Pros:

The property was within easy walking distance to transport and shops.

Cons:

There was lack of tables for breakfast on two of the days I was there and meant that I couldn’t have breakfast. Some people didn’t want to share tables (even though they were only 1 person sitting at a table of 4). Perhaps staggered breakfast times would be good.

Pros:

Großes Plus waren die 6 Mineralwasserflaschen für lau jeden Tag. Anfangs ging die Klima nicht im ganzen Hotel, wurde schnell behoben. Weniger dramatisch, da draußen angenehme Temperaturen waren und man mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte, da Dank der E-Autos wenig Verkehrslärm. Manko ist das Wifi, ging öfters gar nicht, die letzten beiden Tage komplett nicht, und nur an einem Tag für 30 Minuten stabil und schnell genug, dass VPN funktionierte. Hotel liegt in guter Fußmarschnähe zum Water Cube und Vogelnest. Für ein 4* Sterne Hotel wirklich gut.

Pros:

Service standard dropped as compared to last year. Cleaning staff did minimal to keep the room clean. Good location for people who wants to visit the Birdnest.

Pros:

Location is good and room is nice size. One issue is that there were people smoking in some rooms and the smell coming from the hallway. The rooms were not sound insulated well, we could clearly hear when people talking in the hallway

Nice, clean hotel, fairly well located.
Pros:

The Room that i stayed in was well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were very spacious. It was warm when I was in Beijing, so the aircon was great.

Cons:

It would have been good to have a self service guest laundry instead of an expensive guest laundry service. There was no pool or gym, and for the room rate, you would expect this to be available.
