Das wir unseres unnötiges Gepäck bei einem längeren Ausflug im Hotel deponieren könnten.
Das unsere Tochter einen Raucherzimmer erhalten hat.
Liked the food, it was tasty and hot served.
Room was a joint room with door sealed but the other room noise or even conservation was listened. Pillow was stinking. Bathroom seat did not had the sealed cleanliness tap. Shower area was stinking. Cupboard was disappointing.

The breakfast was fine however the taste could be improved.
There was nothing that I did not like in particular. It is a decent property in the heart of city with courteous staff. However, They can upgrade their quality a little more to make it perfect

The breakfast was good .
We were given the worst possible rooms with a damp and musty smell. Only when we complained were we shifted to the normal rooms ..This itself spoils the whole experience.
The staff was welcoming, and the rooms were clean. The dinner buffet and the restaurant offered a wide variety of options, and every dish was fresh and tasty. Highly recommended.

Nothing as all things perfect
I am a biomedical scientist travelling with my children and relative's children to Bangalore from Kerala. The front office staff especially Mr. Siddharth was very rude and unwilling to help. We booked the hotel through Agoda and called Mr. Siddharth let him know the same. 2 adults and 6 children travelling from Kerala to Bangalore, youngest being 3 years old. We were needing a stay at 11.30 pm and wanting to checkout the next day early in the morning.. He advised me to book 2 rooms. When we arrived at the hotel Mr. Sidharth changed his version and said even 9 years old is considered adults and demanded that we book 3 rooms. When we said he only advised for two rooms, he vehemently refused to accept his earlier version and now he wants us to take 3 rooms. After a lengthy attempt to convince him we left the premises to find another hotel nearby. The hotel should train the staff in human values more than the business deals.
We enjoyed the stay. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. The service was also excellent.
