One receptionist name - buty(similar name) too serious no smile totally unwelcoming total put off and another lady at the restaurant very rude and judgemental

Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.
Pros:

Das wir unseres unnötiges Gepäck bei einem längeren Ausflug im Hotel deponieren könnten.

Not upto expectations
Pros:

Liked the food, it was tasty and hot served.

Cons:

Room was a joint room with door sealed but the other room noise or even conservation was listened. Pillow was stinking. Bathroom seat did not had the sealed cleanliness tap. Shower area was stinking. Cupboard was disappointing.

Convenient,safe location, excellent breakfast, effient and friendly stafff
Pros:

Location was excellent. Transportation we used was Uber., metro and car.

Check-in was prepaid- no issues.

Breakfast selection was excellent- hot and cold, Sweet and savory items. Also made-to- order selections at no additional cost.

Staff was attentive and efficient.

Noise level- lower due to building being set back from the road.

Room clean and restocked by Malem - excellent job.

Safe- due to presence of staff at the front door and entrance to parking lot.

Short and sweet
Pros:

The breakfast was fine however the taste could be improved.

Cons:

There was nothing that I did not like in particular. It is a decent property in the heart of city with courteous staff. However, They can upgrade their quality a little more to make it perfect

Amazing stay, service and food.Worth every penny
Pros:

The location and the stay has been very comfortable. The food is amazing and the buffet breakfast was one of the best. Sidu from West Bengal was our room service person assigned and has done an amazing job.He is polite, professional and timely in his job.
