A great place to stay in Taipei.
Pros:

Loved the location.
Breakfasts varied and plentiful.
Staff very professional and friendly. Special mention of Tuiti on reception. She went out of her way to help. Always a smile. Such an asset to the company.

Pros:

The meals are great, free buffet breakfast and supper delicious dinner they provide.
The hotel evnironment is fantastic, the room is very tidy and clean. the staffs are very polite. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel hatte eine relativ gute Lage, 2 Metrostationen waren fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen, das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer recht gross und unser Wunsch nach einer Dusche und ein Zimmer in einer der oberen Etagen wurde auch nachgekommen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war unserer Meinung nach für ein 5*** Hotel etwas dürftig.

Never stay again
Pros:

The staff was respectable.
Gym was basic. Spa was ok.
Breakfast was good.
Having free entry to Jut Art Museum across the street was a pleasant surprise.

Cons:

Not a 5 star hotel. I asked for a city view room and got a 3rd floor highway blockage (attached).
The bed sheet was not changed at all, shockingly!!!
The cloak check was self service and impersonal, and security dubious. The room was not sound proofed, as I kept hearing elevator bell ring constantly from the hallway, or people next door.
The restaurant and bar closed early, and NO room service for dining.
The amenity was sold separately in the lobby, and definitely not worth 300NTD for a one-time use razor.
Thoroughly disappointing, and I will not be staying here until a fundamental changes are made that makes it worthy of its questionable 5 star rating.
