Ogólnie to polecam hotel jak na zwiedzanie Pragi to był znakomity wybór
Pros:

Ogromnym plusem jest lokalizacja, do każdego najważniejszego punktu 17 min pieszo max. Oprócz tego obsługa bardzo sympatyczna

Cons:

Prysznic nadaje się już do wymiany, ale to mała niedogodność. Śniadania były bardzo średnie

Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer waren generell sauber. Das Hotel liegt nah an der Altstadt, wir haben alles fußläufig erreichen können.
Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war lecker.
Bestehende Probleme wurden gelöst (siehe nächste Frage)

Cons:

Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungstür gebucht. In einem der Zimmer zeigte sich über dem Bett ein Wasserfleck. Da das Hotel insgesamt schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen ist, haben wir das erstmal ausgehalten. Am Abend hat es aus dem Fleck plötzlich getropft. Da die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt war, haben wir die angegebene Nummer angerufen. Gut war, das relativ schnell jemand kam um sich das Problem anzuschauen. Der junge Mann wirkte sehr desinteressiert. Die einzige Lösung war, uns ein neues Zimmer zu geben. Da es kein weiteres mit Verbindungstür gab, haben wir zwei Räume neben unseren Kindern geschlafen. Was OK war, da sie schon alt genug sind um alleine in einem Raum zu schlafen. Mit jüngeren Kindern wäre es schwierig geworden, da es auch keine Möglichkeit gab zwei Räume nebeneinander zu erhalten.
In dem neuen Raum gab es eine Badewanne, keine Dusche. Die Brause war undicht, so dass es ziemlich heftig gespritzt hat. Da es weder einen Vorhang noch eine Wand gab,schwamm das Bad komplett wenn man geduscht hat. Selbst wenn man sich in der Wanne hingesetzt hat.
Der Seifenspender ließ sich nicht bedienen, der Mechanismus war kaputt. Man musste aufschrauben, um an das Duschbad zu kommen.
An drei der vier Betten gab es theoretisch Leselicht, zwei davon waren allerdings kaputt, so dass es im Zimmer der Kinder nur das Flurlicht gab.
In beiden Räumen gab es keine Möglichkeit ein Fenster zu öffnen um frische Luft in den Raum zu lassen.

Ein weiteres Highlight war das Frühstück: am ersten Tag war das Gemüse auf keinen Fall frisch. Insgesamt sah der größte Teil des Buffets wenig ansprechend aus. Die zuständige junge Dame wirkte generell eher lustlos. Auf Nachfrage ob noch Baguette nachgelegt wird, erhielten wir keine Antwort, sondern lediglich ein Zeigen auf das noch vorhandene Toast.
Auf die Frage ob es noch Sojamilch gibt, kam um 09:30 Uhr die Antwort, dass das Frühstück jetzt beendet wäre und keine mehr geholt wird.

Pros:

Wszystko świetne. Pyszne śniadanie z dużym wyborem. Parking na miejscu. Pokój duży, wygodne łóżka, obszerna łazienka, czyściutko. Dostępna kawa i herbata w holu. Miły personel. Spacerkiem do centrum można spokojnie przejść i zobaczyć kilka miejsc normalnie omijany. Do zapamiętania na kolejny pobyt w Pradze.

Obwohl ich Parkplatz gebucht hatte, hatte ich am zweiten Nacht keinen Parkplatz gefunden. Ich nehme an, sie haben mehr Parkplätze verkauft, als sie hatten.
Die Zimmer waren nicht so sehr sauber. Bei mir gab es Spinnweben im Zimmer. Und hatte ein Babybett zu gebucht gehabt aber hab ich nicht bekommen.
