Exceptionnel
Pros:

Tout était parfait. Très bon emplacement pour visiter Prague à pied. Personnel très gentil. Chambres très propres (et je suis très difficile sur ce point). Petit dejeuner top également. L'hôtel vaut le prix.

Cons:

Tout était très bien. Seul point relevé : la literie très ferme mais c'est une question de goûts.

This hotel would always be my first choice
Pros:

The staff is the main thing that sets this accommodation apart. They’re friendly, welcoming and will sort out any problems you might have. The main reason I would return to this hotel or recommend it would undoubtedly be the staff, thanks to all of them. Even the guys from the breakfast pub were amazing.

Cons:

The pillows were very thin.

Pros:

L'emplacement central et proche de toutes commodités. Tout en étant un petit peu en retrait du cœur hyper touristique. La diversité du petit déjeuner. La gentillesse et le professionnalisme de la manager,ainsi U'Olga à l'accueil.

Cons:

Le manque de vue, depuis la chambre en duplex. La réception trop petite,qui ne donne pas envie de s'y poser.

Luxurious and comfortable
Pros:

The design and ambiance. The hotel is stunning. Interiors are modern and cozy. It’s perfectly located for easy access to all main attractions. Staff is extremely helpful. Absolutely loved the small touches like lighting and check out sweet bags.

Cons:

Only thing to consider is the coffee machine at buffet breakfast. May be add another one

Pros:

Great location, Olga was fabulous, getting us good restaurants, recommend tours, helping with transportation.

Cons:

Shower floor slippery, no face clothes, unable to really lower l the room temperature below 18c.
