Pros:

The guy at reception is brilliant. So friendly and helpful. We had a great chat covering many subjects including German heavy metal! He's a superb person, and the most friendly person I found in Andorra. His hotel is great too. Very bike friendly if you're bringing a bike. The food next door was great. The burger is the one to go for on the menu.

Perfectly centrally located with access to large car park without height restriction
Pros:

Very large bedroom for 3 of us had access to an outdoor car park not height restricted as we were in a high roof van and struggled with the underground parking available all over the area. Central location for what we needed.
Staff at the desk were helpful and each night would freeze my huge ice pack.

Cons:

Rooms were immaculately clean but very basic with broken bed leg in the other rooom we booked which we were informed couldn’t be fixed so had to prop it up with a small table in the room , bathroom had 2 sinks as the hot tap in one was broken so looked like rather than fix it one sink had cold water and the other had hot! The other rooms shower hose holder was broken and secured with sellotape that obviously didn’t hold so when turned on the shower head the shower moved everywhere you didn’t want it !
Travelled for a sporting event which meant breakfast started at 8 and no earlier so only had it once and as I’d originally booked one room without it I added it on at check in had to pay a further €144 for 3 days and only able to access it once, ironically when I added an extra night and included it it was only an extra €8 for all 3 of us 🙄

Pros:

Привітний персонал, допоможе у вирішенні питань паркування чи розміщення з тваринами. Дуже швидко замінили номер бо той в який надали з початку був помилковий.

Cons:

Відсутність окремої території для сніданку з тваринами, потрібно лишити улюбленця в номері , або снідати по черзі.

Pros:

Estaba limpio.

Cons:

Los cojines eran malisimos, y muy incomodos. Las sabanas estaban rotas, no habia ni cepillo de dientes como detalle, pero si que havia plastico pars cubrir los zapatos...Havia una persiana que no bajaba...

Un hotel excelente
Pros:

La habitación es muy amplia, restauradas y con un cuarto de baño muy grande, el desayuno muy bueno

Cons:

La lástima de este hotel es que está junto al río, en está época baja mucha caudal de agua y se escucha muchísimo.
