.

Overall, fantastic for the views and service.
Pros:

Dorma Sardinero Santander was a fantastic beachfront stay. The floor-to-ceiling windows and the beach views were stunning. Staff were friendly and helpful, parking was easy 200m away, and the shower had excellent pressure. Breakfast selection was good with a nice champagne mimosa touch. The bathroom was spacious with great lighting.

Cons:

Only downsides: the main room was too dim and the Wi-Fi was mediocre.

Hotel con un encanto especial, por la zona por el trato y por la calidad del hotel, servicio de 10. Viaje con pareja en habitación especial con vistas espectaculares. Volveremos a repetir.

Muy buena ubicación
Pros:

Comodidad, ubicación, todo limpio

Cons:

Que la cafetería por las mañanas la abren muy tarde lo que obliga al desayuno bufett o ir a cafetería del exterior.
