Suites on South Beach

We had to go to a different hotel. The room was just dirty and it felt unsafe. Luckily, they had a partner hotel down the street that was much better and we were able to change over to the other hotel.

Nice, quiet well kept hotel. Love the tv options.

Staff was amazing! Israel was such a help! All staff were just so kind. The bed was not super comfortable, but the room in general was great. Location was fantastic! I would absolutely stay here again!

People were partying outsidenour door until 4AM. Property management/security did nothing.

The hotel is in a good location with easy access to the ocean and convenient for evening walks, only a block away from the ocean drive. The room is spacious with two comfortable beds and a nice shower. The downside is the facility is a bit old, but all in all offers good value for the rate.

Staff was amazing, the young lady at the desk was engaging and super helpful, even brought my bags up the stairs!! She was friendly and informative, definitely a plus to have on staff!

Great place, beach just one block away.
Parking across the street for 20,- full day.

I loved the fact that this property is located within close proximity to the beach ⛱️ and so many places to choose from for your eating needs. 😀 I would stay here again and I would recommend it, if you're looking to stay by the beach ⛱️

Other than it not being as clean as I would have liked, and it's extremely noisy at night, it is a nice place to stay. Lots to do and eat around the area.

Location was amazing for the price! It’s nice having a kitchenette but the door keys kept demagnetizing. Small rooms with satellite that barely worked. Was told one day they didn’t have enough wash clothes, when asked for beach towels the attitude of the front desk person was rude. Not as clean as I would prefer and there is no elevator.

Amazing place to relax, will book again

Hotel was convenient. Close to many restaurants and just across from the beach. No parking at hotel. You had to park at either the parking structure or paid meters. The room had a few minor issues: The Shower head was leaking and the shower curtain had a mildew smell. Room towards front needed more lighting. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

Beach was a short walking distance. Plenty of dining options in walking distance. The shower felt so good. Nice & clean room.

Rooms were bigger then expected. Regular size fridge was a big plus.

Noise from the street was a problem.
Water could not be served.
The Airconditioner was not adequate
I believe the services could be improved.
I will not use this Hotel again if the services are not improved.

Comfortable beds, spacious room, clean, and quiet hotel. Customer service was great!

Great location, rooms are big and the staff is awesome.

I loved that my room has hard floor instead of carpet. Therefore, there was no bad smell at all. It had a safe, microwave, refrigerator, spoons and forks and plates. Sometimes the night can be noisy, but I is Miami Beach, South Beach after all. I still had a good sleep. Many stores and places to eat work 24 hours. Beach is one block away.
