Important information:

Please note that the Fitness Club (Sauna, Swimming pool, Gym) will be closed for maintenance on first week first monday of each month.

All guests should be over age 16 to use Gym and Sauna facilities.

Pros:

The room is huge, as well as the bed. The bathroom is stunning. The receptionist was very very polite and nice. The onsen was good. I even was allowed with my tattoos, so I was happy to enjoy it. The breakfast was great. Huge choice, good coffee machine. I loved it. The pool area is cute a taken care of good.

Cons:

I got kicked out from onswn in a very opposite manner, when I first came in. She did not like that I read rules dressed (I was trying to understand if I'm allowed with tattoos). This older lady was very unpolite. Also, the soundproof in the room is not existing. You basically hear everything your neighbor do, even if he sneeze. A bit far from public transport, so you probably will have to use taxi. But otherwise, very good stay.

Really nice hotel with great pool & spa
Pros:

Great breakfast, great pool and sauna/spa, room was very large.

Cons:

The neighbourhood isn’t quite as walkable as expected due to busy roads and slow traffic light crossings

Nice stay and staff friendly
Pros:

Extremely good value and handy for public transport and Ubers
Pros:

A very luxurious hotel for the price! Has a great pool and in-house onsen, sauna and steam shower! The staff were lovely and very attentive. The neighbourhood isn't super charming but it's a short walk to better spots. Very convenient for public transport.

Cons:

It was all fine, really.

Très bel hôtel avec un emplacement optimal pour visiter la ville. La chambre était très confortable. Le personnel était parfait et à disposition. La piscine est vraiment un plus. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

Clean and comfortable room, comfortable bedding
Pros:

We had the triple room, which was a very good size, as was the bathroom. Everything was very clean. And i have to say--the bed was super comfy and the pillows were the best i ever had in a hotel. The blankets were of good quality--no sweating! While some reviews complain of the location--yes you have to walk 10 min (or take shuttle) and you are next to eh highway BUT--if you go behind the hotel for a bit, there is a very charming neighborhood worth exploring. It was a great value. Across the street is a Bao and soymilk place as well as a 7-11

Well I guess the highway right next to it, but thank goodness the windows were soundproof!
