Wonderful luxury hotel next to the river, with amazing views and a great pool.
Pros:

Wonderful hotel. Rooms look out over the Douro. The pool is amazing. We appreciated the welcome drink and the EV Charging. Breakfast was on a terrace next to the river, with a great selection.

Un angolo di Paradiso a Pinhao
Pros:

Un posto straordinario,
L’hotel è davvero un angolo di paradiso con due bellissime terrazze sul fiume … una per i pasti o bar e l’altra per la colazione.
Il ristorante ottimo !!!
Camera molto carina con balcone e vista sul fiume.
Tutta la struttura è molto bella.
Piscina piacevole per trascorrere il fine pomeriggio.
Davvero un bellissimo posto.

Die Lage am Fluss war unglaublich. Man hatte direkten Zutritt zum Fluss und hier gab es viele Anbieter von Touren. Das ganze Ambiente war toll, das Restaurant herausragend. Selbst am Pool wurde man versorgt mit Essen und Getränken

Pros:

Great location on the river with beautiful views. Lovely common areas and pool. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

There is no outlet in the bathroom which means you have to go into the bedroom to dry your hair or use any electrical styling devices. A hotel of this caliber should do the necessary wiring. We also experienced drop in the internet service in our room.

Emplacement de rêve, piscine agréable, petit déjeuner de qualité sur une terrasse magnifique. Belles chambres avec literie de qualité.

Cons:

Le non-professionnalisme des équipes du bar et de la piscine. Les excuses entendues au check-out "ah ce sont des gamins désolé" ont même accentué la déception. personne pour encadrer et recadrer ces "gamins" ?. C'était mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel, très déçu d'être reçu de la sorte cette fois.

Pros:

the facilities were superb and location was great very close to railway station. The pool was excellent. I would recommend having dinner at the resort as the food was a high standard and good value.

I liked everything. The staff was very friendly and usefull. The hotel was like a oasis. The view was spectacular.

Cons:

Only the pillows. We wish we had the cgance to chose the pillow. We asked but there were no other types of pillow except feathery one.
