Bien ubicado .El parking està a 200m. del hotel.

Cons:

Exigen pago anticipado en el checkin.
Cuando se compra un servicio lo normal es pagarlo después de haberlo disfrutado.

Pros:

Reception was very helpful and attentive. Room was nice and clean. Location was fabulous, breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Beds were OK but pillows too soft.
King size bed was not available, even though we requested it.
Very difficult to find parking place during our stay.

A little expensive with added extra's

We had a deluxe room with a mini bar [ which there was ABSOLUTELY NO MENTION OF CHARGES ANYWHERE ] i asked for a double bed which we didnt get. I was charged 33 euros for a couple of items from the mini fridge & after paying 619 euros for a 4 night stay, i found that a bit extreme

Excellent hotel right on the front.
Pros:

The room had a lovely view over the sea. The room was spotless and contained everything we needed. The location is right next to some lovely bars and restaurants. 25 minute walk into Santander centre.
