Una maravillosa estructura gestionada por un personal excepcional
Pros:

Pasamos tres noches en este hermoso y acogedor hotel situado en Arinsal, en una zona muy tranquila a dos pasos de restaurantes, supermercados y pistas de esquí. Es fácilmente accesible desde Andorra La Vella y la más cercana La Massana. La amabilidad del personal es inigualable; nos hicieron sentir como en casa, encontrando solución a cualquiera de nuestras peticiones. El establecimiento está extremadamente limpio y es muy cómodo, gestionado de la mejor manera y cuidando hasta el último detalle. Muy recomendable, nos ha impresionado positivamente y ha superado nuestras expectativas

Buena estancia.
Pros:

Hay parking en el hotel y viene muy bien.
El desayuno cumple, está bien, no es abundante pero está justo para no preocuparse por buscar alternativas en las mañanas antes de las rutas.
Hay un bar en el hotel que viene bien para tomar algo después de una ruta.

Cons:

Habíamos pedido una cama doble pero al final fueron 2 camas sencillas que terminamos juntando para dormir. No me parece grave, pero es un pequeño punto. Las camas fueron comodas y el ambiente muy silencioso para dormir.

Nice stay for walking holiday
Pros:

Great location, easy walk to restaurants, bars and lifts for slopes, pet friendly, free parking on site

Cons:

We have three small dogs, I dont really understand why the charge for each dog when they really add no more cleaning than one dog, it turns a reasonably priced room into poor value for money.
