Chambres biens et infrastructures biens mais ne pas s’attendre à une qualité 4 étoiles et all inclusive décevant.
Pros:

Les équipements de l’hôtel sont biens, les espaces sont beaux, petit plus pour le côté marrakech qui fait vraiment voyager. Tout est concentré au même endroit donc on a pas besoin de faire des kilomètres entre les différents points.
Le personnel est gentil et dévoué, ils se démènent pour que l’hôtel fonctionne bien.
Petit bonus pour Rio, l’animateur, qui donne toute son énergie pour faire vivre l’hôtel et qui nous permet de repartir avec de supers souvenirs. Les peu d’activités effectuées sont cools et animes l’hôtel.
La Clim des chambres marche super bien.
Emplacement de l’hôtel bien car pas trop loin de la ville de faliraki qui est très animé le soir. Mais on est en haut d’une colline, il fait chaud.

Cons:

La qualité du buffet, loin d’être au niveau d’un 4 étoiles. Il y a de quoi trouver à manger mais rien d’incroyables et on est loin des plats savoureux. Un tout inclue très restreint qui se limite à des sodas, bières ou vins dans la plupart des bars. Un seul bar fait des cocktails mais seulement 4 différents, et le niveau de qualité est similaires à des cocktails de boîte de nuit. Si on est à la piscine adulte only et qu’on veux un cocktails on doit traverser tout le complexe, c’est vraiment pas pratique.
Gros points négatif côté animation, il y a un planning de minimum 8 actives par jour, l’animateur est tout seule, il ne peux pas suivre le rythme, ça se limite à seulement 2 ou 3 activités effectuées. Un hôtel de cet ampleur devrait avoir au moins 3 animateurs. Il a beau mettre toute son énergie, il ne peux pas faire des miracles. Et les activités de soirées sont très ciblées enfants et familles.
Les chambres ont étaient rénovés mais pas les portes donc c’est très mal insonorisé, on entend chaque personne qui parle dans les couloirs. On voyais carrément du jour sur le côté de la porte quand elle était fermée.
L’hôtel est loin d’être à un niveau 4 étoiles et le tout inclus est trop chère pour ce qui est proposé.

שלוש בריכות נעימות מאוד, פארק מים חמוד עם מגלשות ועוד חלק לילדים קטנים יותר.
האוכל היה טעים עם מבחר טוב.
ניתן לאכול פעם אחת במהלך השהות בשתי מסעדות (לא חדר האוכל) - מסעדות אלה מגישות אוכל נפלא וטעים, מעוצבות יפיפיה ונעימות מאוד!

במלון יש חלק חדש ומשופץ יותר וחלק ישן יוצר עם חדרים ישנים, החדר שקיבלנו לא היה נעים ולא הרגיש כמו חדר מלון 4 כוכבים. הדלתות ישנות מאוד עם מפתח, המקלחת ישנה מאוד ממש דלה, הדוש התפרק ולא היה תליה נוחה (רק ממש גבוה), לא היתה דלק סגירה למקלחון, כל המקלחת היתה רטובה, לא היה שמפו, מרכך וקרם גוף.
הכספת עולה כסף, אין שקעי טעינה ליד המיטה.
כדי לקבל מגבות בריכה צריך לתת פיקדון של 15 יורו לכל מגבת.
צוות הוואי ובידור נראה שלא קשור למלון ולוקח אקסטרה כסף על פעילוית כמו ערב בינגו .וכו'....

Pros:

The food, staff and facilities were great. Everyone was friendly, gym onsite was suitable and they had padel courts.

Cons:

Some things could of been better such as mattress, soft drinks tasted cheap and pools open at 10am until 6pm. Would be better from 8am to 8pm atleast.

Pros:

The cleaning staff did an excellent job every day, and the rooms were always clean. Most of the waiters, the chefs and the night reception staff were genuinely kind, welcoming and hardworking. The cocktails were good, and the food improved noticeably during our last two days. The Moroccan themed dinner was by far the best meal of the week. The pool areas were also nice, and the hotel itself has potential.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this was one of the least welcoming all-inclusive hotels we have stayed at. The overall atmosphere from some staff members made us feel like guests were an inconvenience rather than welcome, compared to other all-inclusives we have been to. In particular, the manager/supervisor at the buffet restaurant came across as dismissive and uninterested.

The buffet lacked variety, with almost the same breakfast and and only small changes at lunch. The bread was stale on multiple occasions. We reported it to a staff member, who appeared to already be aware of the issue, but nothing was done until after we made a complaint. I also found a worm in my food, which was extremely disappointing. The eggs were poor, the snack bar food (especially the pizza) was disappointing, and bottled water was not included outside buffet hours despite the hotel being all-inclusive.

One bartender wrongly assumed I was not staying at the hotel because my long-sleeved beach cover-up hid my wristband. Instead of politely asking, she shouted at me in front of others and never apologized after realizing the mistake.

The entertainment was the biggest disappointment. Most evenings consisted of simple dance routines where guests were repeatedly asked to participate. We expected to be entertained, not to become the entertainment ourselves. Compared with other all-inclusive resorts we have visited, the evening shows were very underwhelming.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, but the connection was poor and frequently unavailable. There is a paid “premium” Wi-Fi option, but I don’t think guests at an all-inclusive resort should have to pay extra for a reliable internet connection. We ended up using our mobile data for most of our stay.

Finally, the hotel is located on a steep hill, which can be exhausting in the summer heat, and there is no Uber or Bolt available in the area, making transport less convenient.

Pros:

Meillä oli huone omalla uima-altaalla pääuima-altaan vieressä. Täydellinen sijainti ja aurinko paistoi siihen koko päivän. Huone oli tyylikäs ja siivous hoitui päivittäin. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Cons:

Puffet-ruokailussa astioiden kerääjät eivät olleet oikein tilanteen tasalla. Astioita kertyi pöytiin ja eivät niitä hakeneet pois säännöllisesti. Itse sai niitä nostella viereisiin pöytiin. Saattoivat vieressä siivota pöytiä josta ruokailijat olivat jo lähteneet. Olimme kesäkuun alussa ja ruokailussa oli vähän asiakkaita, joten kiire ei ollut syynä. Pieni asia ehkä mutta heikentää palvelukokemusta. Ehkä heitä ei oltu ehditty vielä perehdyttää.

Best hotel in faliraki
Pros:

First of all at the reception Virginia is the best always smiling and helping with everything. The hotel has a wonderful view 3 pools and water park for kids they really enjoy. For the aldults the marakesh pool is wonderfull i really recomand this hotel all inclusive. All the staff is nice i will come back.
